Hi. First I'd like to thank everyone for coming. And I'd like to thank all the, especially the organisers from the WorldSeed company and many others.

So this is the second level of the DCI training. We have 12 levels of the training. We do the training all over the world.

We just got back from China. We were in Beijing.

Before we start the second level of the training, which is what the WorldSeed company is doing tonight, I'd like you to help me with a special contest we are doing tonight. And that will be led by Kevin Warren, who is one of our teachers from the United States. Can you come and lead me to that chair?

So this is kind of a funny competition.

We're in competition with Beijing and some other cities. Where Diamond Cutter Institute has taught and given teachings.

The goal is to sit perfectly still for three minutes. And to make no noise. So this is also a preparation for meditation.

And it's much more difficult than it may seem.

So we'll go through a basic meditation posture. And I'll give you some tips on how to be quiet.

We'll start from the ground up.

So first the feet. Flat them firmly. Then your hands, they can be up.

They can be down.

They can be like Buddha.

[Speaker 1]
Whatever you like. Then shoulders should be down. And the crown of the head should be rising up.

Then the tongue is on the roof of the mouth. Naturally. And then I try not to clear the throat.

So everybody clear your throat now if you have it. Because if you need to, show it right now. Try not to sneeze either.

I don't know. Good luck with that. One thing that's very hard to keep still when you meditate is your eyeballs.

So the meditation masters from the past say that just have the eyelids slightly open. It lets the light in. So you don't get sleepy.

And then try to keep the eyeballs still.

Level one is more about getting more money. In your work. And most of you finished level one.

Level two is different. Level one is about how to make more money. I like to call it oxygen money.

Oxygen means there's oxygen in this room. We are all breathing oxygen. And we have enough.

I don't have to ask Pasha, please don't breathe so much. It's only enough oxygen for me. There's enough oxygen for everybody.

Before you came in here, you didn't ask how much oxygen is in the room. There's enough oxygen for everybody. So, level one is, yeah, what we did last time we came here.

We talked about oxygen money. How to make just money like oxygen. I don't know how much money I have.

I know I don't have to worry about it. I don't have to think about it. If I want to buy something, I just buy it.

Money should be like that for everybody. You just have enough like oxygen. So that was level one, we finished level one.

Level two is different. Level two is about, are you doing in your life what you want to do? Are you happy with what you're doing in your life?

Did you find the thing in your life that you love to do the most? Do you love your work? Do you love your life?

Are you doing exactly the thing that you want to do? Do you know what you want to do? Do you know what you love to do?

And if you know it, can you make it happen? Can you decide what you want to do in your life? A lot of people they don't know what they want to do in their life.

Some people they know, but they can't do it. Some people, they are doing something that they enjoy, but they think maybe they could do something more than that. Are you happy with your work?

Not too happy. Are you doing what you love to do? Not really.

Do you know what you want to do? What would make you happier to do? I don't know.

Like that. And then some people, we are doing what we love to do, but we are wondering, is this the most important thing in the world? Is my work important?

Am I helping the world with my work? When I come to the end of my life, can I say I was doing something important for the world? So these are all questions that all of us have.

Do you love what you are doing? Is it important? And the purpose of love too is to find out what you really want to do.

What is your talent? Everybody has a secret talent. Did you find in your heart the thing that you are the best at?

And then is your work important for the world and for other people? So, level two. This is the purpose of level two.

Then, of course, Real Seed people are different from other people that we teach in the world. We go to many countries. Like the last trip we made to Malaysia, almost 2,000 people came to the talk.

But they didn't really know anything about diamond cutting. Then we have to start from the beginning with them. We just give the basic ideas.

But your company is different. I think you are very lucky. The ownership of your company really thinks it's important to learn something deeper than just working.

You've already studied the diamond cutting many people. You already know the basic ideas. So I'm not going to repeat them.

I'm going to move on to new ideas. If you didn't do level one, we'll talk about a few of those things. But mainly we are going on to new ideas.

So I'm going to give an example. In my own company, when I was learning diamond business, it's a difficult business to learn. A 2,000 dollar diamond and a 30,000 dollar diamond, they look almost the same.

You have to learn many years what is the difference between them. If you don't understand the difference, you can lose a million dollars in one day. So I spent some years learning diamonds.

And I worked like a slave in a company. Then I had to learn the business. And those were very difficult years for me.

I was like the lowest person in the company. Sometimes they tell me to wash the floor. Sometimes they tell me to wash the bathroom.

Sometimes I'm a messenger, I have to take the diamonds and run to the other company and run back. And I had a very tough boss. My supervisor.

It was a lady. She was really, really tough. Then on Monday morning, all of us come to the work.

Then we ask each other, how's the weather? It means that, today is she crazy or not? The supervisor.

