[Говорящий 1] Okay, it'll be about 45 minutes, and it'll be guided. So, first watch your breath, about two, three, four rounds of ten, until your mind's calm. Watch the air, I mean feel the air on the inside of your nose. Take refuge. Think of someone you're having trouble with. Imagine taking refuge when they irritate you or bother you, and imagine taking refuge, meaning you don't react negatively, because you understand that they're empty and they can change. Think about bodhicitta, so many people in the world reacting to negative things negatively and then having to suffer more, see themselves suffering more because of that. Visualize a holy being and ask them to come and meditate with you in front of you, and think of how they came to you, and how you came to them, and think about how they planned it, and bow down to them, and make them a gift, something beautiful that you want to offer them, and sometimes offer them your practice, and sometimes offer them a promise to do something today that would please them. Think of something negative you've done in the last 24 hours, very clearly, play it back in your mind, watch what you did, watch what you said. Think of something positive you did, play it back clearly, enjoy it. Ask for teachings, whether from Lamas or from the people around you, positive or negative teachings. And then ask Lamas and all your teachers and good Dharma friends to stay close to you throughout your life. Go back to your breath. Here you can shift if you need, change your position slightly, and think about finding a perfect teacher. Try to imagine a perfect teacher for you, what they would be like, male or female, what kind of qualities they would have, what maybe they would look like, how you would stay with them. Try to imagine a perfect teacher like that. And think about all the opportunities you have to practice that other people don't have. You heard about Dharma, you met good Lamas, you studied good texts, you know how to meditate, your health is good, you have Dharma friends who are doing it, you live in a comfortable country, and Dharma is available if you want it. There's not really anything to stop you from practicing the rest of your life. Think about your death, where you might die, when you might die, how it might happen. Think about what could happen after that, because of your own karma, what your karma makes you see. And think of all the different levels you could be on, and have no chance to practice, never meet a Lama, never not be very human at all. And think about other people all in that same situation, but they can't do anything about it, and how much you'd like to take away from them that pain of dying, and seeing themselves in different places because of their own karma. Think how nice it would be to reach a very holy place yourself, and teach other people how to do it, like what we talked about this last weekend. Think about the perfection of giving, and think about something you've given recently to someone, maybe a material thing, or Dharma teaching, or help them, or just love them. And think about something you've given in the last day or two. Think about some success you've had in the second perfection, which is keeping your vows, keeping your commitments. Think about something you've done well to keep them in the last few days. And think about third perfection, something you've done in the last few days to overcome your anger, something you started to get angry and you stopped yourself. On these six, don't concentrate on the negatives, concentrate on the positives. Something, small success you had, a small success in the perfection of joy, happiness about doing good things, some small good thing you did about your Dharma practice, you enjoyed something about it. And some success in your meditation, something good you did in meditation. And some success in your understanding of emptiness. The last two parts of the meditation. See yourself as a daddy, the one you would like to be, on the outside, that you look like them. Get the face right, the eyes, hair, clothing. Then imagine what it would be like if you were really them, and you didn't know it, you see? Other people start to see you that way, and you really are that way, but you're just finding out that you're that way. Get that feeling of realizing that you are them, and the things you've been doing are their activity, and you weren't really aware of it, you didn't know about it. Imagine that you're them already, and you're just finding out. Other people are recognizing it. And then ask that mama or person meditating in front of you to come into you and bless you. They rise up, and they get smaller and smaller. And they turn and face the same way as you. And they sit on your head, and you can feel the warmth. They're about three inches high and they're shrinking more. They start coming down, straight down your back, in front of your backbone, maybe about a little bit less than half an inch, straight down. And you can feel them coming down, like you can feel the warmth coming down. And then at the level of your heart, but not in your heart, back in front of your backbone, see a little chamber like the size of a pea. And it's filled with golden light. And you're inside it, and now it's as big as this room, large. And there's a large flower, beautiful lotus. And then on it, there's a huge cushion made of golden light. And imagine that they come down in there and sit there, and that they're very happy and they're blessing you. Then see the light leaking out from their bodies and spreading throughout your body like the blood, coursing along veins like the blood. Then it reaches your skin and it breaks out of the pores in your skin. It bursts out like sunlight. Out of each pore of your body, this light ray going out, and on the tip of the light ray is something that somebody needs, like a friend or a lover or a husband or a wife or a child or a pet or a house or a car. Health and deathlessness. And they go out and touch people and give them what they want. Think of just a few people you know who need something or want something, and it gives them what they want. You want to do a dedication? Okay.
