Okay, good morning. Did you have good sleep? If you didn't have good sleep, you can sleep in the class.

The very experienced student, they learn to sleep like this in the class. Don't go like this. Go like this.

And then sleep with them. Very advanced student after 20 years. Okay, let's do meditation.

That's easy chance to sleep. If you like to record it, it's a good time to record it. You can use it at home for a week.

After that, I think you won't need it. Please don't put on WeChat. Don't put on Internet.

Geshe Michael will get trouble. Geshe Michael won't be able to come to China. Okay, so be responsible.

Okay. Here we go. Good.

We're going to go a little bit farther this time, so we'll go through each step a little bit faster. So it's important to do your meditation and keep moving. Otherwise you will get sleepy.

Okay, here we go. Relax your face. Relax your eyelids.

Relax your mouth. Relax your shoulders. Relax your fingers.

And pull in your stomach just a little bit. And then come to the sound of the air-conditioning. This is like the ground floor of a nine-story hotel.

We count it as zero. And rest your head, sorry, rest your mind on the sound of the air-conditioner like you rest your head on your pillow. And then please come to the beating of your heart.

You are in your body. You're looking down at the beating of your heart. Now let's go to the inside of the heart.

More quiet place. The walls of the heart are beating around me. And the inside of the heart is like a beautiful small apartment.

With lots of sunlight. Now we go to the very center of the heart. And the walls of the heart are beating far away.

Almost cannot hear them. But still lots of sunlight and very comfortable, elegant meditation space. Next to me in that inner room is a small table and on that table is a small pot of sugar and I put my finger in the sugar.

And I see on the tip of my finger, there's a small crystal of sugar. And to show my meditation power, I will put my mind inside one single grain of sugar. So it's like I open a door in the sugar crystal.

And I put my mind inside. And I'm surprised to see, inside it's another beautiful sunlit meditation room. So try to focus your mind on a single tiny point.

And meditate inside that point. Now let's expand the mind. The mind itself becomes the pacific ocean.

It stretches from China to Los Angeles. Deep, quiet, and it's my whole mind is the ocean. So inside the sugar crystal, expand the mind.

This is not real meditation. We are just warming up our mind like before qigong or something. Now please include the sky over the ocean.

Now we want to go even quieter. Try to turn off your mind. It's actually not possible.

But we pretend that we turn off the mind. If any thoughts come, then find them and block them. Super quiet.

Okay, here we go. Level 7. Level 8.

Even more quiet. When thoughts come through the mind, just let them go. Like clouds in the sky.

This is not kong xin. This is not real meditation. It's just to exercise our mind muscle.

During the meditation, please remember to breathe out second time. So at the end of the normal exhale, push out a little more air. And this will keep the chi level.

Now let's think of one of our teachers. Think about one of the great teachers in your life. Maybe it's your mom or dad.

Who are your first great teachers? And special school teacher. Or the person who taught you your job.

Or spiritual teacher. Could be historical teacher like Buddha. Nagarjuna.

And it could be your heart teacher. If you didn't meet your heart teacher yet, you can imagine them. Even if the heart teacher has passed away, you can invite them.

And just imagine they are sitting in front of you. Relaxed. They are very happy that you are meditating.

They are looking at you with great affection. We make a lot of mistakes in our life. But still they love us like our mother.

So enjoy sitting with your teacher. Knee to knee. They are alive.

They are not a picture. They are real. They are breathing.

You can smell the little sweet fragrance from their body. Your eyes are closed. But you can see them looking at you with great affection.

Very proud of you. Even with all your mistakes. Now think of something about your teacher that you really love.

Some good quality they have. Choose one. You can change this quality a few times a week or a few weeks.

You can also change the teacher you meditate on every few days. That teacher's good quality is like the pen. It's not inside the teacher.

It's coming from my seeds. Maybe other people meet the same teacher. And they don't see these good qualities.

Because they don't have those seeds. So, let's go back to our past life. We don't have the power, many of us, to see our past life directly.

But we can imagine maybe what we did to plant those seeds. The result of the seeds is the proof of the seeds. And the result should be similar to the seed.

So, I must have done something very good in my past life. And I will try to imagine what I did. You cannot imagine anything that you don't have a seed for.

