[Говорящий 1] Head straight. Head straight. Shoulders straight. You can close eyes or open eyes, ok. If you close your eyes, like that, but if you open your eyes, look down. Then start with left hand, then right hand. Join like that. And put on lap. And this is very good to do every morning. First you wake up. Clean your mouth. Wash your face. And then clean your meditation space. And on the altar you put some nice fruit or flower. Then should have a nice cushion. Underneath the back should be little bit higher. And underneath your knees a little bit lower. Then underneath your knees should be a small cushion. Then your legs won't get cold. And won't hurt very much. When you sit down on cushion, you put your right leg up on this. And then sit very straight. Ok, we'll start. Have to be very very quiet. And watch the breath coming in your nose. Feel the breath in your nose. Take deep breath. Very slow. Sometimes we count how many breaths. Count up to ten. Try not to think about anything else. And when we say ten, first half is going out, second half is coming in. So you go one, one, two. So now we try to count to ten. Now you ask Tara to come. She's come to sit in front of you. Then don't think about this painting. Think about a real person. Then in the beginning, you just see her outline. Behind her is a light and just a silhouette, the shadow. You can see. [Говорящий 2] Now her eyes. [Говорящий 1] Then her whole face. Then her hair, black hair. Then the top part of her body and the beautiful clothing. Then her whole body. Then you can feel her breath touching you. Then smell her body. Then you ask Tara for help to understand Dorje Chöpa. Then she reach out her hand and she touch you on the chest. Then it feels very warm. And a beautiful white light is filling your body. And all bad karma is gone. And then very strong good karma. And then you think Tara gave you big power to understand Dorje Chöpa. Then every day you do this in the morning time and you ask Tara to help you do buoyant whole day. Now we're ready to start teaching. We have to do mandala. And you have to put your hands like that. Ask them to come up a little bit. I love you. I feel like everybody is learning. Give them a few minutes. Now we say pray. Meaning is whole Mongolia is in your hand. And this is big mountains in Mongolia. Then down here all the places where people are living. Then you think everybody understood Diamond Cutter already. Everybody. Everybody understands emptiness. Everybody understands good karma. Everybody understands good karma, emptiness come together. And then so remember that. Why everybody can become Tara I will tell you later. Now we say prayer. Please repeat. Sashi Puki Chokshi Meto Tam Rira Lingshi Ninde Gyempa Di Sange Shindu Mikte Ulwa Gi Drogu Namtha Shingla Chepa Sho Idam Guru Ratna Mandalaka Niryata Yami Now if you want to give mandala to your lama then you go like this. If you want to ask lama and Tara for blessing then go inside. So this one inside. Blessing. Go outside. Giving. Ok, we start. Ok, first I have to check you remember about diamond. Is there television microphone? This one? Yeah, but it's... Ok. I want to check you remember about diamond. What is this thing? What they say? It's pen, yeah? Pen. Ok. This is to people. Then we said many times already You have to speak louder. Do you want to use this one? This loud. This one better. Yeah. If a horse comes in here and he comes up to front and he looks at the same thing what does he see? Yeah, something to hit. He doesn't like it. Why does horse see bad thing? He has bad karma in his mind. Why does human see pen? He has good karma in mind. But what is pen by itself? Without hustle. Just a stick. You can think blank like this. Nothing there. If a horse comes see something bad. If person comes see something good. But by itself empty. This is meaning of emptiness. This is like this empty bone. Same thing. Why does that help us? Why do you have to understand about emptiness? Because there is a big connection between buoyant and emptiness. Everybody like to become Buddha. Everybody like to become Tara. Why? Two main reasons. First one. Don't have to die. Don't have to get old. If you do buoyant don't have to get old. Don't have to die. Buddha said don't have to get old. That's the first thing. Second reason to become Buddha. You can help many people. Buddha can make more bodies, more people. If somebody has trouble with their car Tara can stand here. And Buddha can make another body there. And that body knows how to fix car. If some child on street this child wants to have friend Tara can stand here. And can make a very beautiful little dog for that. Somebody wants to cross river and it's too deep for horse too deep for car Tara can make bridge. So Tara can do these things. So very nice to become Tara. And you can become Tara. Why? Hustle. Because everything is empty. This thing empty. This thing empty. Same. If you have pretty good karma you see human. If your karma is not good after you die you see dog. If you make very good karma now you can see Tara. If you don't do anything I'm going back to America on Tuesday. On Sunday we're going to finish this talk tomorrow. If you don't do anything then nothing will change. You'll get old. You'll die. You have to do. In Buddhism we