[Speaker 2] Okay, we'll go to the text. Adam, RANG RES YI DAM Okay, RANG RES YI DAM GYI LHA KU'I BSGOM PA LA TSIG CHEN PO'I BYAS KYANG LHA KU'I, what's LHA KU'I? [Speaker 1] Yeah, body of the angel, holy body. Honorific, holy body of the angel. LHA KU'I GOM PA Yeah, meditating that I have an angel's body already, which is a tantric practice. TSIG CHEN PO means, we think it's a big deal. Oh, that's a big deal. You know, I got initiation, the Lama waved all this kind of thing and rang a bell and hit me on the head and gave me a secret name and everything. It was incredible. Now I'm empowered to think of myself as an angel. KYANG, but but DANG PO RE ZHIG BSNGAL BA'I LUS DE BSGOM NA PHAN LAB CHE BA'ONG If you really want to make progress, start with imagining that you have the body of a hell being. PHAN LAB CHE BA'ONG, you'll get more out of it. You'll make faster progress. TSA NYOGS KYI SDUG BSNGAL LA YIN GYUR DANG POR THUN PA NA So first try to learn about the hot hells. There are eight hot hells. We're going to talk about them. YIN GYUR DANG POR THUN PA NA, get used to the idea. You know, people didn't teach you in school. So you have to hear about them, and get used to the idea. THON PO NGAN CING DANG DANG POR SKYE BA RTZOM PA'I BRAL BU BZANG Then, in the beginning you feel a little bit sad. I keep thinking about this guy, there was a pilot in the Syrian army. He was bombing ISIS people, and his plane got shot down, and they captured him. His father asked for mercy, and they put him in a small metal cage, and they threw gasoline on him, and they just lit him on fire. And I don't know, when I heard it, it was on the TV. Do you want to see? You know how you can click on the internet and you can watch the video? And I said, no, no, I don't want to watch the video. There's some things I don't want to see. But it's very similar to hell. To be in an iron cage and you're on fire. It's very similar to hell realm. So, if you get used to thinking, it's possible that I can go to a place like that. NGES RJU'U DANG POR SKYE BA TZOM, it's a little bit sad at the beginning, but the result is very beautiful. So, the result of thinking about where you might go is very beautiful. RGYOL SHES SKYES TE, also you will, it's hard to be arrogant or very proud. Like, oh, I remember when I was studying with my lama in Howell, New Jersey, when I was the cook in the temple, for eight years, everybody thought I was just some stupid guy. People asked me, what do you do? I said, I'm a cook in a church. Then they're like... Then a few years later, I became the vice president of the largest jewelry company in the world. Same people, when I walked down the street to the temple, they're like, hi! Hi! I'm like, they didn't used to say hi to me. So, you start to feel like you're somebody. And if you do hell meditations, it breaks your mind. It breaks this pride. I'm somebody. I have a nice suit. I'm an officer in my company. If you just do a little bit of hell meditation every morning, by the time I wake up tomorrow to put on my Armani suit to go to work, it's very possible I will be in the hell before that. Then you don't care so much about the Armani suit, okay? By the way, in our system, it's okay to wear an Armani suit, okay? Make money properly by helping other people. And Armani suit will come to you, you cannot avoid it. And wear it. And be happy. It's a nice suit. And that's okay. It's not a wrong thing. You made the money by sharing your money. So that's okay. At the same time as you enjoy your Armani suit, don't forget to do your hell meditation every morning. And if you don't understand how those two things go together perfectly, then you don't understand the Dharma. Okay. ,RGYOL SHES DE SNGA RGYAL GYI BYED PA SEL BA SOGS, YON DEN CHE means these hell meditations are not sad. They are cool. Super cool. ,ZHI BA LHA, Shantideva said in the Guide to the Bodhisattva, Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life, ,GZHAN YANG SDUG BSNGAL YON DEN NI, ,RGYAL BA'I PHRAD PA SEL BAR BYED, ,KHOR BA SPA LA SNYING RJE SKYES, ,DIG PA RDZIM ZHING RGYAS LA DGA, ,GZHAN YANG SDUG BSNGAL YON DEN NI, The suffering of this life is wonderful. The suffering of this life is wonderful. Like your last divorce. Or the last time you got sick for a month. He has this strange verse. It's wonderful. ,'OD LIGS NI, ,RGYAL BA'I