[Говорящий 2] (0:00 - 0:07) I'd like to do a meditation, fairly long, single-point type. Okay, here's the plan. [Говорящий 1] (0:10 - 2:56) I want you to start out with some old hurts that you have, okay? Like old unresolved problems with people, okay, that never quite got wrapped up. And think about those people and what does it mean that they don't exist, okay? The person you didn't quite resolve things with, okay? What does it mean to say they don't exist? Okay, one. And then secondly, some kind of worry you have about the future. Something you're not sure about, something that's coming up that you're not quite sure what to do in the future. Then think about that and what does it mean to say that there's no choices, right? You plant the seed and something will come. And you don't have to struggle over choices, okay? Or decisions about what you're going to do. So it's silly to worry and it's silly to be hurt. Worry about the future and hurt about the past. Because the people who hurt you never existed. It's bad. And the thing you're worried about is unnecessary because you just plant a seed and whatever you want will come. So it's silly to be torn between choices. Because if you just, whatever you want, do it for somebody else and it's going to come to you. And you don't have to worry about decisions about it, okay? I think the only decision then is who to help. If that's your only problem, that's okay. You can have that decision to make, that's all right. Okay? Good? And that'll be the first half of the meditation. At your own speed, bring your Lama to the top of your head. Feel the warmth. Focus on it. And think that they are blessing you to be able to do that in your real life. To see that past hurts are empty and future worries are empty. So ask the teacher for blessing about that, okay? Everybody got the plan? Straight? So by the end it should be sort of one-pointed. At the beginning it's sort of analytical. It's a jargon really. Why? You're listing all your problems, past and future, right? And then the second half is more of a joke. You're just focusing on the feeling of the Lama on your head and trusting that they are helping you to see that the future problems don't exist and the past ones don't exist either. Okay? Ready? See you later. [Говорящий 2] (2:58 - 16:42) Okay. Please come back to the room.
