[Speaker 1]
Welcome to the evening class.

[Speaker 2]
Tonight is a special night. We're going to have three languages. Chinese, Russian, and English.

Because we are making a special broadcast, and I promised to make a broadcast to Russian-speaking countries. Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other countries. We have a special group called Gold Club.

This Gold Club is helping us to save the great books of Asia.

[Speaker 1]
So, 32 years ago, at Princeton University, we started a project to save the great books of Asia, the ancient books.

[Speaker 2]
And for 32 years, we are working. And the director of the project is John Brady.

[Speaker 1]
Where are you?

[Speaker 2]
His project saved 16 ...

[Speaker 1]
they have digitalized 16 million pages. Let's give a hand to him.

[Speaker 2]
And it will take many years more to finish his project.

[Speaker 1]
And after his job is finished to find the books, and digitalize the books, and put them free online, then we have to translate. So, his work will take, I think, another 150 years.

[Speaker 2]
So, John have to stay for 150 more years. And the translation of those books, it will take about 700 years. And today, we released the first book.

We have 9,999 more to translate.

[Speaker 1]
And this team in Russia, and Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other Russian-speaking countries, over 1,000 people, they are raising money for John's project.

[Speaker 2]
And we'd like to thank them for their hard work. And that's why we're doing this special broadcast tonight for them. Who started this group?

Ms. Maria Kondratieva and her husband, Peter Myrtle. So, first we'd like to thank everyone. Tonight we'll have a special class.

So, we are going to ... by the way, I wanted to say one more thing. There are three superpowers in the world right now.

One is, of course, China.

[Speaker 1]
One is Russia, and we can include all Russian-speaking countries.

[Speaker 2]
And then there are the English-speaking countries.

[Speaker 1]
So, there are Chinese-speaking countries, Russian-speaking countries, and English-speaking countries. And I'm very proud that in this room, and online tonight, these three groups are loving each other. It makes me very happy.

[Speaker 2]
Yes. Okay, so in this class today, we've been talking about klesha. We had the definition of klesha.

RANG RGYUN LEN GYI GANG ZAG GI ZHES RGYUD MA SHUG BAR BYED PA'I SEMS RJUS SEMS PAR MYUR MONGS RGYUD TSE NYID Very famous.

[Speaker 1]
It means some thought in the mind which disturbs the peace of mind of the person who has that thought. This is the meaning of klesha. When you have a klesha in your mind, it makes you unhappy.

[Speaker 2]
But that's not all.

[Speaker 1]
It also hurts your health. So, tonight our special subject for our Russian-speaking country gold club, we're going to talk about that topic. What's the connection between negative emotion and your health?

[Speaker 2]
Because in the class here in Bali, with 700 participants tonight, we've been talking about what's the problem caused by klesha for us. We gave many examples this morning. But we didn't talk about health.

[Speaker 1]
And these negative emotions, they also disturb our health.

[Speaker 2]
And tonight I'd like to explain how. And I think we have about one hour, right?

[Speaker 1]
Yeah, we have about one more hour, and we can talk about it.

[Speaker 2]
So, everybody knows in your body you have chi. In India, they call it prana. In Japan, they call it ki.

Tibetan people call it lung.

[Speaker 1]
Then what is chi? Chi is a physical energy.

[Speaker 2]
And it moves through channels in our body. These are not the blood channels, and they are not the nerves.

[Speaker 1]
They are separate, but they look very similar. And we have 72,000 inner channels. And the chi moves through these channels.

[Speaker 2]
How did those channels begin? Inside your body.

[Speaker 1]
Inside your mom.

[Speaker 2]
When your mom is first become pregnant, you have one small channel. We call it a central channel. And then it splits into eight parts as you develop.

[Speaker 1]
So, at the heart, when your heart starts to develop, it splits into eight channels.

[Speaker 2]
There are three most important channels. In an adult person. Okay?

