Okay, one last chance to blow your nose. Okay, and when we meditate in a group, it's important to try not to move. Then you get the karma of stopping other people from seeing emptiness.

Okay, you don't want this karma. All right, here we go. Then please relax your forehead.

Relax the corners of your mouth. Relax your eyelids. Relax your fingers.

And pull in your stomach a little bit. Shoulders back a little bit. And a little smile.

And then please come to the sound of the air conditioner. Just lose yourself in the sound of the air conditioner or another sound in your house. Okay, please take a seat.

Okay, from this little corner, if your body is very silent, sometimes you can hear the heartbeat in your ears. But in a room like this with many people and a big air conditioner, you can just feel the heart beating in your chest. Be happy.

Put your mind on your heart. Don't struggle with the meditation. If you start to think about something later in the day, then slowly, gently, bring your mind back.

Okay. Now let's begin to sit down. I don't want you to be very aggressive.

It's not a bad place. No one should be very rude. It's a very comfortable, small meditation room with lots of sound.

It's a meditation room. And when you stay with a lot of light, and you can feel the heart beating in your chest, you can feel the heart beating in your chest. Okay.

Muchas ventanas, muchas habitaciones. And we go to an inner room which has no windows. And we go to an inner room which has no windows.

And it's a beautiful, elegant meditation room. We can still, a little bit, hear the heart beating far away on the outside windows of the penthouse. on the outside windows of the penthouse.

But here in the inside room, it's quieter even than before. And next to me on the table is a small pot of sugar. And next to me on the table is a small pot of sugar.

And I reach the third finger of my left hand into the pot. And I pull out a single grain of sugar. It's stuck to the end of my finger.

It's stuck to the end of my finger. And I think I'd like to meditate inside that single piece of sugar. So I become very, very small.

And one of the sides of the sugar crystal opens up. And I go inside. And inside the sugar crystal, again, there's a pretty big, comfortable meditation room.

And I start meditating again in a tiny, tiny, tiny point of space. And I start meditating again in a tiny, tiny, tiny point of space. And now inside that single grain of sugar comes the whole Pacific Ocean.

Very huge, wide, beautiful blue. And very smooth, very Pacific. And it touches all the way from China to Mexico, California.

Then from the sky comes a single drop of rain. Then from the sky comes a single drop of rain. It strikes the top of the Pacific Ocean.

And ripples start to go out to all the sides. And I follow them with my mind, mile after mile after mile. And then they add the sky.

A little bit lighter blue than the sea. And many miles high. And the sky and the sea.

Now I decide to turn off my mind. Like turning off a light. I will just stop thinking.

If thoughts start to come up, I will notice them, and I'll stop them. It will be a little bit of a fight. Now I go even more quiet.

Fighting with the thoughts that come up and trying to stop them. It disturbs my mind a little bit. So now I'm going to go more deep, more quiet.

When a thought comes, I will just ignore it. I won't listen to it. I won't fight with it.

Now my mind is really turned off. Now I think about one of my teachers. Could be your mother or father, your first teachers.

School teachers. Sports teachers. Music teachers.

The person who taught you your occupation. Could be a spiritual teacher in this life. A priest.

Rabbi. Imam. Could be historical teacher like Jesus or Buddha.

Mohammed. Your heart teacher is very, very good to meditate with. If you don't have a heart teacher yet, if you didn't find them yet, then you can just invite the heart teacher that you imagine.

They come in front of you. They're sitting on a huge flower, like a rose or a lotus. And you are meditating together.

Enjoy their peaceful face and the feelings of love you have for each other. Now think about how this teacher is like a pen. They are created by seeds in my mind.

Small pictures are coming out of my mind. Seeds are breaking open. Small pictures of my teacher are coming out.

And those pictures are creating this teacher. And think about something you love about your teacher. Some quality like, I don't know, my teacher is very kind to old people.

So, in the past, I must have been a little bit like that in my past life. Now we're going to take a trip to your past life. Just for a few minutes.

Then we'll take a break. So, try to imagine the past life when you did things which planted the seeds for this teacher. So, in my case, in my past life, I must have been very kind to older people.

Then make a movie. Use your imagination. Maybe I was living in Arabia.

Maybe I was part of a desert tribe. Maybe I was a tall woman. Very elegant.