You cannot imagine anything that you don't have a seed for. So, the higher school will say that even those imaginations they are true because they are coming from seeds. So, have fun.

Relax. Enjoy the past good deed which you must have done. Make a nice movie.

You can be anybody. Man or woman. You can have any job.

You can live in any country. You can even be a special bird or a special fish. Okay, let's make the movie.

We'll spend a little bit of time here. Just relax. Enjoy.

If you start to get sleepy or you start to think about other things just smile and bring your mind back to the movie. Gently. Now, come back to your teacher.

And you can ask yourself those three questions. Number one. Do they have this beautiful quality?

The answer is yes. Number two. Is that beautiful quality coming from me?

From the seeds I planted in my past life. And the answer is yes. And the third question.

Is there anything about that quality which is not coming from me? Is it possible to see anything in the world which I don't have seeds for? And the answer is no.

And this is kong xin. That beautiful quality is not inside them. Being a pen is not inside the pen.

This is coming from me. And because of that I can become Buddha. Let's come back down.

Soft landing of the airplane. Come back to your mind. The thoughts are coming to the mind like clouds.

And I am not watching them. When you come down, come down a little bit faster. And don't forget to take an extra exhale.

Let's go down to level seven. A little more noisy. If thoughts come in the mind.

Then block them. Now come back to the ocean and the sky. Enjoy, relax.

We are almost finished. The mind becomes the ocean. Wide and deep.

Let's come back to the sugar crystal. Inside, beautiful meditation room with lots of sunlight. Imagine a single sugar crystal sitting in the whole ocean.

And now inside the inside of the heart. Elegant sunlit meditation room. And the walls of the heart are beating far away.

Now we are inside the heart but close to the walls. The beating is pretty strong. And now we are sitting in our body.

In the room in Thailand. We are watching our heart beat. If I keep doing this meditation.

I will truly see how everything around me is coming from me. Then I can make the world beautiful. And I can help everyone around me.

So take three deep exhales. Imagine that the breath going out is a golden light. And it touches all the people in this world.

All the animals, all the living creatures. And it blesses them. That one day they will do this emptiness meditation.

This dance of the lion. Three deep exhales. And take a nice stretch.

Mr. Nick, if you guys have microphones. We will do some question and answer. Ok.

[Speaker 2]
Hello, Mr. Nick.

[Speaker 1]
Hello.

[Speaker 2]
I have two questions. The first question is. I want to ask.

Is donation a seed of wealth? And what is the proportion of return?

[Speaker 1]
When you ask a question. Put it in pieces. And then Stanley can translate.

Ok, go ahead. I want to ask two questions. First one is.

Is fundraising planting the seeds for money? Because when you say. And if it is.

What is the returning rate? What is the profit rate? Because when you say.

Every time you want one thousand. You give one hundred. So it is always ten times back.

Ok. Isn't it. The seeds double every 24 hours?

Ok, good question. First answer. When you teach dharma.

You shouldn't ask for money. It should be for free. My teacher taught for.

He taught me for 30 years. Almost every day. He never asked me for any money.

When I first met him. I gave him my bank book. Then very funny.

He took it. He said. What is this thing?

I said it is a bank book. Then he said. I don't need it.

Then he threw at me. Then of course I kept it. So it should be free.

But if the student want to help. Like to save the ancient books. I think it is important.

It is not comfortable for me to ask for money. I don't like it. But I will do it.

To save the books. Then how much interest do you get. You make donation.

It depends on how happy are you. If you give like this. Then the seed doesn't grow very fast.

Then you know how Geshe-la gives $100 in the class. Give happy. And the seed will grow faster.

I don't know. In my diamond company. We start with nothing.

I have $7. Later it was bought by Warren Buffet. It is about $250 million per year.

So yeah. If you plant happily. It can double every.

My company double every 18 months. For 19 years. I think it is one of the fastest in the history of New York City.

So if the feeling is happy. Also choose carefully. Make priority.

We cannot donate to everything. We want to. But we don't have enough money.

So giving donation is not easy. You think it is easier to give away money than to make money. But it is not.

You have to think carefully. What is the most benefit? Then you are supposed to do very gracefully.

Okay. And like that. Okay.