You can go like this, okay? Put here. Like that.

Okay? And this is the termination point. This is the end of the three most important channels.

[Speaker 1]
The central channel stops here.

[Speaker 2]
Okay? Its color is like flame of a fire. Then on the right side, there's a white channel stops here.

Okay?

[Speaker 1]
And then on the left side, is a red channel stops here.

[Speaker 2]
They have ancient names in Sanskrit.

[Speaker 1]
What the Chinese people call Zhongmai.

[Speaker 2]
In Sanskrit, they call Sushumna. And the color again is like a flame. This one on the right side, his name is Ida.

And to say it properly, you have to bend your tongue back. Say Ida.

[Speaker 1]
Ida.

[Speaker 2]
Ida. If you bend your tongue back then you talk like an Indian person.

[Speaker 1]
How are you?

[Speaker 2]
Okay? So, Ida. Ancient Sanskrit word.

It means the animal sheep. Because sheep is usually white. Then this left hand channel, this is called Pingala.

[Speaker 1]
And it means red color. There's an English word pink comes from that. And we have 72,000 channels in the body, but these three are most important.

The central channel starts here.

[Speaker 2]
The opening is like this. It comes like this and then opening is here.

[Speaker 1]
And that's why India woman, after she gets married, she will put a mark here.

[Speaker 2]
Then that channel goes under the skull bone.

[Speaker 1]
It continues under the skull bone. Comes down inside the skull.

[Speaker 2]
And behind the throat.

[Speaker 1]
It starts to come down in front of the spine.

[Speaker 2]
Maybe eight or ...

[Speaker 1]
maybe eight millimeters in front of the spine. And it comes down to the place between your legs.

[Speaker 2]
And it splits and goes down to your feet.

[Speaker 1]
Very interesting.

[Speaker 2]
If the chi moves smoothly in the central channel, you feel happy, you feel relaxed, and you are more intelligent.

[Speaker 1]
Okay?

[Speaker 2]
And then here on the right side, shivchana.

[Speaker 1]
It comes up. And it crosses the central channel. Okay, here.

[Speaker 2]
Right here.

[Speaker 1]
What's this?

[Speaker 2]
Then this left hand channel, he also crosses. Here you go. Now it's complicated.

It also crosses here. Then they make a knot here.

[Speaker 1]
They cross here.

[Speaker 2]
Then they cross again at the top of their head. And they cross behind the neck. Behind the heart.

Cross three times. One, two, three. Then behind your belly button, in front of the spine.

[Speaker 1]
They cross again. At the bottom of the spine in the back. They cross again.

And between your legs. They cross again.

[Speaker 2]
Then they choke the chong mai. And the chi cannot move in the chong mai. If the chi moves in the chong mai, you are more happy, you are more healthy, and you are more intelligent.

But if something blocks them, you become less healthy, less happy, less intelligent.

[Speaker 1]
Then if you put pressure here, it gets more tight.

[Speaker 2]
That's why when people get angry, they go like that.

[Speaker 1]
Tight here. Then if you go like this, these two come down. Then these two come down.

[Speaker 2]
Then this knot becomes tighter.

[Speaker 1]
Unhappy face.

[Speaker 2]
More stupid person. Now look. Relax these two.

This knot relax.

[Speaker 1]
Chi moves in the central channel.

[Speaker 2]
Those people are more intelligent, more healthy. How to make these two places loose?

[Speaker 1]
Okay? When you smile, the chi moves more smooth. Then you are more healthy, more intelligent.

[Speaker 2]
So, very easy to increase your health and increase your intelligence. Tolka nara smil tse inagda. Wave shout.

[Speaker 1]
Okay?

[Speaker 2]
Understand? Then you'll be more happy, more healthy. Okay?

[Speaker 1]
So, we have seven chok points.

[Speaker 2]
One.

[Speaker 1]
Two. Three.

[Speaker 2]
Four. Five.