So, but we don't want her to understand we are talking about her. We will come to the job and say, how's the weather? Because there are cameras everywhere in the diamond company.

Everyone's listening to you. How's the weather? A little bit stormy today.

Be careful. Maybe you have to wear a heavy coat, I think. Then it means that she's like crazy today.

So then, in this diamond company system, we say the weather is coming from you. How you see your supervisor. If your supervisor's being crazy today, or your supervisor's very happy today.

In this system, as you know, because you did Lama One, we say the weather is coming from you. If she looks happy today, this is coming from you. If she looks very angry today, this is coming from you.

And of course, in this system, we will say, it depends on what you did before. Last week, if you came to the job with, like, anger, then you planted the seed. Now, this week, that seed will open.

And the weather will be very bad. Your supervisor's gonna be crazy. But if you were polite to other people and kind to other people last week, you put a good seed in your body.

And now, this week, on Monday, you come to work. The weather is sunny and warm. Okay?

Because it's coming from you. Coming out of your mind. So, even as children, I don't know in Russia, but in the US, even as children, your parents will tell you there's this thing called karma.

What goes around, comes around. What you do to other people, it will come back to you. And I also used to go to church when I was a kid.

And they would say the same thing. Jesus said, what you sow, you will reap. What you do to other people, that will come back to you.

Then we grew up with that. People told us that since we were young. But they didn't tell us how.

Oh, if the weather is bad on Monday, it's because you were bad to somebody last week.

Then you say, how?

How does it work? And then they will say, oh, you plant the seed. When you do something, you plant the seed.

We talked about that with Lama Wang. If you want money, if you want 200 million dollars, I have my own money system. Somewhere.

Usually I borrow money from Pasha. I forget to give it back. I have some money.

Oh, good. All right, Americans. If you want money, then in this system you must plant the seed.

And that's all Lama Wang, we talked about. How to plant the seed. Help the other person to make money.

Then your mind is like a video camera. It is watching your hand. It's watching the money.

When you let go, that plants the seed in your mind. Watching your hand give the money, then you plant the seed in your mind. And that seed will grow in your mind.

If you know how to take care of it. If someone trained you how to take care of it, you can make 200 million dollars. That's a level one.

We finished that. Level two has an interesting question. Oh, everybody says you get what you do.

What you do comes back to you. We heard that everywhere. So now we understand how to plant the seed.

But how does the seed open? I understand I should help him to make some money. I understand if I want the weather to be good with my supervisor on Monday, then last Monday I should be a nice person.

I understand that. But tell me how the seed opens. Oh, I read the Bible.

I understand the Bible. What you do to somebody else will come back to you. But how?

How does it work? Because they don't explain how, we don't believe it. I think you shouldn't believe it.

Somebody just tells you, oh, what you do, it will come back. Then you say, how? If they cannot give you the answer, then you're not going to change.

So, I think in my life, when I was young, I heard all these things. Oh, be nice to other people. It will come back to you.

In the diamond business they have a saying, while you are going up in the business, be nice to other people. Because you will meet them on the way down. You will meet them again.

But they don't explain how. So, level two. Starting tonight, I would like to talk about how does that seed open.

I understand how to plant the seed to have a good supervisor. I should be polite and kind to other people. It's a pleasure seeding my mind.

But how does the supervisor come out of my mind? How can she fit in my mind? How does she jump out of my mind?

Can you explain this to me? Then maybe I will believe your system. So, level two.

We're going to start with something called the four flowers. Four flowers means every seed in your mind it opens four different ways. When you give money to Pasha, you plant the seed.

That seed will open four ways. One seed will open it four ways. So, let's give an example with the supervisor.

So, last week I was yelling at my wife. I don't like the food you made last night. I'm yelling at my wife at home.

Then that plant is seeding my mind. Next week I come to the job. How's the weather?

Weather's bad. Coming from me. Because I yelled at my wife last week.

But how does my boss come from my mind? Four ways. In general, that boss is this big.

The boss that you are seeing is this big. What does that mean? When you are sitting in your office and you are working at your desk and your boss comes in the door then you turn and you look at them.

That boss is coming from you. Coming from your mind. This big.

The boss is only this big. And it's made of light. So, we have light here.

You have small lights we have very bright lights. But those lights are... When you look at the light it's made of light.

It's luminous. When there are signs outside, neon signs that neon light that is... the whole thing is made of light.

When a seed opens in your mind it creates a small person. Made of light. An image made of light comes around the seed.

You hear the door open. You turn. You see the boss.

It's only a small picture in your mind. Made of light. Okay?

That's the general how a seed opens. We talked about the pen many times. People ask me, Geshe-la, if you come to Moscow again please don't talk about the pen again.

