[Говорящий 1] So, what I'm asking you to do is to focus on the breath that leaves your lungs and returns. Focus on the feeling that you're having this moment. Maybe it's a pretty good feeling, maybe it's a pretty better feeling. Try to imagine having a perfect feeling of total physical and mental bliss. Try to think about maybe the happiest moment of your life and magnify that feeling. And you'll be pretty close to what I'm talking about. And now, think about the feeling that you can bring right now together that feeling for maybe six months, ten. What could you be doing for others that would create a feeling in yourself of complete happiness and bliss? Try to think about maybe things that you could be doing. Make a plan to go deeper in the next couple of days. Dedicate them to changing your experience of yourself, your body and your mind. So that you can get to this place where you don't have to deal with crowded feelings. Even just thinking about helping others in your meditation, like this one, creates powerful seeds for happiness in our minds. And when we understand how that works, it works even faster. When you go home later, check to see if your mind hasn't changed since doing these meditations together. Okay, I'll close your eyes now.