Second question. Actually the reason I ask this question is. When I start to learn the seed system.

I don't have much money. So what I have been doing is. To ask a lot of people.

To donate for some project. So I want to know. As the fundraiser.

What is the most benefit? Am I planting like 100% seeds. Equals to the amount of they donated.

Or I am just getting the 10% seeds of them. Like by doing coffee meditation.

[Speaker 2]
That is only the first question.

[Speaker 1]
So you don't have to answer first. Okay. Yeah.

You do get a lot. Yeah. If you are a fundraiser.

But don't push people. Only when people are happy. And do legally.

What is the law in your country? How much tax you have to pay. Keep a good record.

If the government want to see. You say this is the record. Everything should be legal in your country.

Okay. Quick. Other question.

[Speaker 2]
Okay.

[Speaker 1]
So because I also realize. Many people don't know how to keep the six time books. So I started an organization in Shenzhen.

To help people to do the six time book. And then I want to hear from you directly. Because when many people do this.

They only do the. Keep their good seeds. They don't write down their bad seeds.

So what do you think about this? First thing. Anytime you share.

Or you share something like the six times book. You have to check the law in your country. Is it allowed to share this thing?

Each country has different law. So most important. Check.

Ask people. What's correct? How can I do this correctly?

Secondly. Sometimes I tell people. Just write down the good thing you did.

Why? Most people. Only think about the bad thing they did.

It's very hard. To get people in every country. To do coffee mingsheng.

I don't know why. We are all. Most of us are like that.

Do you keep your book? Yes. Do you check what you're doing during the day?

Yes. How are you doing? Good or bad?

I'm always doing bad things. Okay. So personally.

I keep it on my computer. I found out I'm thinking more about the bad thing I did than I'm thinking about the good thing I did. So I made a rule.

For myself. I have to put the good thing first. Then if I die during the book.

I did the rejoicing. More important. Okay.

More important. So give equal time. Equal time.

Do the good one first. Most people will not give enough time to the good one. Okay.

Alright. Any other question? Thank you for good question.

[Speaker 2]
Where is he?

[Speaker 1]
Okay. Hi.

[Speaker 2]
I have been practicing meditation for a year. Do I need to translate first? You can do it yourself later.

I always choose between Geshe and Maitreya. It's usually Geshe or Maitreya. Because Maitreya is a happy, big smile, big belly and big ears.

Sometimes I can't help but want to choose him. But when I think about when I met him, I can't see his physical part. Because he is just an image.

Or a statue. A hard image. So I want to ask if I can choose such an object as my meditation object.

[Speaker 1]
Yifan. Maitreya. Mila is Maitreya.

[Speaker 2]
Hello, Geshe-la. So my question is, I've been doing blind dancing since you taught me last year in Thailand. And then I've been choosing Geshe-la and Maitreya to be my object of the teacher.

Because sometimes I really tend to choose Maitreya as the object. Because in my memory since childhood, he is always an object, a teacher with a very big belly, and a very big smile, and a very big ear. And then I feel like he is so attractive that I want to choose him as the object.

But when I go to the next step, like when I first met him, and then I feel like I never met him. And then he's just a very good image that I want to choose him as. And it just comes to my mind so naturally, so I choose him as the object.

So when I feel like he is not that, I can't feel his smile. Or maybe because I never met that person before. So I feel like difficult to imagine that when I first met him, but the quality is still there.

He's so full of joyfulness. So my question is how can I choose that kind of teacher as an object that I haven't seen before? That's my question.

[Speaker 1]
Thank you very much. Okay, good question. Many of us choose Buddha for our meditation object.

But most of the people who choose Buddha for meditation object never saw Buddha. We saw painting or we saw statue. Many of us didn't have enough seed to meet the Buddha directly.

But it's very wonderful to meditate on the Buddha as our teacher. So it's almost like Maitreya, nickname is future Buddha. Next Buddha.

That Buddha is much closer than we think. We think next Buddha come after 1000 years or so. It's not like that.

They are very close. But if we didn't meet them yet, how to do the meditation? This is in the Jing.

And it's maybe helpful for you. We always begin with the outline. When the Buddha's first painting was made, see, in those time they don't have cell phone.