We are tired of the pen. I have to talk about the pen. What does this mean?

It's a pen. Yeah, it looks like a pen. So what are we saying?

I hold up this thing. Black thing. It's only a black thing.

It's long. It's black. That's all.

Okay? That's all. That's all.

And then I... It's not a pen. It's just a long, thin black thing.

That's all. Even a seed opens in my mind. Small picture of a pen comes out of my mind onto this thing.

Very fast. Watch. Try to catch it.

Did you catch it? You have to meditate. You have to meditate every day to catch it.

You can see the pen is not coming this way. We think the pen is coming this way. Oh, my supervisor is angry today.

The anger is coming this way. It's not true. See?

I go like this. Rishi Maharaj was like this. Then something in your mind, seed opens.

Coming from you. Very interesting. Small picture.

That's generally how a karmic seed opens. The things that you see are coming from you. Now let's talk about the four ways that the seed opens.

This is something new for you. Those of you who come to these two nights of talks these are two different talks. And then after that three days of retreat I'm going to teach you four sets of four.

We call four by four. Four times four. So this is also a training of the people in this room.

We are hoping you will learn something and you will teach it to other people in your company. Later we'll be doing special training teacher training. But this week these five days what we want you to learn four sets of four.

By Monday you should understand four sets of four. Some of them you heard in number one. Some of them you didn't hear yet.

But by Monday you should know them. Why? If you want to make two hundred million dollars if you want to have a beautiful personal relationship if you want to stay young and healthy we made a plan.

We are going to Pittsburgh to the Earl Smith Grandstand.

Why? But actually I just want to see Magnitsky Ballet. Then people said, why?

I said, because I like to dance ballet myself. You know, like this. I started when I was fifty.

Started to train. Now I'm a hundred, okay? No, but if you understand a seed you can change your body also.

You can be strong thin young at any age.

You can get younger.

Each year you can get younger. I didn't find a seed for hair, okay? But the other thing you can find this is why we are doing these twelve levels.

If you understand the four sets of four you can be successful. I started as a floor cleaner in the company. Then at the end I was on the board of directors and I helped to run the company.

And we make two fifty million per year. And I have many beautiful relationships. Body...

I feel younger than when I was... than forty years ago. If you understand what we are teaching you become successful and you can have a happy life.

So you have to understand this four. Tonight we do the most difficult one. How does the seed open?

If you understand how it opens then you can use it. I'm having trouble with my husband. Use the four.

I have bad back. Use the four. I want to lose ten kilos.

Use the four. My boss's weather is always bad. Then use the four.

So tonight you will learn this four. It's for you. It's not for the LLC company.

You can become healthy. You can have oxygen money, all the money you want. You can stay young.

No mistakes. It's not for LLC. It's for you.

And you should use it. If you sit here for five days and you listen to everything and you don't try it you are crazy. OK?

You are really crazy. You can have anything. Just learn.

That's what we are here for. So let's start with the four ways that the seed opens. Number one.

That little picture that you planted last week will be the same as what you did last week. If you were angry to your wife last week then you planted the seed and it will open in your mind and the supervisor will be angry on Monday morning. The seed always opens the same way as it was planted.

If you were angry with your family last week then your supervisor will be angry this week. We call that the first flower. The first way that the picture comes out.

The picture will come out the same way that it went in. If you planted the picture with anger then the picture will come out as anger. If you planted the picture with kindness then your boss will be kind.

Every boss can be changed because they are coming from you. If they are coming from them then your life is going to be unhappy your whole life. I understand the boss.

I worked in a big company for 20 years. Personally I don't like the boss. I don't like them at all.

I don't like someone to tell me what to do. So from the first day I had a problem. I got the job.

The boss comes in. You took too long to wash the floor. Why did you wash the whole floor?

I only wanted you to wash a little bit. You told me to wash the floor. I told you to wash the floor.

They did not. Sir, wash the floor. You wash the floor for three hours.

You didn't tell me to stop. Then the first day of my life working I thought, I don't want to pause. I want to be my own boss.

I don't want someone telling me you wash the floor. Then after three hours why did you wash the floor? You know, when I was, you know, like 18 years old I just said, I don't want to pause.

I want to be the boss. I don't want someone to tell me what to do. So I think tonight the first thing maybe we talk about how to become the boss.

How to become the supervisor. Okay? We can talk about that.

I don't want to talk about what's the first way that the flower opens. Maybe the boss will be nice to you. If you were nice to your family last week the picture will be nice.

Or maybe the picture will be bad if you were bad to your family last week. But there's a bigger picture. It's called what?

Nachalya. The boss. Okay?

You have this picture also. Two pictures are going at the same time. Number one.

Angry boss. Boss. Two pictures.

