[Speaker 1]
Today we're going to continue with the Lion's Dance Meditation. I told you it has five parts, and we didn't do the third and fourth parts yet in Guadalajara. So, we're going to do it this morning.

You can only do all the parts of the Lion's Dance on the weekend. You can't do it during your weekday when you are working. If you try, you will get more leisure and fortune when your boss fires you.

Because you'll be late. Yeah, just I think on the weekends. And we put the reading for the third and fourth parts in your notebook.

But I'll just introduce it. So, we go up the elevator. We go to the past lives.

We cancel their fake lama. We cancel the fake lama. Like that, cancel.

[Speaker 2]
Like that, cancel.

[Speaker 1]
Hello. Oh, I was hoping for a break. We were waiting for a break.

Cancel the fake lama. Then come back down. Coming back down is step number two, part number two, right?

Then we're going to ... by the way, when you do three and four, you don't come back to the lobby. You just come back to the heartbeat.

First one. We come back to the lobbies? We don't come back to the lobbies.

You don't purposely go back to the noise in the room. You just come back to the heartbeat. Then you do what we call a simple ascent.

It means you go up, just nothing fancy. You just go up again. Okay.

Then you do another fake lama. I'm sorry, another past life, then another fake lama. That fake lama, cancelling the fake lama, is called gope nyom juk.

Gope nyom juk means stopping meditation. Yeah, you can call it cancellation meditation. Somebody asked me in the car, they're trying to translate into Spanish, stopping meditation.

I think that's pretty good, cancellation meditation. Where's the cancellation meditation in the kitchen? Yeah, second husband, okay?

So, when you're having a fight with your husband, there's always two husbands in front of you. One is real, one is fake. The real one is the one who's coming from your mind, because you put the seed there last week, when you yelled at your two bad kids.

Oh, it's three. Okay, so last week you yelled at your kids, you heard yourself yell at your kids. It made an impression on your mind.

After a few hours, I like to go like this, I go like this, when you teach it, see? It makes an impression on your mind, and then that becomes a seed under the mind. So, now you have some bad seeds in your mind.

Next week, you come into your house from work, you come into the kitchen, your husband's there. He's like, you're stupid! Okay, then what do you say?

Okay, show me with your hands. I didn't do anything! I just walked in the door.

I didn't say anything. Okay, what's the Buddhist name for, I didn't do anything. Ignorance.

Ignorance. First link, first link in the Wheel of Life. If you want, you can go like this, I didn't do anything!

It means blind man, blind man. In the Wheel of Life, right? I didn't do anything!

Of course you did something, you always did something. Nothing happens without a cause, this is Buddhism. So, last week you yelled at your kids, you put a seed in your mind, and now this week, seed opens, and the husband yells at you.

So, who's the fake husband? Yeah, the I didn't do anything husband. Okay, that's a fake husband.

Looks like he's there, but he's not there. That's the meaning of what? Give me the Sanskrit, give me the Sanskrit.

Looks like, Maya, nice, nice, nice. Illusion. Illusion, the definition of illusion.

Something looks this way, but it's not that way. You're in the desert. You're thirsty.

Far away you see some water. What do you call? Mirage.

Then you get excited, oh water, you know. But, so it looks like water, but it's not water. That's called illusion.

What's the technical name in English for that illusion, Nick? Human Dictionary? Oh, that's the word I hate to use actually.

Discrepancy. Okay, the way it looks and the way it is, they don't fit. How does it look?

Show me with your hands.

[Speaker 2]
I didn't do anything.

[Speaker 1]
I just walked in. I didn't see anything, he started yelling at me. Okay, that's the way it looks, okay?

Mirage, mirage. Okay, and what's the way it really is? Come from your seeds, because you yelled at your kids last week.

What's the technical Buddhist name for that? Dependent Origination, Dependent Origination, okay? The husband yelling at you originated because it depended on you yelling at your kids.

Okay, so when I talk about fake, fake, fake person in your marriage, when I talk about a fake person in your meditation, you're going to bring to mind somebody you know. For example, one of your teachers. Today, let's think about how did I meet them.

Oh, my mom knew one of their friends, and my mom made some ... made arrangement for a dinner with them together. Then they lived not too far away from me.

Then they got in their car and they came to the dinner, and they opened the door and I saw them, and that's how I met my teacher, okay? That's a fake teacher, okay? What you call normal ...

normal meeting. I knew a friend of their friend. I made an arrangement for dinner together.

Luckily, they lived near me. They got in their car, they came to see me, they opened the door, I met them. That lama that you met that way, we call fake lama, okay?

That's not how you met them, okay? Long ago, you were helping another person with what you understand, and you planted seeds, and the seeds created the house near your house, and they created the road, and they created the car, and they created the door, and they created the opening of the door, and they created the person coming in the door. Okay, got it?

Why are we doing this exercise? What's wrong with fake teacher? If you understand how they came, you can make more good things come to you.

If you think they came because they lived in a house nearby, then you are going to think ... you're going to look for teachers in all the nearby houses. If you think they came in a car, you're going to have to buy lots of cars to get more teachers.

And that's called life. That's called work. That's called job.

The way you are making money right now, you are not using seeds. You are looking for a job near your house, you are looking for a job you like, you are looking for someone to hire you, you are looking for someone to give you money, you are looking for all these things.

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
But if you just ... those are all fake jobs. Okay?

If you just plant the seed ... relax and plant the seed. Say, help somebody else make money.

Then the job will come, because the job is coming from here. There was a lady who worked for me for 15 years in the diamond business, and she's from Thailand, and I really need her, I really depend on her. All the non-diamond gemstone, she's in charge of that.

Then she came to me, she said, I'm quitting. Then I'm like, why? She said, people are pointing their feet at me.

In Thailand, it's a big insult to point your foot at somebody. In the temples, there's big signs for foreigners, don't point your feet at the Buddha. In America, people cross their leg when they sit ...

in a chair, when they're sitting in a chair. They just talk like this. So, when she's sitting here, she says, those people are pointing their feet at me.

They hate me. I'm quitting. Then I said, no, don't quit.

It's just an American custom. They don't think anything, they don't hate you. No, no, they hate me.

Then I said, okay quit, but do one thing. After three weeks, come back and tell me how it's going. Then she quit.

Her name was Tasanyi Katapetuk. She came back. I said, how's the new job?

Everyone point their feet at me. It means when you get divorced, be careful when you get divorced, okay? You are leaving the fake wife, but you are not leaving the real wife.

