It's better if it kills me and if he can live. With that decision, start to focus on your breath. Let your breath get longer and longer.

Especially the out-breath. Finally the out-breath touches his lips. Then the out-breath goes into his mouth.

And comes down his throat. Reaches to his kidney. Touches the black tumor.

Then wraps around the black tumor. Your breath wraps around the black tumor.