Angry. Boss. Two pictures coming out of your mind.

I want to change both of them. First I want a nice boss. Secondly I don't want to have the boss.

I want to be the boss there. Okay? How to change that picture?

That we have to talk about. Okay? We have to talk about that.

They're going to show you somebody's job. Okay, so I'm really frustrated with my job. And I'm just thinking I have a lot of different options and choices of things that I can do.

Basically the situation is I'm really talented. And I feel like I'm being underutilized. Like my abilities are really being recognized.

And you know I'm kind of afraid I'm just doing this really kind of stupid work in my job and I'm just going to go on and on. It's going to be worthwhile. I'm just going to be stuck there.

So you know I know, you know going on like you recently you know you quit your job. And you know I'm just kind of thinking that you know I can't stay in this kind of dead place that's so boring for me forever. So I'm thinking you know maybe maybe I should look for another job.

Maybe you know maybe I should leave the job right now. I won't make as much money but I would be artistically you know creatively like satisfied. Yeah.

I actually agree with you.

So you're happy now that you quit your job? You should be able to express yourself. Right, right, right.

But why? It's just so boring. There's nothing going on.

There's nothing going on. I agree. This is why I left.

And maybe everything that was and ought to be working for somebody this is like an extremely frustrating thing. Yeah. I can relate to that.

Are you completely crazy? Look, her company's been around for 30 years. You think I should stay?

I think you should stay. But I have no choice. She doesn't have any choice.

I'm bored. I'm talented and my talent won't be able to recognize this. I'm not going anywhere.

I'm just staying the same place. Think of all your job security.

Sounds like your own life. Maybe I should quit my job. My job is boring.

I don't like my boss. I don't make enough money. You know, maybe I should quit my job.

Maybe the other side of your mind.

If you quit the job, you don't know if you can find a new job. Maybe you'll find a worse job. I don't like my boss.

So you quit. Then maybe the new boss is worse. You don't know.

You're not sure. That's why you need to stay. Are you happy?

Why don't you leave? I'm afraid. Why?

Maybe the next one is worse. You don't know. Then your mind is unhappy.

In this system, the boss is coming from you. You don't have to quit the job. In this system, if you quit the job to get a new job because you don't like your boss, after six months, you will probably find the same kind of boss in a new job.

Why? Why? He's coming from you.

He's coming from you. You can quit your job. You can go to a new job.

But you carry your seeds with you. They go with you to the new job. You can divorce your husband because you don't like him.

You can marry a new one. After one year, he will act the same as the old one. Why?

Why? He's coming from you. From your seeds.

When you divorce one husband and you find another, you are carrying the seeds with you. So don't stress like she is stressing. Should I quit?

Should I stay? Stop thinking like that. Just change the seed.

Then maybe you can quit. It's OK. You'll find a better job.

Or you can stay. And you'll get a promotion. Change the seed.

Then it doesn't matter what you do. If you stay or you go, you'll be happy. If you don't change the seed, then if you go, you'll be unhappy.

If you stay, you'll be unhappy. Change the seed. So that's the first job.

If you are an angry person, for example, if you are angry at home, then you go to work. On Monday. The boss will be angry.

If your boss is an angry person, whose fault is it? Whose fault is it? It's mine.

It's not the boss. The boss is a little picture in your mind. It's coming from you.

From what you did last week. If you see an angry boss, it means what? You have a seed for an angry boss.

If you have a seed for an angry boss, who put the seed in your mind? Nobody can put a seed in your mind. Only you.

Only you can put a seed in your mind. If your boss is angry, it means you are angry. That's all.

You have to change. Then the boss will change. That's the first job.

The picture will be the same coming out as it was going in. Second job. This is very interesting.

If you have an angry boss, what is the solution? Talk to them? Or be silent and angry?

Should we talk to them or should we be silent? What's better?

Talk to them or be silent? Yeah, both are wrong. Those two guys talking to her just now.

One guy says you should stay. Other guy says you should quit. Who's correct?

Nobody. They're both wrong. Okay?

Both are wrong. All right? So the old system.

You should talk to your boss. You shouldn't be a leader. You're always angry.

Then all of us feel uncomfortable. Okay? That's the old system.

You can talk. You can talk to your husband. Don't be angry.

Then what? If you talk to him, don't be angry. Get more angry.

All right? It doesn't work. Talking doesn't work.

You know that. What's the new system? Boss is angry.

How do you fix it? New system. How?

You stop being angry. At your home. With your children.

With your mother. With your sister. With your wife.

With yourself. You stop being angry. Then the scene will change.

And the boss will change. So what should you do if you have an angry boss? What should you do?

Stop being angry with your family. Stop being angry with your family. You can boss will change.

This is the new system. New system is difficult. How do you make money in the new system?