And I always took care of older people in my tribe. Then make a story like that. Anything you can imagine is also coming from seeds.

So, any story you make up is partly true. So, have fun. Don't be too serious.

You know, maybe you were a bird. Maybe you were a bird. Who took care of older birds.

Maybe you were a fish. Go to any country, anytime. And let your mind choose images of the past life.

When you did beautiful, fun things, to plant the seeds for this beautiful teacher we have now. Then, after the meditation, I'd like to ask a few people what were they in their past lives? And maybe you can share your story with the rest of us.

Okay, here we go. Use your imagination. Have fun.

Then please come back to your teachers. Look at their beautiful face, beautiful smile. Think about how lucky you are.

Then we're going to finish with three deep breaths. The exhales are very long. And on the exhale, we send beautiful seeds of our good karma.

We put them on the wind to carry them to other people. And you can slowly open your eyes. Take a stretch.

Drink something, okay? You're supposed to drink something. Osiris, we're going to need a microphone, okay?

I'd like to take a break in about ten minutes. You're welcome to turn off your cell phone if you want. And we won't do any more meditation this morning.

Tim, you guys ready with the microphone? Okay. Just for about ten minutes, let's share your past life story, okay?

So, Tim, who's going to do the microphone? Okay, Paul. Choose people.

Just you choose somebody. Even if they don't raise their hand. Up to you.

But sometimes the shy ones are more interesting. If you feel too shy, you can say, I forgot. If you feel too shy, you can say, I forgot.

It was a long time ago. Okay, so, your past life story. Hello.

Good morning. Buen dia. So, my experience was Kiss the mic.

I know, I know. I was a native Indian. Native Indian.

And I was with a lot of kids. And my purpose was to inspire them. Playing with them.

To find their purpose. In their life. And I was feeling full of joy about that.

And that was it. Thank you. Good morning.

Thank you. I was imagining, remembering, I was born in a family in Namibia. And my mom and my dad were Afro-descendants.

I had two brothers. They were older than me. A boy and a girl.

And as I was growing up, I was interested in becoming a kid's teacher. And what this really happened, I realized I wanted to help people and leaders from other villages. And help them to make their village more peaceful and with less violence.

So we will meet at our house to help us share experiences of how we could share advices so our loved ones could help their community. And that was it. When you tell your story, please add what that seed created in your life.

Now. Uh oh. Bueno.

I remember at the moment we started to do it. It was like if I was only like flying. Todo el panorama se empezó a abrir.

I opened my eyes and I started to see the clouds and the mountains like I was flying. I was trying to recognize where I was. In the mountains, it was like every dream I had stopped passing because I was afraid of flying.

Every dream? In one moment, I realized that in the mountains there were like these streams that have passed. As if as if nothing had seen it for not wanting to fly and everything had been clarified when I was in the air.

Like if I hadn't seen that because I wouldn't I wouldn't have the courage to fly and now everything was like clarifying. When I was a boy, I always had the dream to visit Asian countries. When I was there, I realized I was there but I'd forgotten.

In this meditation, I remembered it. And that's all. I forgot the other part of it.

[Speaker 2]
Good morning. In my meditation, I was a young girl in Greece.

[Speaker 1]
I think a teenager.

[Speaker 2]
And I found some really old book and it was written about meditation and yoga. I found an old book about meditation and yoga and I decided to invite all my friends to teach them what I learned from the book. And I think that created the seed for me to now find teachings in my life.

[Speaker 1]
I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. He's the best one.

Good morning. Good morning everybody. Thank you to meditate with me.

So, it was like this super agent story. So I have different customs and I have different jobs. So my meditation started when I was in a cave like in the mountains.

And then I wanted to see paradise and live in paradise. But then I realized that over crossing the mountains there is a lot of people suffering. So then I just take the risk and leave the mountain to go like as a pilgrim town to town, village to village.

And then I found different cities and different environments. So I was just doing like the bad job, you know, like I went in an airport so I was carrying the luggage of the people that were just like running late. And then I helped in the houses to fix the sinks and the plumbery of the houses.

So I always wear like different customs, like just in order to see other people happy. And I think that is the karmic correlation to see an angel that is helping a lot of people around the globe. My side feature.

Okay, let's take a pee pee break. Okay? See you in 10, 15 minutes.

And we'll do Lam Rim. Lam Rim.