[Speaker 1]
Six. Seven. Okay?

[Speaker 2]
Seven chok points.

[Speaker 1]
Chi cannot move easily.

[Speaker 2]
So, I need your help. You're going to do the side channels. Okay?

So, now we have central channel. And this other one crosses around it.

[Speaker 1]
Now go ahead.

[Speaker 2]
Okay. Hold this. Okay, like that.

This is central channel. And this is the left channel. It's choking the central channel.

Then the chi know where to go. So, the chi will ...

[Speaker 1]
this channel will split.

[Speaker 2]
Here.

[Speaker 1]
It will split. And a new channel will come up.

[Speaker 2]
This way, this way, this way, this way, this way, this way, this way. If you look ... you guys stay.

[Speaker 1]
If you look from the top ...

[Speaker 2]
Sorry, something ... Okay. If you look from the top ...

[Speaker 1]
it looks like a bicycle wheel. Okay?

[Speaker 2]
So, extra channel came out this way.

[Speaker 1]
And then if you look down the top of the person's head—you can see like a bicycle wheel. Sanskrit name for wheel is chakra.

[Speaker 2]
Okay? So, in yoga we call seven chakras. Then I saw some yoga teacher paint the chakra very beautiful color.

They have special name—om ah hung.

[Speaker 1]
Okay?

[Speaker 2]
Then they think, oh, chakra is very nice. Chakra is not nice.

[Speaker 1]
Chakra is choking.

[Speaker 2]
Here, here, here.

[Speaker 1]
Even when you're born, even your body is forming inside of your mom, you have these knots. Here's two, right? Then when you get cancer, it's because the chi is blocked place become tumor.

[Speaker 2]
Then when was your first tumor?

[Speaker 1]
Inside your mom. Within a few months, this knot, this knot make a bone. Inside your mom.

This knot makes the top of the spine. Bone. The bone.

This triple knot becomes your rib cage.

[Speaker 2]
Then down here, there are one, two, three knots. Inside your mom.

[Speaker 1]
First they become like tumor. Then they get harder and harder and harder. And it becomes your hip bone.

That's the heaviest bone in your body. So, your body, your skin, inside your mom, it was made by these chi chok point. If you have bones, you have to die.

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
If you have bones and skin, you have to die. Then Buddhas, they don't have bones.

[Speaker 2]
They don't have skin.

[Speaker 1]
We call rainbow body. Their body is made of light. Cannot get old, cannot die.

[Speaker 2]
The skin, this bone.

[Speaker 1]
Stupid design in the factory. It has to die.

[Speaker 2]
So, why inside mom we get bone and skin?

[Speaker 1]
Who made those knots?

[Speaker 2]
Now, we said you have three main channels. Then I like to call them Shimbaka Channels. Shimbaka Jing.

Jing de Shimbaka.

[Speaker 1]
Shimbaka Jing.

[Speaker 2]
Shimbaka de Jing. Starbucks Channels. Why?

Shimbaka de Jing. Shimbaka de Jing. Yeah, Canal of Starbucks.

[Speaker 1]
Why we call that? Okay.

[Speaker 2]
Did you see me in yoga this week? In yoga class? Anybody see me in yoga class?

No.

[Speaker 1]
Why? Geshe-la likes to do two things. Number one, I like to translate the ancient books.

[Speaker 2]
Number two, I like youtiao ponchik, sweet roll, slobber stuff.

[Speaker 1]
This is my favorite two things.

[Speaker 2]
Jing.

[Speaker 1]
Jing.

[Speaker 2]
And the coffee with the youtiao. Okay?

[Speaker 1]
This is my favorite thing. While you are doing yoga, I am translating this book.

[Speaker 2]
And eating youtiao and drinking coffee, she knows.

[Speaker 1]
I'm not mad. My food helper knows. Then, my favorite day, even in Shenzhen, my friends know.