BDEB PA SEL BAR BYED, Sickness, problems, disasters, divorces, they make you not so arrogant. ,KHOR BA SPA LA SNYING RJE SKYES, You have more compassion for other people at the grocery store who also got divorced. ,DIG PA RDZIM Then you're more careful to avoid doing bad things. ,RGYAL LA DGA When you get a chance to do a good thing, you feel happy. So if you don't have any problems, you don't have this, these things don't happen. ,DE YANG SBYOR GYI LUS RTEN DIR NGAN BYUNG DANG, ,SNYING RJE SKYES LA BA'I, ,DE RGYUD TSOR SDUG BSNGAL BSGOM DGOS, Okay, DE YANG SBYOR GYI LUS RTEN means this body and mind. So get used to translating it that way. LUS RTEN means the home base of your body. Which has chance to practice Dharma. This realm's headquarters, Dharma headquarters, it's very nice one. [Speaker 2] Why? [Speaker 1] It has a lot of pain. This kind of Dharma headquarters from which to do your Dharma, it's very useful. It's always giving you trouble. When you get to my age, if you don't know what to say to your friends, you can say, Hey Jigme, what kind of problem you having with your body today? And it's always something you can talk about. Or you know, did you find any new doctors? Okay, what kind of supplements are you taking John Brady? Hasso, thanks for the shampoo. You know, it's a very good body. It gives you lots of good problems. Then you don't feel very arrogant. You feel close to other people. We all have the same problems. We all have a body which is stupid and breaks all the time. So we have something to talk about. SKYE LA BA'I DE'I RGYU MTHO'I SDUG BSNGAL BSGOM DGOS DE NA So it's important to meditate about your physical problems and your emotional problems. DE NA NGAN GRO BA'I SDUG BSNGAL BSGOM PA LA GSUM So, let's start. Let's start. Let's meditate on these three lousy rebirths we can take. So, Pabongka Rinpoche says, let's start. Rebirth sucks. Let's talk about the different ones. NYAL BA YI BDAG DON DRO Say NYAL BA YI BDAG DON DRO NYAL BA means hell, person in the hell, hell being. YI BDAG means hungry spirit. Craving spirit. PRETA And DON DRO means animal. DON DRO is animal. So, we're about ... now we're ready to start a big new subject. And we will be in the hell realms for a few days, okay? Here we go. DANG PO NYAL BA'I SDUG BSNGAL BSAM PA LA ZHIG When you do a meditation about the hell, there's four parts. Here's the first one. SEMS CAN NYAL BA CHEN PO'AM TZAM NYAL GYI SDUG BSNGAL BSAM PA NI Let's talk about the ... they call the great hells. The great hells. The other name for them is the hot hells. Those of you studying Tibetan, the word for hell, nadaka, and the word for a person in the hell are often interchanged. So here it says SEMS CAN NYAL BA it means living being hell. It just means hell. So in the Tibetan word for hell, they often add the word being, but it doesn't always mean the being. Sometimes it just means the place. Probably Adam can make a dictionary entry out of that somewhere. TZAM NYAL BA GNAS PA'I ZHIG NI Where is the hot hell located? RGYA RGYUR DOR BYED BSTAN GYI OG RGYA RGYUR means India. DOR BYED BSTAN VAJRA Say Vajra. Asana Vajra Asana So the yoga word asana, it means seat. It means the chair or the seat. That's why all the yoga teachers should just have a seat during the yoga. Did you do your asana? Yeah. By the way, the word as is related to asana. Linguistically, it's related. And IS and AS come from the same word. Just sit. The old word for Bodhgaya is Vajra Asana. The seat of the diamond. So if someone asks you where did Buddha get enlightened, you have to say Vajra Asana. It wasn't called Bodhgaya. So that's considered like the center of the world for Buddhists. The center of the world is that place where the Buddha sat under the tree. I sat there. It's pretty cool. You should go sometime. Take some protein bars and Lomatil. Diarrhea medicine. But it's a powerful place. So anyway, below Vajra Asana, if you go down 32,000 yojana, 32,000 yojana, so there's miles, there's kilometers, and there's yojana. Okay, so it's all stupid. Like mile is stupid. How many meters? It's, I don't know, 52 drivers. 