How do you make more money? In the new system. Help someone else make money.

It sounds crazy. How do you make 200 million dollars? I help other people to make money.

You are crazy. This is a new system. Sounds crazy.

What's the old system? Trying to take money from people. The competition.

Our company should be big. Your company should be small. You take the market share.

You will take more money. This is the old system. What's the new system?

We want our company to be the biggest in Russia. How do you do it? Help the other companies.

Help the competition. In America, they are running a farm. Then China came.

They tried to buy American oil company. The Congress, first, they stopped it. They don't allow to buy American oil company.

This is the old system. If we give the oil to China, we won't have enough oil. This is the old system.

What's the new system? Help China. Help them.

You need oil? Here, have more. Cheaper.

It sounds crazy. This is the new system. I want a promotion abroad.

I want to become the boss. This is very interesting for me. I don't like to have boss.

I want to be the boss. So, I asked my Tibetan teacher.

How can I become the boss?

How do I get promotion? What did he say? You help the other person get a promotion.

You help your friend get a promotion. No, you don't understand my lama. You don't understand.

I want promotion. I know you want promotion. Why should I help my friend to get a promotion?

Plant a seed. Then, that way you can become the head of the company. I don't know, for how many years.

For last 10 or 15 years. Well, in my life, for the last 20 years. I didn't have a boss.

I am the boss. I don't have to listen to anybody. It's very pleasant.

How did you do that? I planted a seed. How did you plant a seed?

When there is a promotion at work. They are looking for someone to get a promotion. I try to give it to the other person.

I try to help them to get a promotion. It's only a small promotion. I want to be the head.

Let me help them. Here, you get this promotion. I tell the boss, oh, Pablo, he's great.

Intelligent. Kind. Very creative.

He should get the promotion. I plant a seed. To become the head of the company.

Very interesting. But it's difficult. It's difficult.

How does America get more oil? Give to China. He's not crazy.

The first time you do it, very difficult. How do you get a promotion? Give Pablo the promotion.

You want me to tell the boss he is better than me? Yes. Then you will get a bigger promotion.

It becomes a habit. That's the second flower. Second way of opening.

Number one. Flower number one. If you see enemy boss on Monday, because you were angry last week, number one.

Number two. How to fix the enemy boss? Stop yelling at kids.

Then you want to yell at them. I told you. Oh, bad seed.

Next Monday, the weather will be very bad. Okay kids, I'm sorry.

First time is difficult. Second time is more easy. This is the second flower.

Habit. To make money by giving money. To get more oil for your country by giving oil to China.

If you give a small promotion to other person, you will become the head of the company. This is how I did it. It's very interesting.

New system. Diamond-cutter system. Okay, so I think we take a little break.

Can all the staff come up to the stairs, please? I want to receive some people. We finished how many?

How many flowers? Two. Now we have two more.

After the break we'll do two more. So I brought, I think, ten teachers. They will be teaching you on the three-day retreat.

I bring many teachers. It's very expensive. It costs me a lot of money.

Why to bring them? Because in the three-day retreat you will have personal teacher. You will have small groups.

And each group will have a teacher. And when you eat your meals, teacher will sit at the table. They are working for you, okay?

They are your slave for five days. Okay? You are the boss.

You can tell them what to do. If they are going to the uborna, you can tell them, stop. I have questions for you.

And they have to answer.

Okay? You are the boss for five days. Any question you have.

It doesn't have to be about business. Ask them about your boyfriend. Ask them about your mother.

Ask them how to lose some weight. Okay? Ask them about your background.

Anything you want. They have been trained for many years. They understand seeds.

They know the seeds for everything. One guy came to me from Peru. Geshe Michael.

I have question. What? What's the seed for underground smell?

I have big problem. Then I told him the seed. Then now it's finished.

Anything you want to ask. You can ask them, okay? They understand all the seeds.

So I know not everybody is coming to the three-day program. But if you have question tonight, during the break, you can ask them question. I have angry boss.

How to stop him? I have a bad back. I want to have a child.

How can I have a child? You can ask them any question, okay? They will wait here.

I think about 15 minutes later. I will stay here. If you want me to sign a book.

In this system. For example, if you want to be the boss. Like me, I like to be the boss.

I don't like to have a boss. I like to be the boss. Then we have to plant a seed.

And then we will have a promotion for example. So this seed you can plant. You can meditate it.

There is a meditation you can do. For example, if you want a promotion. Or, you know, many people, they say I don't need a promotion but I don't like my duties.

The company asks me to do something I don't like. The pay is good. Position is okay.

But I don't enjoy what my duties are. They ask me to do things which I don't enjoy. So I would like to change that.

There is a meditation you can do. It will change the seed in you. Then you don't fight with anybody.