say Lama cannot do for you. Buddha cannot make karma for you. Lama cannot make karma for you. You cannot sell karma. You cannot buy karma. You have to make karma. Only you. So if you don't want to die if you want to see become Tara you yourself have to do karma. You yourself every day. Many small karmas. Now we talked already about two big kinds of karma. First one was jimba. What is meaning of jimba? Giving. You can give money. Give place to stay. Give food. This is big difference between Buddhist people and other people. All Mongolian people are Buddhist. Mongolian people are Buddhist. Buddhist people understand karma. They understand if you want to make everything nice if you want to make everybody in country has money everybody in country has nice place to stay. Country is safe place. No war. Buddhist understands have to do good karma. Have to give things. If you go to country which is not Buddhist everybody is trying to get something. If you go to Buddhist country you can tell. You can see this is Buddhist country. Everybody is giving to other people. Because they understand about karma. Horse doesn't understand about karma. Dog doesn't understand about karma. Animals don't understand. Animal just trying to get something. But human is different. I tell you a funny story. I was in Sera monastery. They asked me to give talk to the school. To little children. They are monk. So I asked the children What is difference between dog and human? Then I want them to say Dog doesn't understand karma. Dog just want to take for himself. But human understands good karma. Human wants to give to other people. So I asked question. What is difference between human and a dog? And one small monk He said Sir, sir, sir, I know. I understand. [Говорящий 2] I know. [Говорящий 1] Then I said what is the difference? He said dog has tail. But that's not difference. Difference is human people can understand karma. Human people can understand emptiness. And this is why human can give to other people. And in Mongolia now You are free. You can become Buddhist. Complete Buddhist. Everybody should be giving to other people. In the old days, for 700 years, Mongolian people understand this Buyan. They like to give. It doesn't have to be Buddhist. It doesn't have to be human. It doesn't have to be dog. It doesn't have to be dog. It doesn't have to be human. It can be big thing. It can be small thing. You make one tea for your friend. You meet somebody on the street, you say something nice to him. And if you do this Buyan over and over, small Buyan, you change. I told you yesterday why. I'll tell you again. Inside your body, there is a special channel. It starts here, under the bone. It goes like this. Down here. Inside. You can't see it. Inside that pipe is traveling some special air. Your mind is connected to that air. If the air is moving nice, mind is happy. And in breathing is very nice. If you meditate, and you are happy, this is breathing very nice. This breathing here, is not the same thing as this. But they are connected. So if the mind is upset, if mind is afraid, inside wind gets choked. Choked. And then outside wind. Breath. Start to... Ok? Every time you do bad karma, choke a little bit. Every day when you do little, little, little small karma, bad karma, inside choked. That's why people get old. That's why people body get weak. If you understand this, you don't have to get old. If you stop those little bad karma, only do good karma. Then this wind is going very nice, open. Then body feels better. Feels lighter. Younger. This is because of good mind. [Говорящий 2] And good karma in the mind. [Говорящий 1] If you do every day, every day, every day, then body change like Tara or Buddha. This is the goal of Buddhism. This is the meaning of Buddhism. [Говорящий 2] This is reason for monastery. [Говорящий 1] This is reason for temples. [Говорящий 2] This is reason for noma. [Говорящий 1] This is reason for monks. Only one goal. Everybody here can become Tara, can become Buddha. If you understand this thing, don't have to be monk. But it's very good thing to be monk. Don't have to be monk. Don't have to be nun. But have to do bodhi. So I showed you two kinds of bodhi already. Ladies, for example, or men, if you start to get old now, you can change. [Говорящий 2] You can get younger. [Говорящий 1] After my lama taught like this, I used to have some sickness in my bones. Very, very pain. Then I started boin and now gone completely. I feel like 25 sometimes. This is boin. First boin is giving. Four kinds. Giving things. Give protection. Give love. Give dharma. Can you give dharma? Can you give dharma? Do you have to be lama to give dharma? Do you have to be monk to give dharma? No. If you explain to other people what we talking here, then you are giving dharma. Everybody can do. Only two things you have to talk. Emptiness and boin. Emptiness needs boin. You cannot understand emptiness without boin. And boin needs emptiness. This one and this one, both emptiness. If I do good karma, then I see very healthy. [Говорящий 2] Very strong. [Говорящий 1] If I do good karma. But if this thing is not empty, good karma has no place to go. Good karma needs place to go. Good karma is like movie. Emptiness is like movie screen. Good karma needs place to go. And everybody