[Speaker 1]
Like this. If you feel warm, you can go like this on your knees. Then softly close your eyes.

[Speaker 2]
Little smile.

[Speaker 1]
Breathe very slow. It's very good during meditation. When you breathe out, very, very empty your lungs.

So, when you reach the end of the breath, then push out a little more. Let's try together. Face is a little bit smile.

Now, please try to think of someone that you know who's having some trouble at this time.

[Speaker 2]
Maybe they are sick, or maybe some family problem, or business problem.

[Speaker 1]
So, think of one person that you know who's having trouble right now, this week. Then imagine they are in their home. They are maybe sitting on their bed.

[Speaker 2]
And you come to the same room, and you are sitting on a chair near the bed, but they cannot see you.

[Speaker 1]
Then think about all the trouble they have. And try to imagine all that trouble is a black ball in their heart. Maybe it's the same size as a cherry fruit.

[Speaker 2]
All their problems, like a black cherry, in the middle of their heart.

[Speaker 1]
And I would like to take away their problem. It would be so nice if they are happy. That would be very nice.

So, make a decision.

[Speaker 2]
I will take away this black from their heart. Now look inside your own heart.

[Speaker 1]
There's a beautiful lotus flower inside your heart. Very lovely, very good smell. Very fresh.

[Speaker 2]
And if you look inside the lotus flower, there's a beautiful diamond. Then decide you will take the black ball out of your friend's heart, and you will take all their problems, and you will take them inside of yourself.

[Speaker 1]
It's better I should have the problem. It's better they shouldn't have the problem.

[Speaker 2]
I'm willing to take their problem inside of me, so they won't have any problem. So, you have to be brave to eat other people's problems.

[Speaker 1]
But this is what a bodhisattva does. So, now watch your breath coming in and out.

[Speaker 2]
Let's use our breath as a pump.

[Speaker 1]
Every time I breathe in, I will suck the black ball out of their heart.

[Speaker 2]
Each time I breathe in, that black ball starts to move. It moves up their throat, out of their heart.

[Speaker 1]
It moves to their mouth.

[Speaker 2]
It starts to come out of their mouth.

[Speaker 1]
They are sitting on the bed. I am sitting next to the bed on a chair.

[Speaker 2]
They don't see anything, but the black ball is coming out of their mouth. Each time I breathe in, that black ball comes closer to my face.

[Speaker 1]
Now it's very close to my nose, standing in the air. Now we have to be brave. We have to be real bodhisattva.

[Speaker 2]
I agree to take that black ball into myself.

[Speaker 1]
What problem they have, it's better that problem should come to me, and they will be free of the problem, and they will be happy. But, when I bring the black ball into my heart, it will come down my throat, and it will touch the diamond in the lotus flower. And in that moment, there's a bright flash of light like a camera flash, and the black ball will burn up in one second.

All those problems that other person has, they will be destroyed by my good intentions. And only a little smoke is left, and then the smoke disappears. So, there's a tradition.

Don't keep that black ball inside of you for more than one second.

[Speaker 2]
Then destroy it.

[Speaker 1]
Then please come back to the black ball in front of your nose, on the count of three. All of us will take a deep breath in, all the bodhisattvas sitting here. We will take the other person's problem, and bring it to the diamond in our lotus, and we will destroy it there.

On the count of three.

[Speaker 2]
One, two, three. Destroyed.

[Speaker 1]
Bright light. Their trouble is destroyed.

[Speaker 2]
Little smoke, and then the smoke goes away. Look at their face.

[Speaker 1]
Suddenly all their problems are gone. They are sitting on their bed, super relaxed, super happy. I don't know where my problem went.

But it finished. It stopped. Then I'll be quiet for a few minutes.

[Speaker 2]
Just enjoy.

[Speaker 1]
Be proud how brave you are. You took a big chance for this other person. You took this very bad thing into you, and you destroyed it.

Now this other person is so happy. They cannot see you.

[Speaker 2]
They don't know you're there.

[Speaker 1]
Your good karma was anonymous. Nobody knows. But they feel very happy.

They feel very free. So please focus on them. Happy face.

Feel relief. Let's think about it for just a few minutes. You did a good job.

[Speaker 2]
Then we made a lot of good karma.

[Speaker 1]
It's all inside of us. To protect the karma, let's put it in the bank.

[Speaker 2]
The bank is the other people.

[Speaker 1]
So we will take three deep exhales, and imagine all that karma is your breath. Beautiful golden color. Each time you breathe out, three deep exhales, we will offer that good karma to all the people around us.

Oh, this morning I made some good karma. This morning I did a bodhisattva's job.

[Speaker 2]
With my breath, I took other person's karma. I made very strong good karma. And please everyone share my good karma.

[Speaker 1]
Three deep exhales, golden color, offer to the whole room, everyone in this room. Share the good karma.

[Speaker 2]
Three deep exhales, then you can slowly open your eyes.

[Speaker 1]
I like to take a stretch, or you can warm up your eyes.