Fake wife is not, you didn't do anything, it's not your fault. The real wife coming from you, from the seeds in your mind. So when you move to a new house, you also carry the seeds in here.

You pack your suitcase, but you also have this suitcase. Talk to somebody six months after they get remarried. It's amazing, this new wife has the same bad habits as my old wife.

That's the real wife. Okay? So, coming from you.

If you don't like something, change the seed. Don't move, okay? Change the seed, then move.

Your new job will be better. Okay, so we're going to do, Vyatikrantaka Samapatti. Vyatikrantaka Samapatti.

Okay, Vyatikrantaka. Kranta Krama means Lam Rim. Rim means Krama.

Steps. Step by step is Krama. Vikram is a common Hindi name.

Steps. Spiritual steps. Then this is Vyatikrantaka.

It means reverse it or go over. So this meditation is called Over the Top. Part three and part four of the lion's dance has a separate name.

Actually, three, four, and five are called Over the Top. And I checked, there's about three sutras which teach this, so the Buddha taught this three times in the sutras. And then Maitreya, the future Buddha, also taught it.

Okay. So we're going to do, and then what's the picture in your, what's the item in your notebook? What's the cover picture?

I hope. Yeah, it's a pole, what do you call it? Pole vault.

Person who jumps over a bar with a pole. Maybe they didn't put it in your book, I don't know. They did?

Oh, okay, good, cool. Alright, so that's what we're going to do today. Okay, parts three and four.

We're going to go over the stopping meditation. And then come back down. Then we go back up again.

Now between, between three and four, three in three, sorry, briefly, in one we go from the lobby to the restaurant with the American breakfast on the ninth floor. Then we come back down to the first floor, not the lobby. That's two.

Then three, we go up again, just ordinary. And we do the past life stuff, and we do the fake Lama stuff. Then we don't come down again.

We jump down the elevator shaft. Okay, and then we come up again. So it's like this, watch.

Boo. Good translation, boo. Boo.

Then boo. Boo. And then, boop.

Boop. Okay, so four is also going up, okay? Don't worry, I'll lead you through it, okay?

Alright, so get ready to meditate. What's the first thing Buddha said to do? Wait, Barbara really wants to offer mandala.

You ready? Okay. Shuddhan Sokhi Choknam La Jhansu Vardhu Dagni Khyap Sushi Naki Chunyen Gyipei Sumnam Gyi Drola Penchir Sangye Drukpar Chok Shuddhan Sokhi Choknam La Jhansu Vardhu Dagni Khyap Sushi Naki Chunyen Gyipei Sumnam Gyi Drola Penchir Sangye Drukpar Chok Shuddhan Sokhi Choknam La Jhansu Vardhu Dagni Khyap Sushi Naki Chunyen Gyipei Sumnam Gyi Drola Penchir Sangye Drukpar Chok Okay, I forgot to ask one thing.

So when you come home, the week after you yelled at your kids, and you come in the kitchen, and you don't say anything, and your husband calls you stupid, where's the emptiness? What's the emptiness? What's not there?

How's that? Okay? When I say emptiness, just think what's not in the kitchen.

Which husband is not in the kitchen? Yeah, I didn't do anything husband. I didn't do anything.

There's no, there's no husband like that in the kitchen. Got it? They don't do anything.

What's the technical name for that husband? Gaksha. Gaksha is a Tibetan word.

Gaksha. It means the thing you want to cancel. No husband, no such thing there.

So, some people went too far. Oh, everything's empty. Everything's illusion.

There's, I'm married to nobody. Okay, is there a husband in the kitchen which is real? Yeah, which one?

Yeah, the one that came from me. You want to go deeper? One of those husbands exists, and one of those husbands doesn't exist.

Which is which? The one that doesn't exist. Yeah, not my fault.

I didn't do anything. He's so good at that. I have a feeling he does it at home sometimes.

Okay, that one doesn't exist. Excellent. Which one exists?

Which one really exists? The one that ... Say again?

Good. I like it when you add ... when you add the kids, I like it.

The one that came from yelling at the kids, okay? You have it clear in your mind? When you teach it, always have two husbands in the play, okay?

So, one of them exists, the one that came because I yelled at my kids. The one who's, I didn't do anything, doesn't exist. Now comes the punchline, okay?

Punchline, end of the joke? I like it. When you get upset in the kitchen, which husband are you upset at?

Yeah, you're always angry at this one, you know? I didn't do anything, and he called me stupid. You are always angry at that one.

Is that the one that exists, or the one that doesn't exist? Yeah, so when you tell your wife, Honey, you're angry at nothing. You are literally correct.

Okay? She's angry at nothing. You want to go deeper?

Can you get angry at the husband who comes from the kids? Can you get angry at that husband? Impossible.

If you're going to get angry at that one, you have to get angry at somebody else. Yeah, you have to get angry at yourself. Then I taught this in, I remember I taught emptiness for a whole day at the hotel in Ukraine that I'm using for the lion's dance, because it has nine floors.

How many people did this guy? Like 400 people there, squished into a small ballroom. And I worked hard the whole day teaching them emptiness, and I don't think anyone understood it, you know?

Then the next morning I thought, Ah hell, I'm going to do the two husbands in the kitchen, you know? Then everybody understood it, you know? Then I got to the punchline, you know?

So, why can't you get angry at this husband? Because it doesn't exist. Then I felt like some inspiration came to me, you know?

So, Ukraine was in the middle of this terrible World War II, right? Germans fighting Russians. Then, millions of people died, and there was no enemy.

Okay? The enemy didn't exist. Okay?

In every war, in every battle, in every fight, in every kitchen, the enemy doesn't even exist. Okay? Millions of people die for nothing.

Then they're like, everybody's like, you know? And we all just felt ... I couldn't talk for a while, everybody's like ...

Got it? Okay? So, if we ...

if people understand the husband in the kitchen, can somebody take that chair and give it to those guys in the back? Because he's my old friend. If people understand that, then maybe we can stop wars, okay?

Maybe, maybe we can stop. If we get people thinking this, doing this meditation, maybe we can stop war. Cool?

Okay. War in the kitchen and war in the country. I think the one in the kitchen is harder to stop.

Okay. So, now you know stopping meditation. Where's the stopping meditation in the kitchen?

By the way, in Tibetan, what's the name? Stopping meditation. GOG PA'I NYON DUG.