has body like this. Your body is empty. Body is blank. If you do good karma, you see very healthy body. If you do bad karma, you see very unhealthy body. So I want to teach you a way to check your karma. This is most important teaching in Buddhism. We call Tunduk. Please repeat. Tunduk. Loud. Tunduk. Tunduk means six. Tund means six times. So this means six times per day. Every day six times. Six times you have to do something. I gave you one small book. Everybody have book? Ok, I want to show you how to do Tunduk. So you open like that. And you make six numbers. Six. Yesterday I talked about ten good things to do. First one was what? First one is no killing. No killing human. No killing baby. No killing animals. So I want you to write no killing in book. You put number one. Then put Sokcho. Sokcho. Say Sokcho. Sokcho. Number one. Sokcho. Now in the morning say about eight o'clock you have to check number one. You have to look at this book and you have to think did I do small karma yesterday to kill something? Did I kill anything? Maybe I kill small thing. Then you have to write I killed a bug. Yesterday. Three o'clock. In front of my house. And you have to write something. OK? Do one now. Did you do any small bad karma yesterday? Kill something small. Hurt somebody. Anything small. But has to tell me what time. What place. What person. You have to think like that. Did you do any small bad karma yesterday? About killing something. Now write down. [Говорящий 2] Anything. [Говорящий 1] Then I'm going to ask some people. Ready? Some small thing you did yesterday. What time? What place? What did you do? To kill something. So I will tell you mine. This is mine. At three o'clock I went to that nunnery. There's twenty nuns there. And I went to talk to them about helping them. Because we have good nuns in America. Many American women want to become nuns. So I'm thinking those American nuns can help to send a little bit money to Mongolian nuns. To help with their food. But I did a bad thing. I was looking at nuns and I stepped on some bugs. Then my friend told me, whoa, whoa, whoa, look out. Look out. Some bugs there. So that's mine. Okay, ten more minutes. It's twenty past eight now? Eight ten? Okay. So that's my bad one. So now I ask somebody what is their problem. Can you tell me? Listen. What did you write? Say. What is that? What is that? She said that one mosquito come out of the water then she was biting it. Then she killed it. How about this man? What did you write? What is that? The guy was telling me that he didn't kill but he remembered having one problem that he had with someone else. Very good. This is exactly the right way to do it. Now, second thing. You have to write something good. Like I saved some bug. Or my friend was going to do abortion. And I told her, no, no, that's not a good thing. Or my friend is going to start a fight. And I said, don't do that, don't do that. So now put a good thing about killing. Write something good thing. Go ahead. OK, ready? Now I tell you my good one. Five o'clock I had a meeting. One lady made very good food. And I gave one good plate to another person. And this is helping their body. And this is good thing. And this is good thing. OK, now I want to ask two people. [Говорящий 2] Can you tell me? [Говорящий 1] What did she say? What did she say? She explained how bad it was to have abortion to her sister. Because her sister was trying to have abortion after having this lecture here. Oh, good. How about this lady? OK, later, later. It's OK, next time. This one. Go ahead. Now same microphone. She said that she is wishing everybody to succeed in understanding of this. Good, good. So that's a good one. Then every morning, eight o'clock you have to check one. OK, understand? Yeah? Then you have to keep for one year. I'll tell you why. If you just listen to Diamond Cutter Sutra one time, if you come only five days, you understand emptiness. You understand buoyancy. But it won't change. Body won't change. In five days, no. [Говорящий 2] Impossible. [Говорящий 1] You have to do many, many blends. Every day. Then start to get younger. Start to feel stronger. But you have to keep it. Every day. Every day, eight o'clock. You check about killing. There's something you have to do. If you don't do, nothing will change. I met one big, good Mongolian man today. He told me, in Mongolia, everything is of seasons. In springtime, we start to get ready all the crops, planting. In the summertime, we like to celebrate, make happy. Because weather is warm. In the fall, autumn time, we feel a little bit sad. Because winter is coming. But we make the house ready. We buy some warm clothes. Then winter comes. And in winter, we don't do anything. Too cold. Have to stay in the house. So he said, sometimes Mongolian Buddhist is like that. Lama comes in one day. Everybody interested. This is like springtime. The second day, third day, like summer. Everybody is happy to hear about Dharma. Then the fourth day, fifth day, is like autumn. And the teaching is ending. Tomorrow we will finish Dharma cutting. Everybody a little sad. This is like autumn. And then when the lama leaves, everybody forgets about everything. Nobody does anything. This is like winter. So don't do like that. You have to keep buoyant in this book. When