Please relax your shoulders. Relax the corners of your mouth. Relax your eyelids, your forehead.

Relax your hands, fingers. Pull in your stomach slightly, and please start to watch your breath. Now please move the breath from your nose to the place between your eyebrows.

Then please pretend you are lying on the grass, looking up at the sky, blue sky. Then try to focus on the space in which your body is lying. You're lying on the grass, but your body is in space.

It's occupying space. Now I go to a deeper space.

This is the fourth kind of space. We haven't gone there before. This is the goal of the first three kinds of space.

Then feel the grass under your body and understand that you made the grass. Look at the trees, the tall trees growing around the grass. Think about the beautiful tree which held the piñata yesterday.

I also planted this tree. I created the soil.
