Okay, let's meditate. Okay, ready? We're going to do the beginning of the Thousand Angels meditation.

There's a picture on page number 168. 168. What's the picture?

Just clouds, okay? That's the road coming to Diamond Mountain, okay? That was taken last year, I think.

Why it's there is the clouds are the correct clouds for this meditation. You're supposed to have puffy clouds. SHOS SAR BUNG DRE LTAR in Tibetan means they're supposed to look like yogurt color, and they're supposed to be puffy.

Tsongkapa is going to sit on top of those clouds, okay? So, look at the picture, think about the clouds, okay? And we're going to start the meditation, okay?

So, sit up straight. Step number one. Geshe Michael, turn off your cell phone.

Okay. Step two. Okay, no sniffling after that.

Front row was sniffling this morning, somebody, I don't know. Okay, here we go. Then in a group meditation, everybody has to sit very still, okay?

Like a stone. And please see blue sky with the beautiful puffy white clouds in front of you. And then slowly comes one very beautiful lama, Tsongkapa.

Robes are like gold color, shining. And he's not like very serious, he has a very big smile, very happy we invited him to come. He's been waiting for a long time, and he sits on top of those clouds like a meditation cushion.

Then we ask him to help us become clean, like crystal glass inside. And he always agrees, okay, let me help you. And a white light comes from his heart in a tube about the size of a McDonald's straw, drinking straw.

And that tube touches our head. And then a warm white light starts to come out. And inside our body, all over our body, there are small seeds, mental seeds, negative seeds.

Especially the ones that stop our wisdom, intelligence. Because of those seeds, Geshe Michael doesn't know how to use his cell phone, most of the functions. Or I don't understand government tax forms, or I don't like to read.

I don't know how internet works, or I don't know how to stay happy when people are driving crazy around me on the highway.

[Speaker 1]
All those things which I don't have intelligence enough, those opticals are in my body. They are pure potential. They are energy.

They are future things coming. So they have no color yet, they have no shape. But there are thousands, millions of them.

Then I start to give them shape. They are black. Inside my body are crawling small scorpions, spiders.

All over my body there's dirty places full of pus, dirty blood, bad blood. And that white light starts to push them down. Very slow.

So feel it. Today we had a great yoga class. Our teacher told us to move like we are moving in honey.

And that's how the white light is coming down your body. Feel it. Very warm and pleasant, like a slow massage.

Like honey, white light honey pouring down from the middle of the top of your head. Very slow. Beautiful warm white light.

It's coming down, coating the inside of the body. And in front of it, it is pushing down all those negative seeds. Spiders, scorpions, poison snakes, cool things and stupid things, dark things, unhappy things, pushing them down.

Where the white honey has reached me, my body becomes like glass. Clear, living glass, living crystal. Reaches your throat, flowing down.

The dark creatures are getting crowded below. Reaches your heart, still going down. Reaches your navel.

Now the ugly, dirty things are getting very crowded. A lot of pressure is building up. So some of them start to come out of your bottom, or your poopoo place, or peepee place.

Both places, they're coming out, pouring out. Then below you, the earth cracks open. Maybe like an inch crack.

And all those ugly things are falling into the crack, into the inside of the earth. And the white honey is pushing them down. And the body is becoming more and more crystal glass, living crystal.

Pure, happy, living crystal. And the last spider, the last scorpion is pushed out of the hole in my body, falls into the crack in the earth. And then with my love, I close the earth again.

The crack closes. If you lie, you can imagine a crossed vajra, a crossed bottom, and it seals the earth shut. All of those problems in your life, problems with your family, problems with your work, health problems, happiness problems, they're all gone.

They're locked inside the earth, cannot come back to you. So feel lighter, clearer, happy, free, relaxed, feng sheng. And we'll sit here for a minute and just enjoy being clean, pure, clear.

Then ask Je Tsongkapa if he will come to the top of your head. He always agrees. He says, oh, that would be wonderful.

He comes to the top of your head, and he gets smaller, the size of your hand, and he sits on the top of your head, he rests on your head, facing the same way. You feel this nice warmth at the top of your head. Then you say, please stay with me my whole day, or my whole life, or all my lives.

He comes down, chung mai, down the center channel. You can feel the warmth coming down. Then he comes inside your heart, and he settles there happily.

He's also very relaxed and contented. He's very satisfied to be there. He says, yeah, I can stay here, I like this place.

Then think you have the same heart as Tsongkapa. You are sharing one heart. When he speaks, you speak.

And feel happy, clean, clear. Slowly you can come out, you can open your eyes. Take a good stretch.