this book finish, you start new book. That's eight o'clock in the morning. What about ten o'clock? What are you going to check? Number two. Stealing. What did I do today which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? Little thing. You write something. You write something. Now Bhagavan Rinpoche coming. Please stand. Please sit. Maybe five, ten minutes. Five, ten minutes. What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? TV. TV, microphone, TV. What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday which is close to stealing? What did I do yesterday So, it is very important for us to have a good relationship with each other. I see. [Говорящий 2] I see. [Говорящий 1] I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. [Говорящий 2] I see. I see. [Говорящий 1] I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. [Говорящий 2] I see. [Говорящий 1] I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. I see. Then I like to thank Bakla Rinpoche. He spent his whole life helping other people. Helped many Tibetan people, helped many Mongolian people. his whole life, his whole life spreading dharma, his whole life as a very, very good monk. And now he's, even though he's now old, he's thinking way into the future. And training many young Mongolian monks to become teacher in way in the future. So he's making plan now for your grandchildren. And this is Bacalar Rinpoche's great virtue, his great skill. Now I'd like to do a little bit more diamond cutter. And today we do a little bit fast. Okay, go to check one more time. What is this thing? Some people say pen. Now I ask you a question, if a horse comes in this room, what does horse do? Something to hit. So for human this is a good thing. For horse this is a bad thing. But same thing. Now I ask you a question. Why does horse see bad thing? Bad karma. All bad karma. This karma is in his mind. So he has to see this thing as a bad thing. But human people here, they see good thing. Because they have good karma in their mind. But what is this thing by itself? Empty. It's not stick. It's not pen. By itself, without human, without horse, without human good karma, without horse bad karma. It's just stick. It's just a plain stick. And this stick and this stick are same. If your mind has good karma, you see human arm. If your mind has bad karma, then after you die, you see dog. Same thing. Same thing. This is not human arm. This is not dog leg. By itself. It's empty. So empty is a very good thing. Because if you do good buoyant, if you do big buoyant, this thing will change. First it gets very stronger. Get younger. Then if you do more and more good buoyant, it will become arm of Tara. Arm of Buddha. So emptiness is a very good thing. This thing is empty. If I do bad thing, it will be sick. If I do good thing, it will be healthy. If every day I do little good things, many many many good karma, it will change to Tara's arm. Now tonight I want to teach you very fast a good way to do buoyant whole day. Now I gave each of you a book. Show me your book. Where is the book? OK. So you have to do every day six times. You have to check. Did I do good thing? Did I do bad thing? You have to check. This is very good way to become Tara. If you check your mind, if you check what you are saying, you check what you are doing. Every day. Every two hours. You check. What am I doing? Did I do good thing? Did I do bad thing? If you check every day, you yourself become your own Lama. Every two hours. You have to check. And you write down. So I show you. Yesterday I taught these people ten good buoyants. And I taught them ten bad ones. What's the first bad one? Killing. Is it just killing people is wrong? No. Killing anything which has feelings. Does dog have feelings? Yeah. If you say something loud, dog is scared. But does bug have feelings? Yeah. If you go like that, he runs away. So has feeling. Buddhists cannot kill anything. Why? Hustle. Say hustle. Because of emptiness. Why? This is empty. My arm is empty. If I kill things, I make bad karma. If I have bad karma in my mind, this thing I see become sick, become old. Why do people get old? Hustle. Emptiness. Same thing. This arm is empty. If I hurt other thing, then I have to see this arm get sick, get old. Now, I ask you a question. If you don't kill anything, if you take care of everybody, you give medicine to who needs medicine. You give food to people who need food. If you protect life of bugs, animals, people, what will happen to this? Become healthy. Healthy. Become younger. And finally become Tara. So you have to check. Every two hours. Ok, first one. You write the time. What time is it now? 8.40. So first you write the time. Then you write something you did today, which hurt life. You write something you did today, maybe you killed something. Ok, go ahead. Write something. If you are at home, to people watching in TV, you have to buy a book like this. You have to buy a book. And you have to keep this book. Every two hours. You stop. You stop the day. You sit down. [Говорящий 2] You check. [Говорящий 1] If you do this for one month, two months, three months, every two hours, then body start to feel better. This old backache start to go away. Your business start to succeed. Your family become happy. This is because your mind