Say GOG PA'I GOG PA'I NYON DUG NYON DUG Take the O off the GOG, what do you get? GAG BYA You see? GAG BYA Same word, same word, okay?

When I say stopping meditation, you're going to cancel the husband who didn't come from you. So, when I say, oh, now we're going to do stopping meditation, should you jump up and have a coffee because we stopped the meditation? That's not the stopping, okay?

When I say stopping meditation, what are you stopping? Yeah, you stop believing in the fake husband. Yeah, and then the result of that is what?

The result of that is the perfection of wisdom. Okay, in the kitchen example, where's the perfection of wisdom? I'm not stupid!

Okay, that's the perfection of wisdom.

[Speaker 2]
Okay, got it?

[Speaker 1]
So, that kitchen example is perfect for perfection of wisdom, okay? In what you said, in that moment when she stopped herself, no, I'm not stupid! That moment of understanding, based on emptiness and dependent origination, is the perfection of wisdom.

Now we don't have to do the Heart Sutra. Me and Veronica can go swimming tonight, this afternoon, okay? She's asking me, when are we going to go swimming?

Now we can go, okay?

[Speaker 2]
We don't have to teach.

[Speaker 1]
That's the whole Heart Sutra, in the kitchen. Okay, got it? That's the perfection of wisdom.

Combination, understanding that the husband comes from the kids, and canceling the fake husband. Those two things together, which in Sanskrit can be called five dollars. Five bucks for you, okay?

Upaya. Skillful means. This is the ultimate skillful means.

Those two ideas together. First one? It's coming from my seeds.

Dependent origination. Second one? The husband I'm angry at was never there.

How did the Buddha say it? Yeah, say it louder. Got it?

Okay. Yeah. When the Buddha say the husband's not there, he always says those three things.

That husband who's not my fault was never there last year. He's not there now. And in the next million years, he will never be there either.

That means he's not there! Got it? Now we can meditate.

Now you know what's stopping meditation. You are not stopping your mind. You are not stopping breathing.

You are stopping believing in a teacher who didn't come from your good deeds in your past life. And this life. If you understand seeds, then you should meet sweeter and sweeter teachers the older you get, right?

Because you are making them. And you should make more and more money. You should get more and more intelligent.

Your health should improve. And your hair should grow back, but me and John, we're working on it. We couldn't quite find the seeds, okay?

That's why we are still looking for more ancient books. Don't worry, JB, we'll find it. Actually, well, that's kind of a secret.

Okay. Okay, get ready to meditate. Please turn off your cell phone.

Buddha sat with his legs crossed on the ground because ... there were no chairs in India. Okay?

If he's meditating now, I'm sure he will be one of the people in the chair. Okay. But those retro people are on the ground.

It's okay. Okay, here we go. So normally in a meditation, we prepare by watching our breath.

But in this meditation, which the current Buddha and the future Buddha both do, both designed, then they had a cool idea. Let's just practice single-pointed focus by putting the mind on a noise in the room. So we hired this bird outside, and you can listen for him.

Good job. And glue your mind to that. It means don't think about breakfast, don't think about your knees.

Okay, we'll do 10 or 15 breaths here. If the bird doesn't do his job, your neighbor will move around, and it's the same thing. Now we move to a more quiet place.

The lion's dance, moving up the elevator, is sometimes called moving to a more quiet place. So we'll move to our heartbeat. So you are feeling your heartbeat in your chest.

If you're at home, and if it's very quiet, like in the early morning, you can listen to your heartbeat. But here in a group with our bird, let's just be aware of the beating. How does it feel, your heart beating in your chest?

Group. Now we move to a more quiet place. Then put your mind inside your heart.

It's very important during meditation that there's a lot of sunlight and beauty. So, we're going to put our mind in our heart, but it's going to be like a sunlight-filled, very comfortable, small apartment. And the walls are beating around me.

Sometimes the bird will pull you back outside. Then just say, you know, you have a nice sound, and I have to go back inside. Goodbye.

Now expand the apartment. Like Fernando's apartment, very beautiful, big, wide. And I move to one of the inner rooms.

So now I'm in the center of a pretty large apartment in my heart. Lots of sunlight. The walls are still beating, but it seems kind of far away.

The sound is faint. Then on the table next to me, in the center of the big apartment, there's a sugar bowl, small sugar bowl. And I pick it up.

Take off the top. I put my finger inside. And when I pull it out and look at it, there's a few grains of sugar.

Tiny grains of sugar. And I decide I'm going to meditate inside one of them. So I get smaller and smaller.

And there's a tiny door in the side of the sugar crystal. And I squeeze in through the door. And inside it's even more big and more beautiful than the apartment.

And much more quiet. And I meditate there. Now I want to make my mind more flexible and strong.

So I imagine my mind becomes the Pacific Ocean. Inside, a single grain of sugar. My mind begins to spread like the Pacific Ocean.

And soon it's thousands of miles wide. Wide and deep. Peaceful.

Like the Pacific Ocean. Now it expands upwards to include the whole blue sky, the whole ocean, and the whole blue sky over the ocean is my mind. Sometimes in the sky of my mind, above the ocean, there are like sea birds floating through the sky.

A little bit noisy. A little bit noisy. These are my random thoughts coming to my mind.

Random feelings, random pictures. So try to detect them. When they come.

And then try to pull them out of the sky. You are ruining my beautiful, quiet blue sky. So grab those random thoughts and block them.

Keep the sky quiet. You know it would be even more quiet if I just let the birds, the sea birds, do what they want and just ignore them and go to a more quiet place. My mind is still the ocean and the sky.

There are still some little bit noisy sea birds flying through the mind. But the whole sea bird scene and the whole feeling is more quiet if I just ignore them. So let the random thoughts come to your mind.

Let the random pictures come up and just don't connect to them. Now we'll start the real meditation. Everything up to here is not real meditation.

It's just like warming up your legs before the World Cup. But the leg warming up should be done with style, with great style. Like beautiful skies and beautiful huge oceans and tiny grains of sugar.

You are exercising your powers of imagination. Now we start the real meditation. With a meaningful and beneficial meditation object.

Watching your breath, things like that, watching the thoughts in your mind. These are not meaningful meditation objects. What's meaningful and what makes a lot of good karma is to think about all the people who taught you in your life.

They spent the hours of their life to give you understanding, to make you a better person. So, bring to mind one of the teachers in your life. Your first grade teachers are your father and mother.

