[Speaker 1]
In a group meditation, it's crucial to be quiet, okay? It's crucial not to move. You cannot meditate, you can just, you know, bring your knees up to your chest and kind of sit like that and doze, but don't snore, okay?

I mean, in group meditation, you can really hurt someone else by moving. So if you can't do it for yourself, do it for the other people in the room. Get all your coughing out now.

You can control coughing pretty well if you focus on the tickle when it comes, okay? And then suddenly it's time to end the meditation and you didn't cough, then you can cough. Here we go.

Please come to your breath, watch your breath. Glue the mind to the passage of the breath. And I'd like you to think of the one person in the world that you are most jealous of.

What person in your life now can bring up feelings of jealousy in you? Identify one person. Don't be lazy, don't be fuzzy.

Choose a person. If you're not a jealous type, choose the person you're most likely to be jealous about, but please come up with one person's name. Who are you most envious of in your life?

Pick a few candidates, but narrow the field down to the worst.

[Speaker 2]
How often are you jealous of this person? Does it come once a day? Does it come once a week?

Does it come every hour? Do you think of them?

[Speaker 1]
How often do you think of them?

[Speaker 2]
What is it exactly about them that you're jealous of? What is it that they have that you're unhappy that they have? Slowly come back to your breath.

And you can slowly open your eyes. You can stretch if you want.
