When the sutra starts, Subuddhi, the disciple of the Buddha, he's so respectful, okay? He drops his robe from his left shoulder, this custom, and he gets on his knee and he asks for teaching. This is a tantric custom, this ancient tantra custom.

He's showing that he knows how to ask for teaching. So, he's grateful to his teacher, he's respectful to his teacher, okay? By the way, the garden is Jetavan, purchased by Anathapindada, from Anathapindada.

He's a businessman, okay? So, who was in the audience? Who arranged the teaching?

A businessman and a politician.

That's also a message. Kamala Shila says that's also a message, okay? Buddhism is not just for monks and nuns, okay?

Buddhism is for everybody. Buddha's teaching is for everybody. The people who organized the most important teaching ever given by the Buddha is a businessman and a politician, okay?