1,400 meters. Anyway, yojana is the old Indian measure for mile or kilometer. And I worked on it for a long time. It's about a mile and a half. So if you dig down from Vajra Asana down, straight, and you go 32,000 yojana, which is about 50,000 miles. You will hit the top of the hells, the hot hells. You will hit the lightest of the eight hells. Then I heard a big Lama one day, he was apologizing. That Buddhist geography was so stupid. And I thought that was stupid. [Speaker 2] Why? Okay? No, it's not true. [Speaker 1] You drill a hole down, there's nothing there. I don't see why anybody say you can use this as a pen. I don't understand. The world's not flat, it's round. A hundred years from now people will say we were incredibly stupid. Guarantee. I guarantee it. Half the things you believe only because the science book tells you that. In 100 years the science books will say all the old science books are stupid. So don't believe that Abhidharma geography is stupid. Those people who say it's stupid when they get to the hell, they will tell you something else. Those people who say it's stupid when they get to hell, they will see it's not. Oh, it really is here. Okay, I'm not kidding. Okay. SDONG NYID YANG TSOS So the first hell, the highest one, is called YANG TSOS and it means you should wake back up. Get back up. Get back up. YANG TSOS YOD LA DE NAS OG RIM DU BAG TSE SHI STONG ZHI STONG GI CHOD PA NA And every four thousand yojanas under that, there's another hot hell and four thousand under that there's another hot hell and so the whole hot hell is about six thousand miles high. So from the first hell you go down four thousand yojanas and there's the second hell and you go down another four thousand yojanas and there's the third hell and so on until the eighth and in total, how many miles? Six thousand miles, right? The chamber. ZHAG BZHI THAMS CAD DANG RIGS THAMS CAD KYANG CHAGS SREG MAR HU RES BA ZHIG LAS MI YOD KYI ZHAG BZHI DI LTA BU LAG MTHIL TZAM YANG MED CING DE'ER SKYE BA NYE BAR The whole floor of a hot hell and all the mountains there are glowing hot metal. MI YOD KYI ZHAG BZHI DI LTA BU LAG MTHIL TZAM YANG MED And there's no part of the hell which is not glowing like metal, hot metal. Not even LAG MTHIL. So MTHIL means your palm of your hand. You can't find that much place there which is not burning. TZAM YANG MED CING DE'ER SKYE BAR NYE BAR NA And how does it feel when you're close to going there? How does it feel when you're about to go or close to going to a place like that? A lama named GUNG THANG PA Stanley's going to talk about his death meditation. TSE MI BDAG NYID KYI DUNG BYUNG LA DON MED KYI RGA DU MI LAM CHUG BLO BUR DU ZAD DU NGAN SONG GI ZER DONG DER YUN NA CI RANG BYAS TSE MI BDAG NYID KYI DUNG BYUNG LA Your whole life is a short nap. DON MED KYI RGA DU MI LAM CHUG During the short nap you have some meaningless dreams of nice things happening like cappuccinos. Then suddenly MI LAM CHUG Suddenly the dream is disturbed. BLO BUR DU ZAD Suddenly you wake up and you're in the hell. ZER DONG DER YUN NA CI RANG BYAS So, when you get there there are like pits of thorns. What are you going to do? GSUNGS PA LTAR CI KHAR GRANGS NANG BA'I RTZA BA LA ZAD PA KHYAD NAS, TZA SNYAL DU SKYE BA'I LAS LA GSOS BTAB I want to teach you a word. GSOS BTAB The present tense is GSOS BDE And you guys should learn the word, okay? It's an idiom. I didn't have a dictionary. The whole time I was learning Tibetan I didn't have a dictionary. I had Ken Rinpoche. 25 years. So, if I don't know a word he won't let you disturb him. He's reading his books. I can't go upstairs and ask him what does GSOS BDE mean? So I learned many ways to trick him. I'll make him a nice Tibetan tea. I need to know what GSOS BDE means. Rinpoche, do you need a nice Tibetan tea? So Tibetans drink like 25 cups of salt tea every day. Yeah, I would like a ... I'll make it with a JAD DONG What do you call it? This plunger? Churn. Tea churn. He's like, yeah, yeah. Then he was watching TV. He doesn't let me watch TV, he watched TV. I'm glad he didn't let me watch TV. Then I said, Rinpoche, here's your tea. What does GSOS BDE mean? I remember he was watching New Jersey Lottery. And this lady comes out in a mini skirt and she turns the wheel. It has many small balls inside with the numbers on them and then she will stop and she will close her eyes and she will pick one. He always teach me, all the time. Everything he did, teach me. He's like, well, look at the TV right now. See that lady? That's GSOS BDE. I said, I don't understand. He said, in your mind you have