And they don't need a painting of Buddha. Because they have a Buddha. Then there are three stories in the Jing of a student who was far away.

The one I like the best is a princess. And she lived in Sri Lanka. Buddha was in North India.

Then she sent him a very beautiful message with some businessmen, traveling businessmen. Then that correspondence is very sweet. We still have the correspondence.

It's like she's in love with him in a pure way. And so he want to send her, she said please send me a picture of you. So in those days they will put a fire here.

And Buddha will sit in front of the fire. And with his back to the fire. Then somebody will hold up a sheet.

And the Buddha's shadow will come from the fire to the sheet. In English we call outline or silhouette. And they will make exactly correct.

Buddha's silhouette. So in meditation, this is a good system. Pretend there's a light behind the teacher.

And first all you can see is the, get the silhouette correct. Then traditionally we start with the eyes. So first there's silhouette.

Then put the eyes. Just floating eyes. And they are looking at you with love.

They always say it's important the eyes are looking at you with love. Like in high school, how you look at your boyfriend. Okay, like that.

Buddha's like. They love you. Okay, then you finish the rest of the face, the smile.

And in the meditation the teacher is always smiling. Why? All day long we do small bad things.

One thing we do good every day. We do our meditation. So Buddha's happy.

Good, good. Okay. Then you finish the rest of the hands.

And the clothes. Then imagine your favorite flower smell. Could be jasmine.

My lama smelled like a good cup of coffee to me. That's okay. Okay, what smell you enjoy?

Meditation should be enjoy. It should be fun. Otherwise you won't do it.

Okay, so have fun. And use your imagination. Okay, and Maitreya.

Yeah, that's fine. But not a statue. Never make a statue.

Never make a flat painting. That's not meditation. If you want to do that, then go to the temple and look at the painting.

But it's only indirect benefit to your mind. If you close your eyes and make a real person, it's much more powerful. Okay, thank you.

How did you make the seed to meet the statue? Definitely you met Maitreya in your past life. Okay, definitely you met them.

Otherwise you cannot see the statue. Okay, so you have the seed. But maybe you were sleepy.

Something so you didn't meet the real one in this life. Or maybe you met them but you didn't realize it. Okay?

Okay, thank you. Hi, I would like to ask regarding the special needs children. I'm a school teacher.

I know the special needs children come from my pen. And then there are three men's special needs children. I really need your advice.

First one is dyslexic children. They have difficulty in reading. I'm not sure whether you all have the knowledge regarding this as in special needs.

As in I give the example, like D-O-G, dog, they will read as might be G-O, would be the God.

[Speaker 2]
So I'm a Chinese teacher. When they are learning Chinese, it will be more difficult for them to pick up the words because it's like the strokes and the... So it's very difficult.

And then I really trying many ways to trying to help them. But I remember there's a girl told me that he can see the board, the words is flying. When I heard that, I was so shocked.

How come the word is flying? And I really don't know what to do.

[Speaker 1]
Okay, and then second type is the audizens. Okay, they will like live in their own world. And some of them, they will keep talking to themselves.

Okay, I'm not sure whether is it correct. I stop them say, hello, you don't stop talking to yourself. Okay, I'm not sure whether is this an interruption or is it a good way to let them to continue.

And then some of them even they don't know how to express themselves. Don't know how to ask for permission to go for the toilet. Although they are in primary like 10 years old already.

Okay, and then the third one is the ADHD, is hyperactive. They are very, can be destructive in the class. And then they are restless.

And they have a lot of energy. And they can, some will come with the anger management. Yeah, so is, so I keep thinking of the pens.

And then sometimes we recite the sutra and then dedicate to them. But other than that, I really don't know and feel helpless.

[Speaker 2]
So I really need your advice. Thank you very much.

[Speaker 1]
Do you want to say?

[Speaker 2]
Okay, I want to ask Mr. Garcia about the students with special needs. I am a Chinese teacher, a primary school teacher. I know that all the students with special needs are from my pen.

And I met mainly three types. The first one is the students with reading impairment. They are very difficult to master Chinese.

And they will put, for example, English D-O-G, they might see it as G-O-D, God. Or they will jump from the first row to the third row. So they are very difficult in reading.

So this also hinders their learning. The second type is about autistic children. They live in this world.