Then there are school teachers, college teachers, teacher who taught you your profession. Your wife or husband, your children are great teachers. Maybe you feel close to some historical teacher.

Jesus, Buddha, Muhammad. Maybe you feel like there's a teacher coming in your life that you haven't met yet. Sort of your perfect future teacher.

You can imagine what they look like. So, bring one of these teachers to sit in front of you. Why we call this person a teacher?

They know something we want to know. Which means we admire them. We think they can teach us.

So, pick one of the things you admire about this teacher. Your parents or anybody else. What's the coolest thing about them?

Now we're going to take a trip to our past life. There's a stage of meditation where you can see your past life directly. But I'm not at that stage this morning, and I ...

maybe most of you are not. So, we're just going to take an imaginary trip to our past life. We're going to go back and try to find what did I do to plant the seeds to see this beautiful quality in my teacher?

In the story of the husband in the kitchen, we planted seeds one week ago to see the husband yelling at us. And those seeds were planted when we yelled at our kids the week before. The principle here is the same.

You see this beauty in your teacher because you did something beautiful in the distant past. So, let's be karma detectives. Let's imagine we are going back many lifetimes.

For example, if my teacher is very patient and never gets upset, then probably in the future in some distant past life I was extraordinarily patient person. Even if I'm not now. So, be creative.

Have fun. Follow little traces of thoughts that come in your mind. Oh, I lived in Iran, in Persia, a thousand years ago.

I was a woman. I was not a man. I was a physician.

I spent my life caring for sick people. And it was hard and I was tired, but I was patient. And try to think of individual events in that life.

Oh, someone banged on my doctor's door at midnight. This patient's baby is coming early tonight. You have to come quickly.

You have to midwife the baby. Then you're not upset, you're not complaining, you're happy, you jump out of bed, you go to give birth to the baby. And because of that one event and that karma seed multiplying over lifetimes, I see this beautiful teacher so patient, so never getting upset.

So, take a trip to your past lives. Any random thought that comes, follow it like the track of a person to the forest. Okay, here we go.

Have fun. Then gently, slowly come back to your teacher. Now you understand why you see this patience in them.

It is not inside of them. It's coming from you. Now we're going to go back out of the meditation.

Beautiful, silent Pacific Ocean with a blue sky over it. It's my mind. Beautiful Pacific Ocean of my mind with the sky and a few noisy birds.

Random thoughts. Now just the ocean and the sky. And drop the sky and come back to the ocean.

Oh my god, this ocean is inside a single grain of sugar. Inside a single grain of sugar. And that grain of sugar is on the tip of my finger.

And I'm sitting in the middle of a beautiful wide apartment with sunlight. And the walls of the apartment are beating just like a heart. It's my own heart.

Then come back to your body in this room. Watch the heart. That same heart is beating in my chest.

Watch it. Three long exhales. Don't open your eyes yet.

Don't move yet. When you reach the end of the exhale, when you come to the end of the exhale, push a little bit more out until your lower abdomen gets tight. Slightly tight.

Three breaths like that. Then slowly open your eyes. Take a good stretch up here.

Yes, students. We're going to take a break there. Okay?

Pee-pee break. Drink something. Come back in 10, 15 minutes because we still have to do part three.

All right. We did step one, and we came back down. Step two.

Now we're going to do step three and step four. Step three is easy. We call it simple ascent.

You just go up again. Same way. Myself, when I go up again, you see, in meditation you have to understand that every minute that goes by, your mind is getting tired.

More tired. It's like running a race. So, you have to be efficient during your meditation, and towards the end, things should move faster.

If you're going to teach courses like this, which I hope all of you will teach, especially in Paraguay, if you're going to teach courses like this, the morning program should be long. People are fresh. The afternoon program, medium length.

The nighttime program, very short. Same with meditation. So, when you do the four we are doing four of the five steps of the lion's dance.

Maybe part one you are doing, I don't know, even ten breaths per step. Coming down, five breaths per step. Because your mind, you don't know it, but your concentration is getting more and more tired like ...

what do you call that ... what do you call that ... you know, competition?

Ironman. Like, we have one very famous Ironman competition. So, the later parts you should do faster.

Because your concentration ability goes like this. Okay, so we're going to spend not too long on going up the third step, okay? The teacher, the past life, everything's going to be shorter.

Then we jump in the elevator shaft, come down. Then we have a teacher, Dharmamitra, right? He says, the time you make progress is the time when you are exhausted.

So, you know, you're holding a pose, you know, and when you decide, okay, now I want to stop. Then hold it for three more breaths, four more breaths. This is when you make progress.

When your mind says, okay, now I'm ready to stop. You can say, what'd you say? Let's stop now.

Huh? What? What?

Come on, let's put the arms down now. Arms! Oh, these two arms!

You know, and then talk to your mind, you know, check your mind. Because this is when you make progress, when you are most tired. So, that's the custom in the lion's dance.

In step number four, we are going up the ... again, right? It's the third time.

And we're going to show off how strong we are when we are exhausted. So, it's called ... what's it called?

Pelcom. Pelcom. It's like, called pancake meditation.

Hot cake, I like it. Maybe if I meditate about a hot cake, I can get one later. So, you do ...

you know, you do the heartbeat, and then quickly to the fake Lama. Huh? You're fake.

You're not come from me. You do quick ... what kind of meditation?

It's a stopping meditation. You look like you're coming from you, but I know you're coming from me. Then he's like, ah, dang, you figured me out.

Like the husband. Which husband? Yeah, I didn't do anything husband.

Okay, if you want to, you can use the I didn't do anything husband during step four. Okay, heartbeat. Ah, fake husband.

You don't come from me.

[Speaker 2]
You don't even exist. You already go. Go away.

[Speaker 1]
Then come back. Inside the heart. Good translation.

Then go back to the fake husband. You got me upset last night. It's just because I forgot who you are.

Then jump back to the heart. The walls are beating. I'm in the inside of the inside.

The sound is distant. Then jump back to the husband. Ah, last week you got me upset, but this week not going to happen.

Then, boom, sugar crystal.

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
And you are showing off your mental yoga muscles. Okay, got it? Here we go.

Please turn off your cell phone. Here we go. Then, you know, meditation is like yoga, okay?

I have a mantra for yoga. I teach it all over the world. I hate yoga.

Okay? So it's true, I hate yoga. But there's no reason to get, you know, like this.

You know? Smile while you hate yoga. I so hate this yoga.

