[Говорящий 2] (0:00 - 1:34)
Okay, so please sit up nicely, quietly, relax your face. I have trouble in the afternoon, if I relax too much I fall asleep, but anyway. Relax your mouth, relax your eyes.

Start to breathe more deeply, deep breaths. They call it yogic breath, right? Try to fill your whole rib cage and then release it.

Imagine you are sitting with your heart lama. If you haven't met them yet, then imagine what they may be like. Keep breathing deeply, okay?

[Говорящий 1] (1:50 - 2:08)
Ask them to please come to the top of your head. They rise from their seat in front of you. They start to get smaller.

They turn halfway in the air, like an Elisa Monte dancer, and they come down on the top of your head.

[Говорящий 2] (2:21 - 2:23)
Then you can ask them for anything.

[Говорящий 1] (2:24 - 8:49)
The example I would like to give is, please bless me that as I fall off to sleep and do my coffee meditation, I could appreciate myself more than I do now. I could appreciate the goodness that is within me that I don't acknowledge. I do do kind things to other people.

I do think nice things about other people. I do say nice things throughout the day. Please bless me to acknowledge it more, which would make the karmas more powerful, and then my life would be more happy.

The minute you ask, this big smile gets on their face. All the scriptures say that. It's kind of cool.

The lama breaks out in a big smile because you're smart enough to ask. Then this nectar starts to descend through their body into the top of your skull, like honey. It has a warm golden light and it starts to drip down your body.

I see it like coating the sides of a jar, like the inside of my skin has this nectar pouring down, slowly seeping down into my body. And spread throughout your body are pranic signs of all the inability you have to appreciate yourself. As you get older, your bones start to bend and your spine might start to twist.

These are results of long-term patterns of thinking that tie up the prana and they start to change your alignment and your bones. Throughout your body there are physical manifestations of attitudes you've had your whole life about yourself that were not kind enough. And so as the nectar comes down, it's catching on those dark spots and it's carrying them down towards the bottom of your body.

All these little knots in your prana from not appreciating yourself are flowing down with the honey, slowly down your chest, inside your chest, and down your back. And it's heading towards your waist. So feel the honey coming down and feel the subtle blockages of prana from not appreciating yourself and other people enough.

They're like houses carried by a big flood. They are being torn out of your body and they are caught in the honey and they're being carried down towards your waist. Then they reach the bottom of your body.

The nectar reaches the bottom of your body, inside it. It's carrying these little areas of darkness with it, like houses caught in a flood, a huge flood. And then suddenly that bursts out of the bottom of your body.

All of those negativities, all of those inabilities to appreciate yourself and your life break out of your body, out of your anus, out of your asshole. They start to pour out. When they come outside of the body they take on the form of scorpions and snakes and evil little creatures, black widow spiders.

They are dropping out of your body. All these years of not appreciating yourself enough, all these years of not acknowledging your own goodness are pouring out of the bottom of your body like evil little toads and snakes and scorpions, spiders. Then the ground opens up under your body.

It's a very beautiful image. The ground separates like a canyon or a chasm and below you is a pit. And in that pit there's a huge dangerous dog like a huge German shepherd, slobbering and cruel.

And it's big, it's maybe 10 feet high and has huge claws and it's deaf. And it has been waiting for you and it has been waiting to eat you, to devour your life. Your whole life that huge cruel creature has been waiting below you for you to die.

And its jaws are open and its jaws are facing up and you can see the slobbering of its mouth. And then there's a beautiful thing. You say, okay, you want something?

Here, have all these spiders and scorpions and snakes. Have all this crap that was inside of me. And you drop it into those open jaws from the bottom of your body.

[Говорящий 2] (8:50 - 9:12)
All the years of not being happy enough about yourself you feed to the Lord of Death and see them pouring into the mouth of this creature. And then this cool thing happens in the scripture.

[Говорящий 1] (9:13 - 9:20)
He shuts his mouth and he smiles and he says, that's enough, I'm satisfied.

[Говорящий 2] (9:20 - 9:27)
And the ground closes and you're just sitting there.

[Говорящий 1] (9:27 - 9:54)
And then your rear end closes and the nectar starts to pool at the bottom of your body like a pool of warm honey. And it doesn't have anywhere to go. So it starts to rise in your body very slow.

So try to imagine the inside of your body filling up with warm honey.

[Говорящий 2] (9:56 - 10:26)
Slowly you can feel the surface rising and this golden light, golden honey, rising to your chest, then rising to your neck, and then rising to the top of your head.

[Говорящий 1] (10:28 - 10:42)
And it's a tradition to feel it. It's a little too much to fit in your body and it comes out of the hole at the top of your head and it starts to flow down the outside of your body.

[Говорящий 2] (10:42 - 10:55)
And this is the nectar of immortality. And then you're like, thank you Lama for being on your head.

[Говорящий 1] (10:55 - 11:20)
And if you like, you can ask them to come down into your heart. Stay there during the day. When you have a difficult moment with someone during the day, you can check in with your Lama in your heart and they calm you down.

Leave the Lama there, smiling, happy, proud that you did something nice today.

[Говорящий 2] (11:21 - 11:41)
And then you can open your eyes. That's du tsultrim pep chak. Wow, I love that one.

The first part is called marn de, if you care.

[Говорящий 1] (11:43 - 12:32)
De means to force sheep ahead of you as you are crossing a road and a car is coming. It's like you're pushing the sheep ahead of you. It's good to have a few dogs.

If you've been to Ireland or something. It means to drive something ahead of you, those negativities. You're driving them down ahead of you, like with a whip.

That's called de. So marn de, you force them down. And then yarn de, it fills you.

It's cool. That's du tsultrim pep chak. You can do it sometimes.

Especially if you're not feeling well, you can clean things up. Or if you're not feeling too good about yourself, you can do that one.