They often talk to themselves. Even I have students who are already ten years old. He still doesn't know how to tell me that he needs to go to the bathroom.

Such a simple sentence can't express his own language. The third type is transitional children. They are very difficult to focus on.

They are very busy. They have a lot of physical energy.

[Speaker 1]
It is very difficult to focus on them. Some of them even affect their sleep.

[Speaker 2]
Because at night, they are still very active in their hearts. And the only thing I can do is sometimes I will recite sutras to them. But other than that, I am really helpless.

So I really need Mr. Garcia to give me some advice. Thank you.

[Speaker 1]
Okay. Cool. My answer has three parts.

Then we will take a break. So, I was in the diamond business for 19 years. It is a truly international business.

There are diamond people in every country. And actually, it feels a little bit like a family. I went to the mall here two days ago.

I met some really good diamond people. And we had a really good time talking about diamonds. So I have a friend.

He is a very wealthy diamond dealer. But he is very cheap. He never gives any donation.

He is always fighting for money. Then I worry about him. Because right now, he is very successful.

But I thought if he keeps like this, he will be very successful. He will lose his money. His business will fail.

And I love him very much. So I am thinking how to help him. And finally, I got a good idea.

I invite him to go to dinner. What does he say? Who's pay?

I say, don't worry, don't worry, I pay. Okay, okay, we can go. He is very cheap.

We go to the dinner. And my friends know when I go to the restaurant, I love to give a big tip. At least 50%, sometimes 100%.

Because those people are working so hard. And also want to make more money. So I give a big tip to them.

In this hotel, the people who clean your room, find them today. Give them a nice tip. Just from you.

Not through the organization. The whole hotel will be happy today. So, I thought if he learns to give tip, his income won't go down.

But how to get him to do the tip? So I took him to a very expensive restaurant. It's called Village on the Green?

Tavern on the Green. In New York City. It's a restaurant on the park.

The city only allows one restaurant in the central park. So it's very expensive. I took him to the restaurant.

Then when it's time to pay the bill, I called the waiter. Then I told my friend, here's my credit card. You pay for the meal.

I really have to pee pee. Then I took $100 bill. I said give him this for tip.

He's like, what? I said, give for tip. $100.

It's okay, give him. It's my money. He said, okay, okay.

Then I went to the toilet. Then I didn't pee pee. I opened the door a little bit.

And I'm watching him. Then he gave the credit card. I can't hear anything.

I can just see. Then he gave the $100. Then the waiter's like.

Then he said. Then the waiter's like. Then he asked for change, I think.

You need change? Then the waiter's like. Then my friend is like.

Then I did this like three times. Now he's like this. He will pay for dinner.

Then he will give like $20. He's like. Like that, he changed.

So, why am I talking about that? One mother called me to meet her son. It's in northwest America, called Oregon.

And the son is autistic. He cannot speak well. And his mind is confused.

She told me how to plant seed for him. Then I said, you cannot plant seed for another person. Then she said, how is he going to change?

Take him to the children's hospital. Unlike Christmas, now it's Christmas, right? Buy some toys.

And put the toy in his hand. And give to the other child. And then the other child will take.

And he will plant a seed. Little bit. There's not much intention.

But there is giving. And slowly his mind will change. And so she said, okay, I will try.

And she did it for like a year. Not every day, but you know, every week or two weeks. Then I went back to their house.

She said, I want to show you something. And she said, okay. Give Geshe-la a song.

He went to the piano. And he's like ... He played a perfect song.

Then she said his mind changed. So, it's the rich guy in the restaurant theory. It's the same principle.

Trick them to plant seed. Okay, and then they start. And it's not fast.

But it's steady. So, find ways to get the children to help each other. And their seeds will change.

But it takes a lot of patience. And you are very cool to even help those children. I think we should give you a hand.

Last thing. The disruptive children who cannot sit down. Special suggestion.

Where's the quality in your teacher come from? Come from you. Understand?

Okay, I don't have to explain. If you do more meditation, and try to be more calm, the children in your class will start to change. Because their behavior is coming from you.

So, you can use both strategies. Okay, cool. We do the break first.

Break first or performance first? Tim, do you know? Performance first?

We're going to have a performance. And then we'll take a break. Okay.