[Speaker 2]
I will go to the new Ji coffee shop location in Shenzhen, in the O-shi-ti?

[Speaker 1]
Overseas Chinese Town.

[Speaker 2]
O-shi-ti.

[Speaker 1]
It's this area in Shenzhen. Overseas Chinese Town. Why I like to go there?

[Speaker 2]
Number one youtiao, number one coffee.

[Speaker 1]
Then I can do number one translation.

[Speaker 2]
So, I will go there early. I will open up my computer. I will ask for one coffee and one ponchik, one sweet roll.

[Speaker 1]
At that time, the translation is very good. Qi is moving in the central channel. I feel relaxed.

[Speaker 2]
Okay? Then, after one hour, about one hour, I will say to myself, if the translation is so good with one ponchik and one coffee, I should get two ponchiks and two coffees. The translation will be two times better.

[Speaker 1]
Now, listen. During the first youtiao and the first coffee, during the first youtiao and the first ponchik, the qi is moving in the central channel, and the translation is good. Remember, this central channel is intelligence channel.

But, when I think about the second youtiao, all the qi moved to the right side.

[Speaker 2]
What's the name of the right-hand channel? Ilda. Ilda.

Okay?

[Speaker 1]
Now, when the qi moves to this channel, you get a special klesha. What's that?

[Speaker 2]
I want more ponchik.

[Speaker 1]
I want more youtiao. Okay?

[Speaker 2]
Then the qi moves out of the intelligence channel.

[Speaker 1]
It moves to the white channel. What's the more youtiao? Okay?

[Speaker 2]
All the qi move out.

[Speaker 1]
The qi can only move in one channel at a time.

[Speaker 2]
When the qi moved to the I want, I want channel, then this channel qi, no qi, you become stupid.

[Speaker 1]
Geshe-la will stop the translation.

[Speaker 2]
Go to the counter.

[Speaker 1]
I want one more coffee.

[Speaker 2]
And one more youtiao. Like that. Translation quality going down, down, down.

[Speaker 1]
What happened to my face?

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
Get nervous. A little bit unhappy. Still working, but feel a little bit nervous.

Too much coffee. Too much sugar.

[Speaker 2]
But, I will stay for one more hour.

[Speaker 1]
Then, what happens? I think I need one more coffee. I think I need one more youtiao.

Then in every country in the world, Geshe-la will go to the counter. Geshe-la will go to the cashier.

[Speaker 2]
I need pon chik.

[Speaker 1]
One more coffee. Then in every country in the world, the person working there, they are amazed. Huh?

One more coffee? One more youtiao? Are you sure?

[Speaker 2]
Yes.

[Speaker 1]
Sure.

[Speaker 2]
I mean, I'm translating a very important jin.

[Speaker 1]
See? I need a youtiao. I need three youtiao.

I need three coffee. This sutra is very important. Only I can translate it.

I need another one. Then they're, okay, okay, okay.

[Speaker 2]
They will look for pon chik.

[Speaker 1]
Oh, sir.

[Speaker 2]
I'm so sorry.

[Speaker 1]
All the pon chik finish.

[Speaker 2]
All the chi go to the red channel.

[Speaker 1]
When the chi move to the red channel, this is the angry channel. What? You are Starbucks.

[Speaker 2]
You are the last great American company.

[Speaker 1]
You can't make more than two youtiao? What's wrong with you? All the chi came to the left side.

When the chi is moving here, you get angry. Extra klesha. Then, more tight.

Here. Choke the intelligence.

[Speaker 2]
Even if Geshe-la gets a third coffee and a third pon chik, that translation will be stupid.

[Speaker 1]
Understand? So, this emotion, negative emotion, it chokes the jongmai, and your health get worse. Now, if you can control your anger, if you can control your desire, then the chi can move easy.

You will be more intelligent, and you will be more healthy. Any time you get sick in your life, one of these two channels is full. If you can keep the chi in the middle channel, very rare you will get sick.