You don't complain to your boss I don't like my duties. You just relax. Do this meditation.

The boss who gives you the duties is coming from you. And you can change the duties with the meditation. Because they are coming from your mind.

So I would like to introduce Peter Merton. He owns his own company. He studied the Baptist teachings many years.

He is teaching all over Europe. And so he will be one of the teachers after three days of teaching. He is going to teach us a special meditation how to change the seed in your mind for your duties for your position.

Do you remember in the beginning when there was the silence competition? This is a wonderful way to get prepared for meditation.

So what I would like to ask you to do now again is to switch off your mobile phones.

This is unfortunately not a joke what I'm going to tell you. I translated for Geshe Michael in Germany one day and it was a fantastic evening.

And in the middle of me talking on the telephone right now it was mine. So, mine is off.

So please again get in a position where you can sit still for about ten minutes and when you are in a chair one of the key things is that you actually move a little bit in front. When you look at us we are pretty much at front and not leaning back. When you do that automatically you sit straighter.

And your legs are straight on the floor.

[Speaker 2]
And then you can put your hands away in whichever way you want to. Up or down.

[Speaker 1]
Whatever.

[Speaker 2]
Another secret to get your back straight is to pull your belly in.

A little bit. Get your shoulders straight. Relax your face.

Close your eyes. You have them a little bit open but if it's easier for you to focus you can close them. Put the tongue on the top of the fish.

Slightly.

And what we're going to do now to start with is we're going to count ten breaths.

When you ask your mind to focus on the tip of your nose on one point only you start to count the breath with the out-breath.

It's the first half.

[Speaker 1]
If your mind goes away from the top of the nose you start over again from one. So here we go. One.

Focus on the tip of your nose.

[Speaker 2]
If you hear sounds bring your mind slowly gently back to your nose. And watch the air pass through your nostrils out.

And in. Bring your focus back to your nose. Imagine you are in a situation where you are not happy with your work.

It does not have to do with paying money not necessarily. Maybe it doesn't have to do with you wanting a promotion. You just don't feel fulfilled with work.

You feel you cannot fulfill your potential.

[Speaker 1]
You are unhappy with your job. Try to get into that feeling. Feeling of slight frustration and unhappiness.

In this system how can you change that?

[Speaker 2]
Where does this feeling of unhappiness with your job come from?

[Speaker 1]
It's a seed right in you in your mind of being unhappy with your job. How can you change that? You cannot change it by changing jobs or discussing it with someone else because the negative seed will stay with you.

[Speaker 2]
So you must change the negative seed in your mind. How can you do that?

[Speaker 1]
Find someone else who has the same problem as you.

[Speaker 2]
Now in your mind think of someone in your company.

[Speaker 1]
Someone who works with, for you or even your boss. Or friends of yours but somewhere else.

[Speaker 2]
Who are not happy with their work situation. Find one person who is very clear and think of them. How do you not be happy?

[Speaker 1]
And now see yourself going to that person and inviting them to meet maybe for lunch or for coffee. You invite them to talk about their job situation. How you can help them to feel better in their job.

You see how you agree to meet at a certain coffee shop later on.

[Speaker 2]
How you later on actually meet at that coffee.

[Speaker 1]
You go into the coffee look for a table. Sit down.

[Speaker 2]
Order something to eat or drink.

[Speaker 1]
And then you ask that person very interested how is your work? Are you happy with what you are doing? And then you listen.

Just listening they will tell you about it. A lot of things.

[Speaker 2]
And see in your mind how you come back and make some suggestions. How you help them to get a little bit happier.

[Speaker 1]
See how they lighten up because you try to help them. How you inspire everybody. And after you are done with your talk at the coffee you see how you leave the coffee shop.

And when you say goodbye how that other person is more happy than they were before.

[Speaker 2]
And stay with that feeling for some moments.

With the feeling that you have made them happier about their work. How they are inspired and more happy. And then slowly come back to this room.

Open your eyes.

And are happy about the seeds that you just planted.

So Peter was teaching us something about the seeds. For example if you want a promotion at work you can try this meditation. In the meditation you choose somebody in your company who wants a promotion.

They don't like to have boss and they want to be the boss. And you can choose somebody in your company and you can do this meditation. Imagine that you are taking them to a coffee house and you are discussing with them how can they get a promotion.

We studied the four ways to plant a seed during number one. But I want to show them to you again. Then we have another job.

What is the other job? We have to finish three and four of the flowers.

How the seed opens.

But let's talk about how to plant a seed. There are four steps. You learned them already.

So we'll just do them quickly. Number one. One sentence.

One sentence means what do you want. Decide just one thing you want. You have to agree to the plan.

I want to be the boss. Okay. You can decide.