We're going to do some lam rim. Steps of the path. For about half an hour.

And around 10.10, we will have presentations. Of the real apps. And I'm looking forward to it.

And I will also sit there and watch. And I thank you for doing them. I don't have time to watch all of them this afternoon.

But I would like to see some this morning and this evening. But I would like to see some this morning and this evening. Okay, so let's go back to the book.

And we're starting BCO BCO BCO LNGA 15, the number 15. BCO LNGA LNGA So, I have good news for you. This morning we reached the 15th day.

Okay. It's very good. So, this book is a record of a teaching.

And it took 24 days. And we have finished almost 75%. So, we can finish in four more years.

Okay, then we start the real one. I have a yoga teacher. He will do hard yoga for half hour.

Then we are like, Okay, now we are ready to start. Okay, like that. Okay.

When the teacher gave this teaching, and he was one of the teachers of my teacher. When my teacher was a young man, he was about 18 years old. And he was not a good student.

He was a bad boy. In his monastery, many times the monks will not wear shoes. So, my lama, he didn't study.

He will get thumbtacks, small nail, and put them near the gate. Then that monk will come in, you know. Everybody is, ah, ah, ah.

Then he is, ah, ah, ah. You know. So, then, during this teaching, and other similar teaching by this lama, Pabongka Rinpoche, my teacher was chosen to help with the cooking.

Then he is not supposed to have time to go to the teaching. Because his teacher said, you are such a bad student, it won't help you. You can cook.

Then, one day, the Pabongka Rinpoche, this teacher, he said, oh, this dinner is very delicious. Can you introduce me to the cook? Then they brought my teacher to see him.

Then he said, ah, looks like a good boy. Then he put his hand like this. Then my teacher like, Then, after that, he became the best geshe in the city.

They had a competition, 15,000 monks. And my teacher called, Angi Dambo means number one. Okay, like that.

Okay, good. So, each day when the teacher start a new day, they will quote some famous book to help the student to get the correct motivation. And on the 15th day, he quote from Aryadeva.

This is the number one student of Nagarjuna. Then he said, du nga gyal tsa de la ta nam pa kun tu yon me na chi khyer der ni chenwa la jikpa chi na kye min gyur du nga gyal tsa de la ta nam pa kun tu yon me na chi khyer der ni chenwa la jikpa chi na kye min gyur du nga gyal tsa de la ta nam pa kun tu yon me na Our life is like a ocean of suffering. Many, many problems.

This body itself has bomb inside, it will die. It's just time, it's going. Then the bomb will go off.

Inside the body there is bomb, it will kill you. We are built this way from our mom. chi khyer der ni he calls it chi khyer.

chi khyer means in English, if you are mad at somebody who is acting like crazy, like those kids in the class. They are acting very crazy. We call it shiva.

In English, I'll teach you some bad English, okay? Everybody learns the bad words first in each language. Okay, then someone is not acting nice, you are acting like a two-year-old.

Because when kids get to be two years old, they are always acting bad. So here, Aryadeva, he said chi khyer means you are two-year-old. You are two-year-old.

In Buddhism, when you say you act like a two-year-old, it means you are not two-year-old. You are thinking about kongshin. You don't understand kongshin.

So you can be ninety years old, and you can be a two-year-old, because you are not using seeds. You spend a lot of money. You take a lot of time.

You go to Thailand every morning. You meditate that the teacher's good quality is coming from you. And you go to the past life, and you find the seed.

And then on the way home, in the Bangkok airport, you have a fight with your husband. Watch. You will have.

Okay. Then you forget husband comes from you. Maybe you can hold a pen in your hand when you go to the airport.

Then husband says something. Then you ... Okay.

So if you don't do that, chingwa means you will be handcuffed. Okay. No freedom.

And then you should be afraid. Handcuffed to this body. You cannot get a better body.

Okay. So then it's traditional. The teacher will try to get your motivation better.

And then review a little bit about what we did before. So what we did yesterday or the day before, we are studying the two causes of this body. One is seeds.

Karma. Second is the thoughts which cause us to do those karma. Jealousy.

Anger. Desire. Hatred.

So this part of the lam rim, we are going to start psychology class. We are going to study all the parts of the mind. Good parts and the bad parts.