[Speaker 2]
So, what's the purpose of yoga?

[Speaker 1]
When you twist.

[Speaker 2]
How do you say?

[Speaker 1]
When you twist? Twist.

[Speaker 2]
Yeah. When you ... look.

[Speaker 1]
When you twist the body.

[Speaker 2]
Open.

[Speaker 1]
Then close.

[Speaker 2]
Then twist the body.

[Speaker 1]
Then chi can move. Usually, channels like that. Okay?

When you stretch, you open the chi. Then you're more happy, and you're more intelligent. That's why we do yoga.

Not just for strong body. It improves your mind. Now, if you don't do yoga, and you come home to the kitchen, and you ask your husband, give me hug.

And the husband said, you're a phantom, you're stupid. Then this channel open wide. This channel open wide.

You feel angry. It chokes the channel. Then chi cannot move in the middle channel.

That person forgets about kongshin. Physically, the person who get angry, physically, they cannot remember kongshin. Very interesting.

Okay? So, when you get angry, you cannot remember the pen. Okay?

Angry person cannot remember the pen. Physically, choking here. So, klesha hurts your body.

Klesha hurts your chi.

[Speaker 2]
That person who's angry, physically, cannot remember the pen.

[Speaker 1]
Now, if you do yoga today, you did the twist. Zhongmai is open. You come home to your husband.

Oh honey, give me hug.

[Speaker 2]
Then husband say, you are phantom. Then you're like, okay.

[Speaker 1]
I'm phantom. Then the zhongmai is open. In your mind, at that moment, zhongmai is open.

[Speaker 2]
Husband is like that.

[Speaker 1]
Husband's zhongmai is not open. He call you, you are stupid. But, you did yoga today.

[Speaker 2]
Your channels are all open.

[Speaker 1]
When the husband says, you are idiot. The first thing you think about, huh, my yelling husband, he look just like a pen. Oh, he come from me.

[Speaker 2]
Your zhongmai is very, very open.

[Speaker 1]
Oh, I remember, I yelled at my kids last week. That's why my husband call me phantom. He comes from me.

The chi of the person who did yoga, the chi of the person who study Diamond Cutter Sutra, it's moving very smooth. Immediately, they remember the pen. Okay, now listen.

We have about 20 minutes. In three minutes, I'm going to ask for questions. People here can ask questions.

[Speaker 2]
I don't know, Sunam or Seiji, I don't know, can people online can ask a question maybe? Okay, but I want to talk about ... so, get that ready.

[Speaker 1]
And I'd like to talk about one more thing. If you keep smiling, keep smiling, keep smiling, if you keep smiling, keep smiling, keep smiling, don't get angry, don't get angry, don't get angry.

[Speaker 2]
Remember the pen, remember the pen, remember the pen.

[Speaker 1]
Remember the pen, remember the pen, remember the pen. Slowly, this knot will open. The chi will move free.

And listen, because there's no knot, the bone will change to light. You are not just fixing your husband.

[Speaker 2]
You are fixing the tumor you got inside your mom.

[Speaker 1]
And the bone changes back to light. Then you become guanyin. Avalokiteshvara.

Okay? Then you become Buddha. Your bone, if you understand the pen, and if you think about it again and again and again, if you think about it again and again and again, the bone changes to light.

Then you are Buddha. This body, just to have skin, just to have skin, it's a sign you have to die. You have to die.

If there's bone here, bone here, you have to die. You can fix the bone. Okay?

Keep this channel open. Don't get angry at a husband. Keep the channel open.

[Speaker 2]
Okay? Your husband says you are phantom. Okay, maybe I'm stupid.

But I'm not so stupid I will get angry at you.

[Speaker 1]
I am Jingang Jingderen person.

[Speaker 2]
We don't get angry. We want the bone to become light.

[Speaker 1]
Person with light body cannot die.

