You know, you're supposed to come up with some kind of plan to balance things. It's not enough to just meditate about it, okay? Ready?

So the plan can start forming in your mind today. And all week you should meditate, okay? And refine it.

And then observe yourself. How do I feel after a retreat? How do I feel after a DCI tour?

My experience is, the DCI tour gives me the karma to have great retreat. You see, and you'll find that. Working on a DCI program is...

and then you come back here and you go into a retreat. It's like dynamite, okay? Something like that.

Or you teach a bunch of yoga classes and then you come here and... All right, five minutes. What is going on?

They made it more complicated.