has good karma. And start to see everything good. But if you don't check every two hours, you won't change. Your karma will be saved. You will do little karma, little bad karma, little bad karma, little bad karma. Then you start to get old. You start to get sick. So Lama cannot take sickness away from you. Lama cannot touch you on the head. Oh, you don't have to die. Why? It's your own karma. It's a karma in your own mind. If you want to get young, if you don't want to be sick, you want to become beautiful Tara. You have to do it. You have to check your own karma. [Говорящий 2] Every two hours. Now I'll read you my first one. [Говорящий 1] I told you already, I'll tell you again. This is my first one. Three o'clock today, I went to nunnery. And I was watching the building. And I was watching those nuns. And I didn't see, there's some bug, I'm killing them. And my friend said, wait, wait, wait. You're killing the bugs. So I have to write in my book. Today three o'clock, I killed one, some bug. After you finish a bad one, you have to do one good one. Buddha says, you have to be sad about your bad deeds. But you must be happy about your good deeds. So after you write the bad one, you have to write the good one. OK, today, I helped one man. He didn't have food. I gave him food. Then you have to be happy. Oh, today I did something good. Tomorrow I try to do again. Every two hours, you check. [Говорящий 2] Like this, in the book. [Говорящий 1] You have to write it. Every two hours. Now what do you have to check? Now you make list. I give you ten things you have to check. Everybody should write. [Говорящий 2] Ten things. [Говорящий 1] Ready? Ready to write? This is what you have to check. OK, number one, killing. Did I kill anything? Number two, stealing. Number three, did I take another man's wife or take another lady's husband? Or maybe I looked at them. Little bit wrong thing. That's number three. Now number four, did I lie? Right, number four. Lying. Number five, did I split up people? I say something true, or I say lie, but I want to split them up. [Говорящий 2] That's number five. [Говорящий 1] Now number six, did I say hard thing to somebody? Stupid. This is number six. Number seven, did I waste my time talking useless talk? Just waste my time. Ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba. OK, that's number seven. Number eight, was I jealous of somebody has something like good house, good car, lots of money? [Говорящий 2] Then I say I don't like that thing. [Говорящий 1] I should have that money. [Говорящий 2] I should have that house. [Говорящий 1] That's number eight. Number nine, happy because someone else made mistake or had problem. Like today, I saw one man, his car broke, and I didn't help him, I'm laughing at him. That's a good thing. And now number ten. Wrong ideas. Bad ideas. I'll tell you worst one. I don't believe karma. Karma is not true. If I do buoyant, nothing good happen to me. If I do bad karma, nothing will happen to me. So every two hours, please check one of these. So, if you wake up at eight o'clock in the morning, you check killing. Did I kill anything? Ten o'clock, you check stealing. Twelve o'clock, you check did I steal somebody's husband or wife? Two o'clock. Two o'clock is number four. You tell me. Did I lie? Two o'clock, you have to check did I lie? What about four o'clock? Did I split up people? What about six o'clock? Did I say hard thing to somebody? How many finished? How many finished? Seven? That's good. Actually, you only have to do six times. Now last time. Last thing. Before you go to sleep, you write down the best three things you did. Most buoyant you did whole day. Just before you go to sleep. Then you write three worst things. Just before you go to sleep. Why? I'll tell you why. If you die while sleeping, then in the mind is only good karma. Then when you rebirth, you definitely be good thing. Healthy, strong, good human. So very important, before you go to sleep, you have to write down three best things, three worst things. You must do before you sleep. If you do this way, you make only good karma. [Говорящий 2] Your body is strong. [Говорящий 1] And your business success. I can tell you it's true. I'm almost fifty. But very strong healthy. And in the United States, when I'm working, in the business, everything good, everything success. Then I take the money, and I give away to people who need money. Then what comes back to me? More money. More success. Ok? You have to try that. Now I taught you how to do good karma. But I have to ask you a question. Do you have all bad karma in your mind? Do you have all bad karma? When you were young, did you kill something? When you were just a young, you don't understand, did you steal something? Yes or no? Small? Yeah. So do you have bad karma in your mind? You have to clean out this bad karma. So tomorrow, you must come. You must listen on television, or you come here. I'm going to teach you how to finish all bad karma. How to take all bad karma out of your mind. And this we will do tomorrow. That's the last day. Is it time? Seven minutes now. So please come tomorrow. I teach you how to clean out the old bad karma. But do you promise me to keep this book? Promise. Say yes. Ok good. Now if you meet me, please come this way. No pushing.
