[Speaker 1]
Let's meditate, ready? Cincuenta dolares. Now people turn it off.

You can clear your head. Relax your eyes.

[Speaker 2]
Deep breath. Let it out.

[Speaker 1]
Pull in your stomach. Relax your shoulders. Relax your hands.

Fingers. Relax your forehead. Chest out a little bit.

And come to your breath. Ten slow breaths.

[Speaker 2]
Exhale first.

[Speaker 1]
Then please invite your teacher to come.

[Speaker 2]
Heart teacher.

[Speaker 1]
And they sit down in front of you to meditate together.

[Speaker 2]
Then think of some beautiful quality they have. Something you would like to develop yourself. And just appreciate it.

[Speaker 1]
Then tell them something you made a mistake yesterday.

[Speaker 2]
Maybe jealous of somebody, or not thanking someone.

[Speaker 1]
Now tell them something good you did yesterday. Especially any dharma that you learned.

[Speaker 2]
Then ask them to teach you.

[Speaker 1]
Ask them to stay. Okay, we're going to do a short meditation.

[Speaker 2]
It's about your breath.

[Speaker 1]
And just think about, if you don't get food for two or three weeks, you will die. If you don't get water for three or four days, you can die. But if the breath stops, small invisible thing passing through your nose, if it stops for more than three minutes, your brain will be damaged and you will die.

So, we're going to do five-minute meditation about breath and the three minutes. So, if you think about it, it's a miracle that for your whole life—thirty, forty, fifty years—your breath hasn't stopped for three minutes.

[Speaker 2]
And we'll just meditate on that.

[Speaker 1]
If you have time, you can think about places where maybe your breath would stop for more than three minutes, and then you're dead. Okay, here we go.

[Speaker 2]
Please take three deep breaths.

[Speaker 1]
Then you can stretch. Open your eyes.