I hate yoga. So, meditation is like that. Just relax.

My butt hurts, my knees hurt. I would rather have the other kind of hotcake. Just relax.

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
Have fun, okay? I'm 65. I don't know what happened.

I was 18 and suddenly I'm 65. I don't know what happened. Then I'm thinking, wow, this life is really short, you know?

so many things I want to do, you know? Then, life is very short, okay? Then have fun, okay?

Don't be serious this whole life. You can hate yoga. You can still smile, okay?

Then maybe by accident you start to like yoga. I don't know. It didn't happen yet, but I'm ready.

Okay, here we go. Enjoy. Have fun.

If your mind is uncooperative, just smile. Smile at your mind. You are so stupid.

So, when you come back down in the second part of the lion's dance, we don't go back to the bird sound. We paid him for one hour, he left already. Just come back to the heart.

Heart is beating. Heart is beating. Now switch to the teacher.

Remember this good quality that you like in them, and just think in your mind very simply this patience, for example. It's not inside my teacher. It's coming from me.

From my past life. Jump back to your heart. Now you're inside the heart.

It's a more quiet place. It's a heart that's beating around you. And the inside of the heart is quite beautiful, like a very elegant, small, sun-filled apartment.

Jump back to the teacher. Sitting in front of you. So patient.

Never gets upset. It's not inside them. It's coming from me.

It's like a coat that I gave them. Jump back to the heart. Deep inside the heart.

Like a large apartment. And I'm in the middle of the middle of the apartment. Full of sunlight.

Jump back to the teacher. Try to remember your trip to your past life. Like, what did I do to create that patience?

Jump back to the heart. Your finger is coming out of a sugar bowl, and there are a few crystals of sugar on the tip of your finger. And you focus on just one grain of sugar.

And you squeeze your mind inside. But inside it's like huge, beautiful space filled with light. Very quiet.

Jump back to the teacher. Ah, this teacher is coming from me. And the beauty that they have is coming from me.

I'm going to work very hard to be patient myself in this life. Because I don't want to see that patience go away. I don't want to see my teacher change.

Jump back to the grain of sugar. Suddenly, inside the grain of sugar, my mind is the Pacific Ocean. Thousands of miles wide.

Many, many meters deep. Huge, and beautiful, and peaceful. Jump back to the teacher.

Nothing I see about them. Their face. Their voice.

Their patience. None of them are inside my teacher. Everything is coming from me.

Jump back to the ocean. My mind is not just the Pacific Ocean. It's also all the blue sky for many meters above the ocean.

Super peaceful ocean. Super pacific ocean. And above it, huge, beautiful, silent blue sky.

Inside the sugar. Jump back to the teacher. Jump back to your past life.

Enjoy the patience you had in your past life. Jump back to the ocean and the sky. Ah, look, sometimes there are some little bit squeaky birds flying through the sky.

Okay. Just little random thoughts in my mind. But they're a little bit ruining my meditation like a fly landing on my orange juice.

So, I'm going to shoot them away. I'm going to make them go away. When a thought comes, block it.

Keep the blue sky and the ocean quiet and without these noises. Jump back to the teacher. If I was even more patient with my husband or my brother, I would make new seeds for patience.

I would make new seeds for patience. And my teacher would become even more beautiful. Show your meditation muscle and jump right back to the ocean.

Still some random sea bird noisy thoughts in my mind. You know, I'm just going to let them go and keep my mind inside my mind. I'm not going to follow them.

Let them make their squeaky noises. Let little thoughts and pictures come through my mind. I'm going to stay as quiet as the Pacific Ocean.

Jump back to the teacher. I've been meditating for about an hour and a half. I worked hard.

My mind's a little confused. I'm a little tired. My knees hurt.

Then, will you just come inside me and stay, and then we'll stop this meditation. So, when you invite them to come inside of you, they're like, yeah, that's a cool idea. They start to rise up off their seat.

As they rise, they get smaller and smaller. They come down to the top of your head. Feels nice, like a pleasant warmness to have them sitting lightly on your head.

They're about as big as your thumb. And they start to come down through your head, through your throat, to the middle of your heart, to that beautiful ... I don't know why, I think of some beautiful Paris apartment with light.

And you arrange for them a nice cushion, and you say, you sit here. In this beautiful, elegant, sunlit apartment. And, help me be a better person today.

Then they, yeah, that's cool. Then today, whenever you have trouble, you feel tired. You feel upset.

You don't feel inspired. Then just check in with them. Three long breaths.

At the end of the exhale, pause and push a little more exhale. The lower abdomen will tighten a little bit. Not very tight, just slightly.

Then start the next breath. Then slowly open your eyes. Take a stretch.

Drink something. Yeah, you're smart. We need a microphone.

Any questions about the meditation? Tim has a mic. There's one over here, Tim.

Buenas dias. Good morning, Geshe-la. Thank you, Geshe-la, for your generosity.

For your teachings. Please stay with us for many, many years. I'm doing the best I can.

I also hate green juice. I also hate green juice. My question is the following.

When we are at the ocean, and when we are in the sky or in the universe, some images come to my mind. For example, in the ocean, I feel all the beings that are inside the ocean. And I feel a lot of love for them.

When I'm in the universe, I feel the love of all the Buddhas in each of their planets. Do I have to stop those thoughts? Are they noise?

Okay, good question. I like it. I like what you're doing.

It's like a salsa needs a little bit of picante. So this meditation is very strong on emptiness. It's very strong on faith and devotion.

But it's a little weak on compassion. So I like to put some ... sprinkle some picante.

Some ... what do you call that chili? The small one.

Jalapeño. It's an Anaheim chili. It's a long straight one.

You make enchiladas. Enchiladas. In America they call it Anaheim.

Anaheim. This big. Then if you make a chili from a ...

little bit mild Anaheim, it's a little bit boring, you know? I'm not talking about your brown ... I'm not talking ...

what's the brown one? Chili. The big fat one, brown one.

Poblano. Yeah. I'm not talking about poblano.

Okay. So we need to add some jalapeño. So if the ocean has some ...

you know, a few billion beings in it that you can love during the meditation, I think that's fine. Personally, I'm focusing on all the guys catching good waves on the edge of my ocean. Then love them.

And yeah, when you expand to the sky, you can expand to the stars. Sometimes my space is expanding. Like a bubble.

And then it bumps into another bubble expanding from the other way. And I'm like, what's that? Of course there are people on other planets right now doing the lion's den.