[Speaker 2]
Person with the light body, they can go to every country at the same time, they don't need airplane.

[Speaker 1]
They can go to every country in the world and they don't need airplane. They can help one million people at the same time. Okay?

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
So, don't let your husband give you klesha. Don't keep the bone. Change your body into Buddha.

Okay? To do that, the chi has to move freely. Last thing, they will take questions.

[Speaker 2]
There's a special sign in Buddhism.

[Speaker 1]
You will see it at the fire archery. This sign is called mudra. This is called handprint.

[Speaker 2]
These are pretty famous. There's another one.

[Speaker 1]
There's another one.

[Speaker 2]
Okay? Really. We call it lassi.

Okay, practice.

[Speaker 1]
Practice. Lassi.

[Speaker 2]
It's real, mudra.

[Speaker 1]
Try it. Lassi.

[Speaker 2]
Then the channel opens.

[Speaker 1]
Then you become Buddha. Okay? So do it every morning.

Every morning.

[Speaker 2]
When you wake up, you feel grumpy. Lassi.

[Speaker 1]
Lassi.

[Speaker 2]
Laugh. Laugh. Okay, yay!

That smile directly helps you become Buddha. You never saw Buddha painting, Buddha statue. They always have a little smile.

[Speaker 1]
Okay, any questions?

[Speaker 2]
We have about ten minutes. Online, maybe online questions?

[Speaker 1]
I don't know. If we have Russian questions.

[Speaker 2]
Oh!

[Speaker 1]
There are Russian people here.

[Speaker 2]
Okay. You are representative of your country. Russian speaking countries.

[Speaker 1]
Okay.

[Speaker 2]
Come on, come on. Ask her.

[Speaker 1]
Yeah, come on, come on.

[Speaker 2]
I will wait for you.

[Speaker 1]
Dear Geshe-la, could you please explain to us how did you see emptiness? How did you see?

[Speaker 2]
How did you see?

[Speaker 1]
How did you see emptiness directly? Geshe-la, could you please explain how did you see emptiness directly? Anybody who wants to see emptiness there are four or five things you have to do.

Number one, you must have a teacher. Go slow.

[Speaker 2]
Check many teachers. Investigate the teachers. Then choose the teacher.

[Speaker 1]
Then help them.

[Speaker 2]
And I spent 30 years I live in the same house with my teacher.

[Speaker 1]
Whole day I helped my teacher. If you think you are my student and you are in the Russian speaking country gold club, you are helping save all the ancient books. And then this way you are giving me very, very good help.

You are giving me very, very good help. So, that's the first thing.

[Speaker 2]
Most important thing. The most important thing.

[Speaker 1]
Find a teacher. Check them, check them, check them, check them. Then will you be my teacher?

Then help them.

[Speaker 2]
Okay, second thing. Meditate every day. You can only see gong shing directly with your eyes closed in meditation.

And it takes one hour every day meditation. How to reach the one hour is very important.

[Speaker 1]
How to reach the one hour is very important.

[Speaker 2]
Don't start with one hour. You will quit and the quality of your meditation will be samay hujje. Most terrible?

Samay hujje.

[Speaker 1]
Hujje. Hujje. That's what I said.

You must start with ten minutes. Every Sunday add one minute.

[Speaker 2]
In one year you will be doing sixty minutes of high quality meditation.

[Speaker 1]
Find a teacher.

[Speaker 2]
Meditate one hour every day after a year.

[Speaker 1]
Study. Study. Study.

Study. Study. Study.

And study. Every day.

[Speaker 2]
By the way, these are my books in Russian.

[Speaker 1]
And they made a beautiful set.

[Speaker 2]
That was all done by Maria. I'd like to thank her.

[Speaker 1]
So, for Maria.

[Speaker 2]
Okay, so find a teacher.

[Speaker 1]
Meditate.

[Speaker 2]
Study. Study. Study.