thousands of, in your mind you have many karmic seeds. Then just before you die, you pick one. It's like a lottery. There's no sense. It's just random. Oh! Hot hell. Hot hell. And what happens to you just before you die, right? We said close to death. It really affects which GSOS BDE, which lottery ball you pick. Because that one lasts for the next 50 years or 70 years. Just before you die, that seed, when it opens, it creates your whole life. So, here he gives the example. If somebody who's dying gets very cold, if the air conditioner is too cold, and their last thought in this life is I wish I could go someplace warm. It's very possible they will pick hot hell. So, when somebody dies, you have to keep the temperature normal. Don't make a lot of noise. You know, you can cry later. Don't disturb them. And make sure they do a confession before they die. SA NYAL DU SKYE BA'I LAS LA GSOS BSTAB So, LAS LA GSOS BSTAB The karma is activated. Or the karma is selected. GSOS BSTAB, CI BA DE NYID BLO PA BZHIN DU BYUNG So, if you think about it, death is like waking up from a dream. BAR DO MI LA MED PA BZHIN And the BAR DO is like the dream. It's like a new dream. Then NYID SRED PA LTAR Then you wake up again. KRIP TZAM Do it. Practice. KRIP H-R-I-B H-R-I-B KRIP KRIP TZAM KRIP TZAM It means, poop, and you wake up. Good translation, poop. SA NYAL DER LAS MDRO And then you're there in the hot hell. You know, you're in the BAR DO. It's like you're having a dream, and then suddenly you wake up and you're in the hell. NYAL BA'I MED NI MI MED LAS SDUG BSNGAL GYUR GYI RTZA BA'I Fire in the hot hells is seven times hotter than any fire in this planet. DE DANG MI DOR NA If you were to compare them, a hot hell fire and a human fire, so there's a rare word for the dictionary, okay? DUR BA B-S-D-U-R DUR BA By the way, those of you trying to read the Tibetan who never read Tibetan, there's a lot of silent prefixes. Like in English, I know you know, I know, or know. You see, K-N-O-W So Tibetan has a lot of first letters that are often silent. So B-S-D-U-R is pronounced DUR. The B is silent and the S is silent. Okay, so you can follow a little bit more easily. So DUR BA means to compare two things. Hell fire and human fire. MI MED NYAL BA'I MED TSOS LA RTZEN LDAN DGOR ZHIG ZHA'I PHYIR TSOS TZAM DU ZIL BA YOD TE ZIL BA means cool. Human fire is cool compared to hell fire. How cool? Take sandalwood, and here's a special sandalwood called DGOR ZHIG ZHA'I It's an old Indian sandalwood, and put it in some water. In India, when you feel hot, you take some sandalwood powder and you put it in water. Then you feel cool. It's like lemonade or something? Ice lemonade. So what did he just say? Yeah, yeah, human fire compared to hell fire is like ice lemonade. Ice tea, ice tea. This is all misspelled in the carving. MAUD GAL BU, which means Maudgalyayana, the student of the Buddha. TZAN GNYAL GYI MED PAR CHUNG LUS ZHIG MI YUL DU RNAMS He had the idea, I would like to bring a supply of tea from the hell realm to earth. It's like when I was a kid, me and my brother burned down a whole orchard. I'm like, what happens if you throw these matches in the dry wood? Let's take one of these little coals to earth. RGYA MTSU'I SGROM NA BZHAG PAS He set it down on the beach. MI THAMS CAD TSA BA'I GNYUR NAS Everybody living near the coastline went crazy from the heat, like 50 miles inland. That's how hot. So the fire was so intense, the fire there is not like our fire. BDEN PAS MED KYIS RLUG BSKYED KYANG DE MA THAG TU BHAG PA'I DU TSIG SBYOR BA'I GZUGS PONG CHUNG LUS ZHIG YIN NA PHRAG MOD If we were born there, in the middle of that fire, and it was burning up our body, it would be a little easier if we had little bodies. What? GZUGS PONG NI RI GYUD TZAM DU HA JANG CHEN PO YOD When you are born there, your body is as big as that mountain. Your body is as big as that mountain. DE YANG RANG CHAGS RGA'I GANG MTHIL GYI PHAG PA PHRAG PA YOD Then these monks in Tibet, oftentimes they didn't wear shoes. Or in India you can see people who never wore shoes. The bottom of their foot gets a callus, like this thick. I don't know, those guys in India can walk all over the mountains and it's like they have shoes on. BRTEN DAG ZHIG YIN NA CHUNG DRAG If our skin in the hell was thick like Tibetan monks' feet bottoms, that would be a little better. KYANG