One time in my department I want to be supervisor. That's your goal. Number one.

By the way, you don't have to be afraid to give the other person promotion. We are always afraid if Pavel gets the promotion then I won't give promotion. This is wrong thinking.

If China gets oil my country won't have oil. This is wrong thinking. You help him to get promotion.

You will get much bigger promotion. You are not sacrificing anything. You are using uselessness to get bigger promotion.

Don't be afraid to give. Have courage. Give.

You will get much more than him. So, number one. I want to be the supervisor.

Number two. This is the meditation which Peter did. You choose somebody and you help them to get promotion.

I was in South America. I was in one of the biggest cities in South America. And the mayor of the city asked me to come.

Then he said can you teach me about seeds? I said, why? He said, I want to be president of the country.

I'm not supposed to tell you his name. But he gave many other promotions. Because I told him about the seeds.

Now he is number one candidate for president. You will get something bigger. Choose somebody.

Help them to get promotion. Then make a plan. This is still number two.

It has two parts. I will help this person to get a promotion. That's choosing them.

Then make a plan. I will take them to coffee shop. I will discuss strategy.

How can they get promotion? This is step number two you do during Peter's meditation. You can do it at home.

You can look in the monastery. Like that. Have to be like that.

That's it. Eyes open. Forget it.

You don't need it. When you eat breakfast like that. Oh, yeah.

My friend wants promotion. You have to do it. I will take them to coffee shop.

I will help them. This is real meditation. You don't have to go like that.

Just thinking. You are planting many seeds during the planting. Step number three.

You have to help them. You have to go to coffee shop. Just thinking at home.

I will help my friend. It's not enough. You have to help them.

That's step number three. Step number four. Do you mind?

Is that alright? I switched it on you. It's okay?

Okay. I will show you step number four. Are you ready?

You chose a person. You went to the coffee shop. And you helped them.

And now you come home. Okay.

So, just sit comfortably on the chair. Like really fine and comfortable position.

And just look at the ceiling. It's a very nice life. And think about the person you helped.

Just remember what you did for them.

What you did actually told them. How they reacted to what you said.

And think about the good seeds you planted in your mind. Think about your good intention to help someone else.

And just enjoy.

Enjoy the nice feeling of helping other person.

Just be happy.

Third way in which the seed opens. You have that? Oh.

So, let's say you want a promotion. You don't like to have a boss over your head. You want to be the supervisor.

Then, of course, you have to... We taught the four steps now. Decide what you want.

Choose another person. Help them to get promotion. And then come home.

Be happy. That last step is very important.

It's like water for the seed.

The seed will grow fast. Then, if you do that, you will get a promotion. Flower number one.

You will get the habit to help other people to get the things you want. Now, third flower. Very interesting.

Your environment. The people around you. The city around you.

The office. Everybody is helping other people to get promotion. In many offices, in English, I don't know what you call it in Russian, we say they are stabbing people in the back.

There is a promotion. Then you go to the boss. You know, Pasha, maybe you should give him a promotion.

If he wasn't stealing money from the company last week. People try to hurt the other person to get the promotion. To work in that place, it's very unpleasant.

Everybody is trying to hurt the other person. Big competition. Everybody is trying to kill the other person's chance for super promotion.

If you use the new system, you help the other person to get a promotion. Everybody in your office You go home early, Pasha. I will take care of your work.

I know it's your wife's birthday.

You go home, you know it.

[Speaker 1]
I'll take care of your job. Everybody is helping everybody. The whole office is fun.

In my office in New York, 800 people 12 story building at 5 o'clock is supposed to go home. I don't pay people after 5 o'clock. Every night several hundred people stay until 9 o'clock.

Four hours extra. No pay. I say, why are you doing that?

We love this place. We want to stay.

We don't want to go home.

[Speaker 1]
Like that. The office will be like that. The place will change.

That's the third flower. All around you good people, nice people. Everybody is helping everybody.

Now very interesting even the city will change. Coffee. Everybody is like, you go ahead.

I'll wait for you. Like that. No, I'm not kidding.

I took a cab in New York. Like a woman cab. Usually in most countries the cabs are far away.

This guy is driving like this.

Then the other cab wants to come. He's going like that. He's like, who is this guy?

I ask him, where are you from? I'm from Tibet. I used to be a monk.

I got the only monk taxi driver in New York. If you plant the seed even the taxi driver is a Tibetan monk. Again, I'm not kidding.

I'm not kidding. The country will change. Behavior of all the big people will change.

There will be country. They will be kinder. They will take care of people.

It's very interesting. That's the third plot. Even the weather will change.

Really. Because weather is coming from you. The rain, snow, coming from you.

It's very interesting. Where I live it's beautiful all the time. My house, my friends gave it a name.