Buddhist psychology is very old, about two thousand years old. And it's very beautiful. There are fifty-one different functions in the mind.

If you want to learn it someday, talk to the Abhidharma translator in our group. Okay? This one?

Okay? Okay? That's his job.

korwa le dang du kyi lo kyi hapa la kyar shen zay kyong tsu do du de tenpa la jor chu song dra Then he talked about it would be nice to change this body. It's nice to make money. Money is nice.

And it's nice to have good relationship. But at the same time, get a new body. Okay?

Before you get too old. Okay? Don't wait until the last minute.

Pack your suitcase this afternoon. Don't wait for tomorrow. It will be nervous.

Too late. You will leave something in the bathroom. Okay?

Same with this body. Don't wait until you are 80 years old. Pack today.

Tomorrow you can relax. You can have a nice last day in Thailand. Change the body this year.

Then rest of life you can relax. Same thing. Okay.

chiway lama hlak gong shing du korway dunyel sam We're going to do that tomorrow morning. It's a tradition at the end of the meditation. To bring the teacher to the top of the head.

Small. Then they come down into your heart. And then keep them there.

In the morning. Then you talk to your teacher. Would you stay in my heart the rest of the day?

And they will say, Yes, I will stay in your heart. If you think about me, then we have to be honest. I will try.

But I'm very busy. I have many things to think about. Then the lama will say, Okay, just think about me when you have a big problem.

Think about me in your heart. If your husband yells at you, your kids going crazy, then check in with the lama. I'm having a hard day.

Not going so well. Then he's like, fang song. Relax.

Relax. Okay? So that's tradition.

We'll do it tomorrow. Ten times a day. Then during the day, carry your manual with you.

I carry my backpack everywhere. Everywhere I go, I carry it. Is traffic has kong shing or not?

Yeah. I don't like traffic. I hate traffic.

Doing the traffic is so nice. Five hours to Bangkok. You can study whole Lam Rim.

You are so lucky. This is the kong shing of traffic. Understand?

Okay, okay, okay. Then, how to get that strong mind, I want to change this body. korway de kyi tom jor so kang tong yang di da lu way chu chen yin Then when you see like, I don't know, nice car, Tesla Model X, we went to dinner at the mall in Shenzhen?

No, Tianjin. Yeah. And there was a Model X Tesla.

Actually, I don't know what it is. That's why I go with Stanley and Allison. They are young and they keep my education.

Geshe-la, look, Model X, you know? Like, what's Model X? I thought there's a fashion model.

Then, this book says when you see that car, remember kong shing. Remember kong shing. Why?

If you don't remember kong shing, that car will hurt you. Okay? Understand?

Anytime you see beautiful thing, flower, beautiful person, beautiful CSP students singing about Ulaanbaatar. Okay, you have choice. You can remember the kong shing.

Or you can just enjoy like a blind man. Okay? You always have choice.

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
So, when the CSP students sing that beautiful song, you can just enjoy. Don't think about kong shing. Then you are burning karma, but you are not making new karma.

Okay? Your debit card is charging. Okay?

So, always try to remember kong shing. Can I buy Tesla, Geshe-la? Sure.

It's okay. Am I bad person? Am I bad Buddhist?

If I have a nice car? Tell me how you think about the car. Do you remember the kong shing of the car?

Geshe-la, how do I think about the kong shing of the car? Because I really want one. I want to have a Tesla and I want to be a good Buddhist at the same time.

So, teach me how. Then, just kong shing. Just remember the kong shing of the car.

We went to the mall. We were lost. Do you remember?

We were looking for a restaurant. We got lost in the mall. We actually got to the restaurant after they closed because we were lost.

Then, Stanley is very smart. He found the manager. He said, I know you are closed, but my friend from America, he heard about your famous restaurant and he really want to have dinner here.

Tomorrow, he is going to Shenzhen. I think you better allow him to have dinner. Right?

So, we got dinner. But, when we got lost, accidentally, we meet the Tesla car. That's why we are late to dinner because boys have to look at the car.

So, when you look at the car, you have to think, where did this car come from? Why did I get lost and meet the car by accident? It's a Tesla seed in my mind.

Who made Tesla car? I did. Okay?

