[Говорящий 1] (0:00 - 18:10) Okay, let's start. It's really hard to meditate when you didn't have enough sleep, and you're climbing a mountain all day, but... But we don't have much time together, so let's meditate. Let's be tough guys, tough guys. Tough. Cough. Bang something. Crinkle something. Make noise. Yeah, like papers are very good. Finished? Finished? Okay, now let's meditate. It works. Relax your eyelids, please. Relax your mouth. Small smile. Pull in your stomach. Relax your shoulders. Puff out your chest. Please come to your breath. We'll sit with the breath for a few moments. And please lay down on your back in the grass. Soft cool grass. There's sunlight on your body. I like to put my hands behind my head. Look at the sky. We'll stay here for a few minutes. Relax. Try to drop all of your worries and busy thoughts, especially about leaving. You're still here. Enjoy the Guadalajara sky. And please feel the space in which your body is lying, the space that your body is occupying. It's not the air. Air didn't move when you occupied this space. Empty space. And you moved into it when you laid down. Stay in that space. Relax into that space. Again, please feel the cool soft grass on your arms or legs. And if I ask you, where did this grass come from? How did this grass grow here? How do you feel? I think I feel automatically, there are several gardeners here working very hard. They put grass seed here. They put fertilizer. And then this nice soft grass grows here. That's how I feel about the grass. Try to look at the grass in a different way. The grass has a beautiful color. The grass is soft. Perhaps it was planted by giving beauty to others, showing beauty to others. Perhaps the touch of the grass was created by touching other people in a kind way, like hugging them. Then when you hugged somebody else, you planted this grass. And before you came here, that seed created a gardener. And it created the seeds which the gardener planted. Your own kindness to someone else created the rain in this place. And the rain was in the sky, in the blue sky. And you created that blue sky also. All of this beauty, I created. Some of it before I was born. Because my mind and my seeds are much older than this sky. In your mind, look around this place where we had the fire. Look at the grass. Look at the trees. Look at the sky. Look at the stones. Anything which you did not create, erase it. Wipe it away. There's nothing here you didn't create. And that space gives a place for the grass and the trees and the sky to exist. Be happy that you created such beauty. Be happy that you created the beautiful people who came here this week from many different countries, many different cultures, different food, different beliefs. But you brought them together and they are loving each other. They are loving each other. You created that. Be happy. Let's spend a few minutes and be happy. Slowly please come back to your breath. Focus on your breath. And please slowly open your eyes. Take a nice stretch. Hit your neighbor.