And of course their bubble is going to bang into my bubble. Then I'm like, wow, are you guys also doing lion's den? In your galaxy?

Yeah, we are also doing ... Buddha goes everywhere. Yeah, but your bubble's bumping into my bubble.

Your bubble? Bumping into my bubble. Yeah, how about we just join the bubbles?

Yeah, cool, let's do, you know. So then I kind of love, try to love those people, you know. Your bubble's okay.

Okay, so yeah, if you can throw in some picante of compassion, or feel ... like brotherly, sisterly, feeling for these other beings, then the salsa of the lion's dance becomes even more delicious. Yeah, so ...

and there's also a skill of using distractions as part of the meditation. Like your kids start making noise before you're finished. Then find a way to make it part of the meditation.

Don't fight it. Okay? Any ...

one more question, then we should do some lam rim, I guess. Nope? Oh, one over here.

My teacher had only things that bother me. So I felt like compassion for him. I hope it's not me.

Yeah, that's fine, that's fine. Actually, there's a Buddhist tradition about your teacher that you can also use with your friends. So, life is very short, okay?

Suddenly you wake up, you're 65. I remember just yesterday in the hippie times, they said, don't talk to anybody who's over 30. Susana remembers, yeah?

Now I'm double over 30, you know? So we have a choice, in the short time we have in our life, we have a choice, you know? Okay, I'll tell you a story.

So, my teacher was a refugee. His monastery was bombed. About 5,000 monks.

100 survived. Okay? The rest died.

Then they ran to India. He walked over the Himalayan mountains with no shoes. Five Chinese armies are chasing him.

The airplanes come and ... and they they are shooting machine gun at them, big bullets like this, you know? He said, but it was pretty cool, you know?

I said, what are you talking about? Those machine gun shells, they are great for butter lamps. Okay?

They last forever. Then he went to the refugee camp. Then some Canadian woman volunteer came, and her job is to teach them good manners.

Especially while you're eating. So, they are learning English, they are learning, you know, how to hold the fork, how to hold the knife. Then they got pretty advanced, you know?

Then she said, now, today, special examination. Lobsang. She called him Lobsang.

It's like calling God, Hey, you. Hey, Lobsang. So, while you're eating, if you're in Europe or America, or the Americas, and you burp, what should you do?

Then, my Lama was very naughty. It's a lineage, okay? He's very polite.

I think I know. If you burp, you have to say, excuse me. Then she says, no, no, I'm not finished.

He said, but, if you fart, then you're supposed to go, look innocent. Maybe you can look around, like, Why? Why?

Why? Why I said that? In Tibetan, there's a joke.

It means, if you smell a fart over here, put your nose over here. Don't go, oh, where is that? Like smart people.

They like ... Why I said that? If you see a problem in your teacher, my teacher is very smart, but they are not very nice.

Dugri yang gyab ma nun. Don't go, oh, where is that? Oh my god, they have snake.

Life's too short. Half the world is a fart, half the world is not a fart. Then you have a choice.

You can spend your time in the half the world, which is the fart, or you can spend your time in the half the world, which is not a fart. It means you can focus on the problems in other people, even in your teacher. My teacher is pretty cool, but that bald head of ...

Don't focus on anybody's faults. You just waste your life. It's there, it's true.

It's there, it's true. But why ... I don't care.

Just let it ... Look somewhere else. Look at their ...

Yeah, but they are very intelligent. That's a general Buddhist rule of life. Okay, we have about half an hour.

Then we're going to take a ... you know, then we're going to take a yoga break, you. So just relax.

I know you're uncomfortable. I don't care. When I was studying in the monastery, 25 years, okay?

In the ... it was hot, and it's a refugee camp, and it's raining all the time, and the roof is leaking, you know, like tuk-tuk-tuk. And our classes are like three, four hours, and we are not supposed to move.

Then I'm suffering, you know. I have to pee-pee. The rain is reminding me I have to pee-pee.

And I'm hot and sweating. And I said, when I become a teacher, I will make those guys suffer. This is it.

And here we are. Lam Rim, are you at She Sungpa Shin Chulokyi? Yeah, nice, okay.

So, I'm going to go to the Tibetan. I'm just putting a seed in your mind. She Sungpa Shin Chulokyi krod dang chaluk sok sang ngen tsam le dundu dungang nyongwa nyam People look different.

Like, I spend, me and Scott and Orit, we spend half our life on the airplane. Then on the airplane, you know, when people are getting on, you see some people are dressed very well, some people look very poor. You know.

But you can trust all of them have a problem. The rich people have problems, the poor people have problems. tatarang chak na du se mi drikpa dang kac che ma jungwa dang We all have problems with the place where we live.

kac che ma jungwa dang We would all like to have a new car, a better apartment. dro kyi ma jungwa We all have problems with our friends. Like, our friends are not perfect.

They're farting sometimes. ne dang trok dang long chu kyi nang ne drak che le chung yang du nga le man de te But even if you got the best apartment in Guadalajara, and you have the most expensive clothes in Guadalajara, and you have the most expensive car in Guadalajara, you are still suffering. You still have ...

your body is still getting ... I met a guy last night at the wedding. He's extremely wealthy, and he just had a third operation on his leg.

So he hired the best doctor in the Americas, and he tried three times. Cut him open three times. Most of us don't have enough money to hire the best doctor to cut us open three times.

But it failed, okay? So, everyone has these problems. Okay, du nga le man de te It's all suffering.

yok dang gye tru trok sok kya tong tsam re je kyang yuk dang gye tru trok sok kya tong tsam re je kyang min drikpa shatak Shatak for $50? Shatak.

[Speaker 2]
Not you!

[Speaker 1]
Human dictionary or Seiji? Shatak. I do this game, you know, it's very expensive for me.

Yesterday I gave away $200, and someone gave me $200. Okay, Shatak means 100%. Okay.

It's like risky to talk to this guy. So, it says you can take all your friends, everybody you know, you can go and trade them in for upgrade, upgrade friends, upgrade relatives, and then, and then in three weeks you will have the same problems. It's the nature of friends.

It's the nature of relatives. After a few weeks, your seeds start to wear out. And you start to see problems even with the nicest persons you meet.

The problems are not inside of them. It's coming from you. Oh Geshe-la, I met this new boy at the nightclub.

I said, I had such hope, I thought, oh finally I met my husband. Oh no, actually it happened to a lady I know. She said, I met a guy online.