Rainbow house. Almost every day rainbow comes. Even the weather will change.

Very interesting. That's the flower number two. It's okay I take some extra time.

It's okay. Number four is very important. I will take a little bit extra time.

Very important. Somebody asked Buddha how long does it take to plant a seed. This is two and a half thousand years ago.

And he said this. He said like that. You split that time into sixty-five parts.

One sixty-fifth of a second. That's how long it takes to plant a seed. If you say I have power I will help you get promotion.

Ten seconds. You are helping Baba to get a promotion for ten seconds. More than six hundred seeds.

It's unbelievable. Now interesting. Those seeds will double in the mind every day.

I have a big garden at home. I like to plant the irises. But every year you have to go out and you have to dig them.

And you have to break them. Because they double. Under the ground it's like they have babies under the ground.

And then you have to break them. Break them into ten pieces. Under the ground of your mind if you help him get promotion on Monday then you make six hundred seeds.

And you don't do anything. On Tuesday you have one thousand two hundred seeds. It's very interesting.

Very interesting. Under that mind every twenty four hours the seeds will double. People ask me how do you make two hundred and fifty million dollar company?

I say I don't know anything about business. I stayed in a monastery for twenty five years. My friends I call black out period.

My black out period. They say did you know this song? I said no that's a twenty five year old me.

I didn't hear any song like that. But I make a business. I don't know banking.

I don't know advertising. Product development. Accounting.

Nothing. I know how to split the seed. How to every day double.

Then you can make two hundred more companies. It will double every day. Now another question.

How many seeds open in one second? How many small pictures are coming up in one second? How many?

Sixty five. Same. Watch my arm.

Watch my arm. Sixty five. Opening in your mind.

Very fast.

Like film. Good film is a twenty four frames per second. Your mind is sixty five frames per second.

Because it has to make a smell a feel. Sixty five are opening.

Just your mind is making pictures.

It's very interesting. When you read a book who put the words on the page? Who put the words?

Yeah, you put the words. Not Dostoevsky. Dostoevsky didn't write what is it?

When you turn the page of Dostoevsky your mind is putting down the words. Like this. So fast.

When you walk in here your mind is throwing the next set. Your own mind is putting the next pieces out of board. When you listen to Keshe Michael who is talking?

It's your mind. I told people if you don't like my speech it's your problem. Each word your mind is your mind is putting something.

That was a problem. So I told him Pavel, I will help you get promoted. I made 600 seeds.

Tomorrow next day they are doubling every day. There is no time for those seeds to open because only 65 are opening every day. I am always making extra seeds.

Where do they stay? In the mind. Can you destroy them?

No. Nothing can destroy them. It's like scientists say you cannot destroy energy.

It changes but you cannot destroy it. Seed is the same thing. You have more seeds now than you had last year.

They are building up in your mind. Then sometimes there is a big seed belt they all a big bunch of them wrap them together. That is the cause of big changes in your life.

The day that you met your husband suddenly thousands of seeds opened. And they throw your husband ahead for 20 years. You have a child.

That's it. Millions of seeds are thrown ahead for the whole child's life. As long as you have that child you are using 65 seeds per second on that child.

So sometimes there are big groups of seeds suddenly open. When you come to the day of your death when the body fails the seeds don't stop. You have millions of seeds.

It cannot be destroyed. You can kill the body. You can burn the body.

It doesn't touch a seed. The seed is an energy. Energy of your mind.

You cannot destroy it. It must open. All seeds must open.

On the last day of your life big group of seeds they will throw another world in front of you. It's very interesting. In the last moment breath stops.

All those seeds throw a new one. Then you walk into it. Like you walked into here.

It's very interesting. This is the fourth cycle at the end of life. It's very interesting.

In that world every driver will be like all the people at your work they will be you should be the boss.

Will you please be the boss?

This is the fourth cycle. The big changes in your life. Your children your husband where you go after the crisis.

These are flowers of the flowers. Big groups of seeds. Big changes in your life.

And when they make you the vice president of the world seeds that's the flower of the flowers. Many seeds are dumping at one moment. And I did it.

I was the floor washer. Honestly I was the floor washer. At the end I was the vice president.

So you can do it. Those are the four cycles. Tomorrow we study the four laws.

How can you fill the world with seeds? I want to be supervisor. I know how to plant the seed.

Then people always ask me how long? How long do I have to wait? Then I tell them I ask my teacher how long do I have to wait to be vice president?

If I help the other person to get promotion. How long would it take to become vice president? Then he said tsé chí ma tsé chí ma tsé chí ma means next life.

Then I told Lama I'm American. We we invented McDonald's. French fries in two minutes.

If you don't make French fries in McDonald's in two minutes they fire you. I want fast.