But DE LTAR MIN PA It's not like that. Your body in the hell is as sensitive as the body of a child who is OTUNG, OTUNG. It's an abbreviation. OMRATUNG OMR Yeah, milk still drinking from the mother's breast. The Indian salesman who walks through the monastery, they each learn one Tibetan word. If you're selling fresh milk every morning from your cow, you walk through the monastery and you go OMAR! OMAR! OMAR! OMAR! It means milk, milk. I'll test you. Here's another one. Ice cream. Yay! Okay, IS GUR RIGS So don't forget. If you want to have diarrhea in one minute, eat one of those ice creams. I did it, I know. They go to the river and they take the water from the river and they freeze it. Nobody told me. Oh my god. Okay. DRIN DAG ZHIG YIN NA SPYING ZHES OMRATUNG SPYI BA means infant. And OMRATUNG means still drinking from his mother or her mother's breast. You can feel Kiri's skin on the way out. Very, very sensitive and very thin and very smooth. So you have a body as big as that mountain and every bit of the body is very sensitive. We'll do one more sentence and we'll take a break. DE NA TZAM NYAL BA SPYIR ZHIG BYED LUS BZHIN DU CHE BA'I SDUG BSNGAL DE'ANG ZHA' BU SRAR PA LTAR SU SEMS CHUNG BA Therefore, in the hot hells, generally speaking, the body which is burning is huge. So you feel more. There's an argument in Tibet, if you're going to kill animals for food, which kind should you kill? Is it better to kill a fish or is it better to kill a cow? They will say a fish. I think it's a fish. The bigger one feels more. Something like that. They have more ... Anyway, let's not kill any of them. And the skin which you do have is very sensitive. ZHA' BU ZHA' BU means when you burn yourself or you cut yourself, and then you have a scab, right? And then like two weeks goes by and then you peel off the scab. The skin underneath is called ZHA' BU. Very sensitive skin. Your whole body is like that. ZHA' BU SRAR PA LTAR GSOS ZAN CHUNG BA GSOS ZAN means GSOS ZAN means ability to withstand pain. It's almost nothing. SREG BYED KYI MED CHOG TU MTHA' BA And the fire is unbelievably hot. SDUG BSNGAL RTEN MI SROD PA YOD The suffering there is unbelievable. DE LTA BU'I TZAM YAL LA RGYAS LAS So those hot hells, there are eight. And I will start to explain them to you now. And we're going to pause there for a break. Take a five, ten minute break. When you come back, give me some good questions. Okay, we'll start. We only have like ten minutes. Don't forget tomorrow on the WeChat. Things that you used that might kill you. I'm interested if someone can prove that a yoga mat can kill you. And then I can tell Anatole, I'm not going to take the risk. [Speaker 2] Okay, question. Oh, excuse me, one thing. Oh no, I'm not supposed to know that. Okay, question. [Speaker 1] You want to know what kind of underwear to wear when you're dancing? [Speaker 2] Thank you, Gisela, for teaching us. Thank you for everything. So when I was working with the meditation with the two husbands in the room, the meditation when you open the door and the husband starts yelling at you, you're like, oh, for no reason at all, kind of thing. And as I was working with this, it suddenly dawned on me that there's two husbands in there, but there's also two me's. Yeah, good. There's the me that I think is just there for no reason at all. Yeah, good. And then the me that's arising out of karma. So then, so part of that, in thinking through that, it kind of goes into an infinite loop, right? We started talking about this afternoon, there's the, well, who's the me that's looking at me? Who's the me that hears the mind, right? And then it kind of, for me, it kind of kept going backwards. Well, then there's an emptiness there, and then it kind of kept going, and eventually you don't find that me, right? So my question is, I've heard that, you know, at what point is it enough just to say, okay, I'm there, and, you know, without sort of the infinite regress? And then, as the next question comes up, my question is then, when you're doing the analysis, then what's next? In the sense, like, how do you, if I'm forcing it, then that sends me off an agitation, and I fall off of it. What do we do? What's some advice you can give to do from that point on? What's your question? [Speaker 1] So, if I go back many levels, and I don't find a team, what