He has a good job, and we fell in love. She's a little bit older, she was so happy. Then she told me, oh he's coming to visit me.

And then next time I saw her, she's like super depressed. I'm like, what happened? The guy's not handsome?

You know, what happened? Was he using his picture from 30 years ago on the internet? Then, she said, no, he's handsome.

But within 10 minutes of meeting him, he tried to borrow $10,000 from me. Then she realized it's all a scam. But was it a scam?

In the beginning? No. He was for real.

Then each email they sent to each other, used up her debit card. Karma debit card. Then finally, so much, so much karma debit card, what do you call, lost.

He became a bad person. She made him a bad person. So, all friendships, all marriages, all relationships, require karma debit card.

And every hour you spend with a beautiful friend, you are using up your debit card. So, if you don't understand seeds, and you don't understand reinvesting your seeds, slowly they will wear out. And you will start to see problems in this beautiful person.

So, never think, oh, they were not a beautiful person, and now I see the real person. That's not correct. They were beautiful, and you didn't replace your debit card fast enough.

And then they start to show problems. So, how to fix it? You know, you have to, we call karma reinvestment.

I'll give you two examples. So, you want to make more money next year. My personal goal is, I call it financial independence.

It means, my goal is I don't want to think about money. I'm not stupid. I don't want a big house with twenty rooms.

It's just more cleaning. Okay? I want a small, elegant, comfortable house.

You know? And I don't want to think about money. Most of us, 50% of our mind space is dedicated to worrying about money.

So, I want to create some kind of machine that brings me money all the time. Because I don't want to think about money, I want to think about Buddhism, Dharma, I want to think about beautiful things. So, if you want that, it means you must help other people to make money.

I'm not talking about giving human dictionary a hundred dollars for one simple Tibetan word like shakta. You can give a fish, or you can teach them to fish. Yeah, so yeah, just help them to make money.

Then money will come to you. The money machine will start. Now, and to be honest, I'm there.

I'm already there. It just comes like this. And I don't think much about money.

Yesterday my friend said, I have a guitar, but I don't have an amplifier. And I'm just like, okay here, you know, take ... He's like, what?

But it's not much for me. It's just coming like that. You see?

How to do that? When money comes, always give some of it to somebody who needs. Reinvest the karma.

How much I have to give Geshe-la? How much percent? I think 10% is a good start.

The Muslim people, they have a rule in their religion called zakat, zakat. 10% of your income must go to poor people. You know, we always talk about the terrorism, but 99% of Islam is incredibly cool.

99% of Islam is incredible. So do this zakat. 10%.

If you get paid $100, 100 pesos from your job, then take 10 pesos and put it in a cookie jar or something. I keep it in my bag. Don't tell anybody.

And I keep my ears open for someone who needs something cool. I keep my 10% in my bag. That's why I always carry the bag.

I didn't leave it in my room. Then somebody said, I don't have an amplifier, I have an electric guitar, and they are playing great guitar. Then someone says, I don't have an amplifier, I'm playing the guitar, but I don't have an amplifier.

I get a chance to reinvest. Here, take, take, you know. And it's not going to hurt me, it's just 10%.

So that's if you want to keep reinvesting your money debit card. Now, how about your marriage? The reason you met your husband or your wife is because you have seeds in your mind.

By accident. You didn't plan it. Once you learn how to plant wife or husband seeds, for example, you can you can adopt an older woman or older man.

Visit them once a week. Take them to the movie. So they are not lonely.

And you are making seed to find a beautiful husband. Or to upgrade your current husband. If your husband is economy class right now, adopt an older person.

Give them fun once a week. Then your husband will upgrade to business class. I'm not talking about kicking out the old one and business class is coming, I'm talking about the old one is upgrade himself into business class.

He becomes a much sweeter person. Then I saw many times, women came to me. Oh Geshe-la, it worked.

I visited the older lady. I planted seeds. Beautiful man came into my life.

Then I said, you are stupid. You are using up your debit card. You must keep visiting the old lady.

You cannot stop. It's a pyramid scheme. You cannot stop.

You have to reinvest love seeds the same way you reinvest money seeds. So now you and your husband have to adopt an older lady. Okay?

And you keep reinvesting the karma. I'm not talking 90% of your time. I'm talking 10% of your time.

Same as the money. Luckily, seeds are like cockroaches. I know roaches, okay?

They multiply like crazy. I don't know how they have sex. I didn't study.

But if you get two roaches in your house, by tomorrow you have twenty. I don't know. My lama, when there's roaches in the house, he said, tell your people to go.

My lama, when there's roaches in the house, he said, tell your people to go. So, karma seeds are like roaches, okay? 10% investment, you get 1,000% back.

So, I don't mean you have to move into the nursing home to visit your old lady. After you get the husband, because you went to the nursing home every week, you cannot stop. Keep reinvesting.

Go to the nursing home with your new husband. Then you will not have this experience that, after one week you see one problem, after one month you see five problems, after two years you hate him more than anybody in the world. Okay, IDIM, Tim.

Sorry, Nick. Yeah, what is it? I can't see very clear.

[Speaker 2]
Oh, yeah.

[Speaker 1]
Oh yeah, okay, what's happening here? We're going to have an IDIM examination this afternoon for sure. What's happening in this picture?

When I ask you to explain this picture, she went to the nursing home, she created a perfect husband, but, what happened? She stopped going. She made the big karma mistake.

Oh, I got what I wanted, now I can stop. You cannot, you cannot stop. If you stop, then when your new beautiful husband takes you to the park and you sit on the bench together next to Lake Chalapa, he will say something stupid, and she will get upset, and that's what this picture is about.

What's she thinking in her mind right now? I thought I found Mr. Perfect, but now I see how he really is. He was perfect when she met him, then she didn't visit the old lady, so her seed finished.

Then she saw the first bad thing in her husband. And if she still doesn't understand, if she still doesn't go to visit the old lady, it will get worse and worse. Sixty percent of American marriage end in divorce.

Sixty-five percent. So, some sociologist, he went to the other thirty-five percent. You know, what's your secret?

Why you didn't get divorced? Then half of those people said, actually I hate my husband, but I'm afraid to leave because we have children. So, sixty-five plus seventeen.

Eighty-two percent of people are unhappy in a relationship in the United States. Seventeen percent quietly unhappy, sixty-five percent unquietly unhappy. Were they unhappy when they got married?

