Relax your face. Relax your fingers. Pull in your stomach a little bit.

Relax your mouth. Come to your breath. And this meditation is your WeChat assignment for today.

Think about all the projects you have which you are working on which are not finished. So just to give an example, in my life I have a book I want to finish. I'm working on changing my kitchen a little bit.

I have a video I'm making in August with some friends. Online education. So, let's say those three projects.

Then in my life, my life is one project after another. I always have several projects which I'm starting. And in this meditation, we're going to think, if I suddenly die, who will take care of that project?

Okay? So, in the WeChat assignment today, you can post something. What is two or three projects you have?

Each post you can do one project. What's a project I have in mind? I maybe started it already or maybe I didn't start it yet.

But if I die in the middle of that project, who will take care of it? Or maybe nobody. So please, in the WeChat group, send us a little post about the project you have that you're working on or you're thinking about, and who will take care of it after you die?

If you die in the middle of it. Okay, we'll do five minutes. Just think about that project.

Okay.

Then please come to your breath. Three deep breaths. And then you can open your eyes and stretch.

My phone died. Okay, that was meditation number 16. Maybe you can look at the picture.

It's a mom. Very busy. She has many projects.

Even her daughter is busy. Her daughter is also one project. And so, when you do this meditation, it's also important to think about, if I and my husband or wife die at the same time, who will take care of our child?

Okay? So, in the old days, there was a godmother, godfather. They have to promise, if mother and father die in a car accident or something, immediately we will take care of your child for the rest of their childhood.

So, if you have children, especially young children, you and your wife or husband, you should prepare something. Okay? And that's part of death meditation.

You should have a will. Who's going to get your money? Who's going to get your stuff?

And you should have a serious agreement from some other couple that they will take care of your child. They will raise your child. I have a student, Nancy Karen, right?

Some of you know her. Then, she had two ... three children.

Two boys and a girl. And bringing them up was hard. That was some hard times.

Then, she and me ... she's the director of New York Center for many years. And she always tell me, Geshe-la, as soon as the kids are grown up, go out, I want some project.

Then, the last one finally grew up, what's his name? Ori, Ori. He finally ...

The younger one left first, the older one left second. Then she said, I'm finished Geshe-la, give me a project. Then her sister died.

Suddenly. No father. And she has a baby, small baby.

So, she got a new project. And that baby just went to college. Now she's like, okay, now Geshe-la, I need a project.

Okay? So, you have to find somebody like that, who is a good person. She raised the new girl, you know, after the first family finished.

So, you should find someone like that.