do I do next? What do I do with that? So, just for those of you studying Tibetan, I think it'd be interesting for you, that idea of two husbands in the kitchen, it's from sutra. And the technical word is ME GYI BDAG and YUD GYI BDAG So, if you're studying Tibetan, what's the word GYI mean? It means cause. GYI, if you cut it short, GYI, that means extreme. And if you want to go deeper, if you say GYI, it means intestines. [Speaker 2] So, but the word GYI can be used in Tibetan to mean possibility. [Speaker 1] So, if your lama doesn't want you to go to town, which is usually what they don't want, they'll say, RGYAL GYI YOD MA NAS There's no, there's no, what do you say? [Speaker 2] You know, you shouldn't go. There's no reason why you should go. [Speaker 1] There shouldn't be a going. Something like that. So, YUD GYI BDAG, ME GYI BDAG means YUD GYI BDAG means the word who is there, the person who is there. And ME GYI BDAG means the word or the Scott who is not there. So, they have technical terms in Buddhist philosophy. YUD GYI BDAG, ME GYI BDAG And you put a possessive on the genitive case on the GYI. YUD GYI BDAG and ME GYI BDAG, okay? Then, how do you feel? How do you define each of them? There's two ways. Two popular ways. First one, where is the Tim who is coming from me? If I'm Tim. Who's the Tim who is coming from me? Can you line up that Geshe exam video? So, looking for Tim, if you're Tim, you can look for the Tim who is coming out of your karmic seeds. When you look at your own arm. So, that's also coming out of my seeds. By the way, that's also called Tathagatagarbha. We call it Buddha nature. My arm is empty. If it exists out there and it's not coming from me, I can't become a Buddha. I can't change into light. If it's coming from me, then if I make good karma, it will change from blood and meat into light. So, when you're looking at yourself, the one who is coming from your seeds exists, yug yu dak. That self, or in Sanskrit, that Atman exists. So, when they say Buddhists believe no self, you have to be careful. It doesn't mean person. It means own nature. And microphones also have it. Is this microphone itself? It depends on what you mean by itself. If you mean, is it coming from its own side? Then you can say, no, an Atman. There's no self. That kind of microphone doesn't exist. But the microphone which is coming from me, that one exists. So, does it exist itself? Yeah, well, from me. But not from itself. So, there is a microphone itself, in English. That's the one coming from me. So, that self exists, even with things. But coming from its own side, that one doesn't exist. So, Tim is the same. And you can just look at your arm. Is it coming from my seeds? And you say yes. Then is it coming from itself? No. And you say, oh cool, I'm so glad. That means I can change. I can change bodies. Because it's not coming this way. It's coming from me. So, then there's an expression which you should learn. MA BDAG MA BYAS PAR MA BDAG MA BYAS PAR BDAG means to examine. BYAS PAR means to check. Does Tim exist? MA BDAG MA BYAS PAR, he's there. I mean, come on. Something is wearing the yellow sweater. So, you know, if you don't, in English we say, if you don't look too close, in Tibetan you say MA BDAG MA BYAS PAR. If you don't discuss philosophy, he's there. Nobody can deny it. He's there. MA BDAG MA BYAS PAR That self exists. If we don't go too deep. If you dig into it, you won't find anything. And you know, that word is very confusing. If you go deeper, you won't find anything. Then there's an easy way to show it. Okay, show me your left hand. Show me your finger. Point to something in this room which is not coming from your seeds. That's emptiness. So, you know, when you say go deeper, go deeper, go deeper, you can just use your finger. Find something which is not coming from your seeds. And then you'll say, that's all, that's all. Then you can do it, you can do it with Tim's head. Then you can do it with the left side and the right side. Then you can take the left side of the left side. Then his question, one of his questions is, how many left sides do you have to do? Just do two or three, and it's enough. Look under the chair. Look on top of the chair. Look behind the chair. That's enough. You don't have to open up all the mats. At some point it's enough. And then you should stop.