[Speaker 1]
Last thing.

[Speaker 2]
Help old people every day.

[Speaker 1]
Help sick people every day. If you want to make a kongshin cake, This is the recipe.

[Speaker 2]
Okay?

[Speaker 1]
And, if you do yoga, every day, it will be faster.

[Speaker 2]
Actually, I do yoga every day. You didn't see me, but I do it every day. I do it in my room.

[Speaker 1]
Because my yoga is tougher than your yoga.

[Speaker 2]
More tough. Your class is too easy for me. Okay.

Next question. One more question. I think, a Russian person.

[Speaker 1]
Keshala, Keshala, we have a question from the online community.

[Speaker 2]
Okay. Yes, we can.

[Speaker 1]
Let's do an online question. So, the question is from the Gold Club. I will first say in Russian, then in English.

So, the question is, how a blind person sees a pen, and how we can talk about a pen with a blind person. How a blind person can see a pen. A blind person cannot see a pen, so how you can explain about the pen to a blind person.

Good question.

[Speaker 2]
Chinese people love to go deeper. Russian people love to go deeper.

[Speaker 1]
So, for me, those two countries' people, I enjoy them a lot.

[Speaker 2]
I love to go to China, I love to go to ...

[Speaker 1]
I was in Russia last month.

[Speaker 2]
Because you like to go deeper.

[Speaker 1]
Okay, so, blind person is a good example.

[Speaker 2]
They don't have seed to see.

[Speaker 1]
Maybe in the past life, they had a chance to help blind people, but they were too busy. So, they don't have seed to see the pen. Then, still you can teach the pen to a person.

When a human touches this thing, their seed makes them touch a pen. When the dog touches this thing, even without eyes, they feel chew toy.

[Speaker 2]
So, you can teach blind people easy.

[Speaker 1]
Okay, no problem. Now, after they learn about seeds, what's the first question a blind person going to ask you?

[Speaker 2]
What's a seed to see?

[Speaker 1]
Then I tell you about my stepmother. Recently, I was at her house in San Diego.

[Speaker 2]
She called me Mike, she don't call me Geshe Michael.

[Speaker 1]
She called me Mike.

[Speaker 2]
Hey Mike, she's 94, okay?

[Speaker 1]
Hey Mike, you want to go to yoga class with me? I'm like, Mom, when ... you start to do yoga now?

She said, what do you mean did I start to do yoga now?

[Speaker 2]
I'm going to yoga for 20 years, that's why I'm so healthy.

[Speaker 1]
I said, how you start doing yoga? Mike, you forgot 20 years ago, you give me my first yoga class. Then I never stopped.

[Speaker 2]
After yoga, I will go to the blind society building.

[Speaker 1]
Mom, why?

[Speaker 2]
I'm getting old. My eyes became a little bit not clear. So, of course, I start to volunteer for the blind society.

[Speaker 1]
Because I don't want to lose my eyes. Understand? Understand?

That's how blind people can see. That's how blind people can start to see.

[Speaker 2]
Okay, we're going to stop the broadcast there. Again, I'd like to thank the Gold Club.

[Speaker 1]
We are all very grateful that you are helping John Brady. And your Gold Club is a great idea.

[Speaker 2]
Over 1,000 people.

[Speaker 1]
Nearly 500 already.

[Speaker 2]
Almost 1,500 people. They don't ...

[Speaker 1]
some people give big money, but some people give small money. But steady. Every month.

[Speaker 2]
And it's a big, big help for John Brady. So, let's give a hand to the Gold Club. Okay, we're going to have a mandala offering by Shirley.

She's the second best volunteer for Jasmine. And she helped bring many people to this program from the middle of China.

[Speaker 1]
So, she ... She's the first one. Okay.

And she's the second one. And she's the third one. And she's the fourth one.

And she's the fifth one. And she's the sixth one. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, amen.

Shabbat shalom.
