[Speaker 1] Okay, let's meditate. Turn off cell phone. Get your microphone. Blow nose. Do your coughing. Shrug your shoulders. Try to stay as still as a stone. Unmoving as a stone. Unmoving as a stone. Don't move. Then start by removing the roof from the temple. And up above us only blue sky. Large puffy white cloud. Upon the cloud sits Je Tsongkapa. Very bright golden robes in the sunlight. Then try to think about some idea you don't understand very well. You feel confused or doubt about it. Some teaching you're not sure about. Imagine that this golden nectar seeps into your body and your mind and gives you a deep understanding of all the things you're not sure about. We'll stay that way for a few minutes in the deep golden light. Slowly come back to your breath. Then you can open your eyes. Take a good stretch. Okay, here's a nice image of Manjushri. So, inside the little glass satellites in your body, there will be this Manjushri. [Speaker 2] Maybe the team could print this for everybody, okay? One for each person? Okay. I didn't get one into the book, I'm sorry. Yeah, of course. [Speaker 1] Then the...