I made this cool car. Okay? So, then you are thinking about the kong xing of the car.

How to get a Tesla car? I have to make more money? No.

You have to help other people get to where they want to go. If the person need a ride to the Bangkok airport tomorrow, you must take care of them. You must take responsibility even if it's not your job.

Why? Because you understand the kong xing of the Tesla. The person who understands kong xing, that sign of understanding kong xing, they are the person who will help the other person to go to the Bangkok airport.

Okay? I'll show you a person who doesn't understand kong xing. Oh, Steve.

Steve wants to get to the airport tomorrow. He missed the bus. Geshe-la, can you help me?

No, I'm sorry. I'm studying kong xing. I'm too busy.

Geshe-la, helping me to get to the airport is studying kong xing. Understand? Okay, cool.

So, when you see the car, you have to understand. If you don't think about how it's coming from why it's like the pen, then you have to get the car the old way. You know, make more money.

Work harder. Don't share with other people. Collect, collect, collect.

Then buy a car. In my life, I never had a new car. Then recently, my friends bought me a new car.

It was a surprise. I didn't pay anything. Okay?

So, that's how you get a car. Okay, understand? Okay.

Help other people to get to the Bangkok airport. That's a special seed for a new car. That's the kong xing of Tesla.

Okay, good. Then he's complaining about some Buddhist people. They have a wrong attitude about the car.

If you're a good Buddhist, you should use the old, broken car. You know, like that. Okay?

He's complaining about it. This is not a correct idea about sansara. Sansara doesn't mean everything is suffering.

It doesn't mean that. Sansara means if you don't understand where things come from the seed, then you will use the car and you will lose the car. Because you don't know how to keep the seed going.

That's my new car, okay? They don't make this color. You cannot buy this color.

Then I just mentioned I like this color. Then my friends sent the new car to Las Vegas. They took it every piece apart.

And they paint each one special paint. Sent it back. It took like six weeks.

Okay? So, I didn't pay anything. I think the paint costs more than the car.

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
But my car is a very lonely person. My car is a very lonely person. I think I drove it two times because I'm too busy.

Okay. So, that's a wrong idea. Oh, I shouldn't have a nice car.

I shouldn't go to a nice restaurant. I shouldn't buy nice clothes. You know?

Don't think like that. If you wear nice clothes ... So, who's my fashion advisor?

It's Stanley. I always take him to the store. I say, Stanley, what should I wear?

What's cool? Then I will choose a shirt, you know? He's like, Lama, I love you.

I respect you. That's a super ugly shirt. Then I'm like, what's a good shirt?

He will help me to buy this. Okay? It's not bad to dress nice.

This morning, the people who gave performance, CSP students, the ladies look hot. The men look handsome. That's good.

Why? It makes other people happy. Okay?

This is the goal of Buddhists. If you look like a flower, you make everybody happy. That's why I take Stanley to the store.

Okay? So, it's not a bad thing. But, you must share with other people.

Okay? Help the refugees. Help the people in China in the earthquake.

Send them clothes. Okay? Both.

Okay? Send them clothes and wear nice clothes. That's a real Buddhist.

Both. Okay? Good clothes without helping the other people's clothes is a mistake.

It's also a mistake to never wear nice clothes. Okay? Wear nice clothes and send money to the earthquake in West China to buy clothes.

That action is not samsara. You are out of samsara. Okay?

Samsara is the other two. Wear the fancy clothes and ignore the earthquake victim. Or send money to the earthquake victim and don't wear nice clothes.

Okay? Those two are both samsara. How to get out of samsara?

Send money to earthquake victim for clothes. Then go with Stanley to the mall and buy some nice clothes because it makes other people happy. Okay?

That's the motivation. It's fine. It's fine.

DCI Level 10 is new. We just did it first time in Germany. And now we're doing it in Guangzhou, right?

No, Taiwan. Sorry. That's Level 10.

Then many people ask me, Kishla, what's Level 11? Don't ask me. It's secret.

Big secret. Okay, you are my friend. Enlightened shopping.

Just kidding. Okay, okay. Just kidding.

Everybody's excited. Okay, maybe I'll do a little bit. Okay.

Then you are out of samsara. Okay, then it's not samsara. Okay.