No, or they wouldn't get married. Duh! You know, I vow to spend my life with you.

Okay, got it? So, be careful of your debit card. Just keep charging it up.

Okay. SU DANG ROG KYANG SDUG BSNGAL GYI ROG YIN PA'I LTA RE If you don't understand seeds, then every friend you make is a future failure friend. Okay?

Cool. Not cool. Anyway, BYA TSON CHAD KYI RLONGS SPYOD GANG LA RLONGS SPYOD KYANG SDUG BSNGAL GYI RLONGS SPYOD YIN And every possession you ever acquire, and he says BYA TSON CHAD, from one cup of coffee on is going to bring you disappointment.

Okay? If you don't understand seeds, something wrong will happen. It will run out.

You know, you'll find a fly in the bottom. Something will happen. Something will happen, okay?

Because the seed wearing out. Why? Because you drank the coffee.

You are using up your debit card. Every so often, green drink is different. Every time you take a sip, your bad karma seeds are getting less.

Okay. LTA LTAR RANG RE DANG, DANG POR DRAG SAR NAS, DE'ER KYI PO MA CHUNG NAS, GANG ZHIG TU SO, So then he starts to describe, everybody thinks the monastery is a happy place. Then he says, come on, let's talk honestly.

Is the monastery really a refuge from the world? He says, listen, you're monks, I'm a monk. And we both know, after six weeks in the monastery, you tell your friends, oh, I'm thinking to go to the mountains and stay in the retreat, you know?

Why? Your quiet monastery debit card used up. He says, then you guys know, he's talking to 700 monks, right?

You guys know, I know, this Geshe program is too difficult, I'm going to go stay in retreat. Then you go to the quiet cabin in the forest. Then you discover bugs and you know, you know, things, noise.

Then you're like, you know, I think I'll go on a pilgrimage. I will go see the holy places in India. I will go see where the Buddha taught the Heart Sutra, which is ...

Rajagir has the easy answer. Yeah, nice. Gurdrakutra.

I will go to the Vulture's Peak. Fresh air. Fresh scenery.

Touch those holy places. Then you go there, and you discover diarrhea. This is the main quality of all India pilgrimage places.

Okay, you want to hear a pilgrimage discussion? This is a true story. I was in Varanasi on pilgrimage.

Me and my friend are eating, I don't know, Indian food, you know. We are discussing prana. The five inner winds, you know.

Then we're like, do you think it's possible that the upward moving wind, udana vayu, and the downward moving wind, apana vayu, is it possible they can both move at the same time? Then suddenly I'm like, boop! I ran outside across the street.

You know tuk tuk? You know it's tuk tuk? Tuk is a three-wheel Indian motorcycle.

I'm like fighting through the tuk tuks, you know. And then I reached the other side. Then I got both pranas at the same time.

And I had those two pranas working at the same time. Blah, and poof! So, I just wanted to tell you it's possible.

This is the story of pilgrimage, okay? All those places have cheap, dirty food. For the tourists.

Because they will be on the train by the time they get diarrhea, usually. So, he's talking about even monks, even in the biggest monasteries in the world. THA DAG RANG BZHIN GANG LA'ANG GTAM NYUL NA, RTOG DGOS DTAM GSUM GYI NGAL BA'I BYED PAS If you really check a monk's life in a major monastery like Sera Monastery, everyone's just worried about RTOG DGOS DTAM.

This is a famous complaint. Say RTOG DGOS DTAM. Everyone's thinking about RTOG DGOS DTAM.

I think human dictionary has at least one or two of them, so I'm not going to offer any money. Yeah, stomach, DTAM, you got the first one and the third one. You're like an old lady with two teeth here, and no two teeth here.

Yeah, good, good. So, 90% of people's mind is taken up by three thoughts. You know, what's for lunch after suffering through yoga?

You know, can I get some new clothes? And do people think I'm cool or not? So, these three thoughts take up 90% of all human mind.

RTOG DGOS DTAM. What's for lunch? What am I going to wear today?

And what are people saying about me? NGAL BA BYED We exhaust ourselves thinking about these three things. DRA MA GYI PA SKYE NGAN ZER RTZA BA LAS MI BYUNG YANG KHOR BA'I RGYUN TE Then we complain.

But, try to understand something. It's not something unusual. Everybody has the same problems.

Until you understand the husband in the kitchen, this is the story of your life. You will keep moving to other things you think are more interesting. Other things are finally going to make you happy.

And then that thing will make you unhappy after six months. People come up to me, Geshe-la, Geshe-la, I have an interview for my dream job. Can you do prayer for me?

Can you do a prayer for me? Then I'm like, yeah, yeah, okay, I'll do a prayer for you. So, I pray.

Then they get the job. I've been trying to get this job for three years. Then I put a mark on my calendar.

Because six months from now, they're going to come back. Geshe-la, I hate this job. I feel like I'm in a prison.

I'm like, yep, it's six months. Okay, IDIM. Nick, what is that?

I can't see. Oh, yeah, it's a peaceful little monastery in the Himalayas. Oh, people there must be happy.

I spent 25 years there. I can tell you they are not. Those who don't understand seeds are the same as everybody else.

Okay, so, how can I make sure that a new situation like a new job or a new relationship doesn't bite me later? We call, do I help other people find some space? Specific karmic seed.

So you don't feel like you're in a jail, in your marriage or in your job. The specific seed you have to plant, if you want your marriage or your job to feel more open, there's a specific karma. Give other people their space.

Okay, you go to visit your friend. You knock on their door. They open the door.

They're like, Hi! And their eye go back to their room. So be sensitive to them.

Oh, they are tired. They didn't sleep well last night. Or their kids are acting up this week.

Then just say, Yeah, you know I was going to invite you out, but I realized I don't really have time. Learn to be sensitive when other people need some space. Watch their eyes.

Watch their mouth. This means I need some space. This means come in, I'm missing you.

This means you came at the worst possible moment. Then learn to read people's face, you know, and their body language. And if they need space, give them space.

That plants a special seed that your job and your marriage will feel spacious and comfortable. That's the specific karma. So learn this skill to judge when other people need some space.

Don't force them to ask you. Okay, just learn to read people. And then excuse yourself.

You know, I can see you need some space right now. I'll check in next week. Cool.

All right. Seiji, you ready? Seiji.

Chanting Chanting Chanting Chanting Chanting Okay, thank you. I'd like to give a hand to Aldo for excellent translation. Thank you very much.
