[Говорящий 2] (0:00 - 1:18)
Okay, we'll do a short meditation here. Watch with me. So this is just a short kundalini chakra.

[Говорящий 1] (1:20 - 1:42)
Why does it come to this retreat? What are the motivations? Usually it's a combination of motivations, like a financing package.

There's 40% of this motivation and 10% of this motivation. So, go through the different motivations you have for coming here.

[Говорящий 2] (1:43 - 5:48)
Be honest and don't judge them. Come back to your breath. And slowly open your eyes.

[Говорящий 1] (5:50 - 13:58)
Stretch your kundalini. So I'd like to read a little bit from the text, from Class 2. So this is a review.

This is a review, it's a nice review, and it's a mild review. I'm going to read the name of the text. He's on the subject of what would happen when we pass away.

And he says, in our minds, we have good seeds and bad seeds. In a given life, there are a large collection of good seeds and bad seeds. Dharma is mixed up.

The java seeds are more powerful. At the moment of death. See, that's interesting, okay?

They are triggered. The seeds are triggered at the moment of death. So the seeds are like a bomb that hasn't gone off.

And then, at the moment of death, some emotion within us triggers them. And it would be useful to talk about what triggers them. Because then maybe they're not triggered, the ones that are pumped up.

In the end, what triggers a karma is not understanding it. What triggers a karma is not understanding it. So let's say you have a seed in your mind from doing any misdeed.

That seed was planted by misunderstanding that person. So they did something to hurt you. And then you got angry at them.

Because you didn't understand that they were coming to you. The reason that you can reach Nirvana, right? The end of your negative emotions.

Is that... Is understanding. If you understand that the person is coming to you, then it's almost impossible to get angry with them.

You might get angry with yourself in part. But if you realize that this person is saying something bad to you because you said something bad to somebody last week. Your anger would get less and less.

It would be less and less possible to be angry. And then you would reach Nirvana. Nirvana means the permanent ending of your negative emotions.

But let's say you did. So misunderstanding where angry people come from is required to plant a seed. Because to get angry you have to misunderstand where they're coming from.

It's also required for a seed to be triggered. For a seed to open. If you don't misunderstand what's going on, then it's not possible for those seeds to go on.

It's very interesting. As you die. And seeds...

Let's say, for example, you might remember someone that you have been angry at or something like that. So you have a seed in your mind. The anger starts to come up again.

If you trigger the seed, then that would cause you to take a... We say take a lower birth, right? Because it's not taking a lower birth.

It would cause you to see your own future. Like as a whole. And then it's not possible for that seed to be triggered or open unless you misunderstand what's happening to you.

If you're aware, as you die, that the process of death is coming for you, it's not possible to trigger a bad seed. It's very interesting. So if we look at what seeds in us are stronger, it's the negative seeds.

Like negative emotions seem to be stronger than positive emotions. Like we dwell more on X partners than on the Earth partners. That you're having a good time with.

And you dwell on things in the past. Negative experiences we seem to dwell on more than positive experiences. And we have more negative seeds than positive seeds.

RANG RE RANG THOB CHE CHUNG THOB CHE CHUNG MI GUNG NGO LAM GYOR GYOR BA CHUN GYOR SHUG CHAG SHEN YIN DE RANG RE RANG THOB CHE CHUNG RANG RE RANG THOB CHE CHUNG MI GUNG NGO LAM GYOR SHUG CHAG SHEN YIN DE THOB CHE CHUNG Whether or not a karma is strong or not. Whether a seed is strong or not, right? Powerful or not.

It depends on... He says KUNG LO, GYOR LO, and GYU. And so these are people.

What are those people? KUNG LO, GYOR LO, and GYU. Three of the things that make a seed strong.

Yes, three of the four things that make a seed strong. So we go around the world. We choose people about karmas.

You know? And then we get to a point where they say, how can I make it happen faster? Because if you can't make karma happen faster, my big deal is that if I can't show somebody how to make karma happen fast, they will never draw a connection between what they did and what they didn't do.

See what I mean? I can try to talk somebody into giving money to poor people. If they don't get some kind of return before they forget that they gave them money, then they'll never draw a connection between them.

If it takes a year for them to get something back, then they'll never believe in their principles. My job, as we travel around the world, is to try to give people the, what do you call it, a method that will make seeds ripen fast. Because if I don't, and they do something nice in 2011 and it takes until 2015 for it to come back, then they won't draw a connection, and they won't follow the system.

So he said something interesting there. He says whether the power of the seed is strong or not depends on kunlo, joro, and ju. He called it kunlo, joro, and ju.

Kunlo means what? Emotivation. Joro means?

How you actually do the thing. And then ju? Ju.

Ju means talking. The tail of the dog is called juma. It means the tail, the tail, and the completion.

How you wrap it up. So what's he missing? The person you're going to do it to.

Yeah, she. He didn't mention she. So classically, there are four ways to make a karma ripen fast.

She, sampa, joro, and padma. By the way, sampa, she's probably kunlo, but that's only a third of sampa, I think. There's kunlo, there's joro, and there's something else.

Anyways, there are different parts of sampa. There's kunlo, kunlo, no infant recognition.

[Говорящий 2] (13:59 - 14:00)
He has a client.

[Говорящий 1] (14:01 - 14:37)
The giver. Oh, it's called dushe, kunlo, and momo. I think there's only two.

Dushe, kunlo, and momo. I think it's two. So anyway, he didn't mention all of this to make the karma fast.

No, he established all of this. She means that you commit the karma towards a heavy karmic obligation, such as your parents, your teacher, someone who's having a serious emergency. Who's the other one?

[Говорящий 2] (14:40 - 14:45)
Oh, so he's having many other people.

[Говорящий 1] (14:45 - 15:08)
Yeah, so that's kunlo. I'm sorry, that's a she. He didn't mention it here.

Kunlo means what's your motivation as you do it. Now they should be talking all about Harry and Sally on this world. Yeah, we got a clip on it.

You know that story? I can't do it very well.

[Говорящий 2] (15:08 - 15:09)
You're doing great.

[Говорящий 1] (15:13 - 19:46)
No, I'm not, but it's the afternoon. It's not really important. But anyway, it's a part in Harry and Sally where she's having dinner at a restaurant, and she starts having orgasms, and she starts going, you know, or whatever it is.

And then some rich lady walks in the restaurant, and she's all dressed up really fancy, and she's got eyeglasses. It kind of doesn't match my imagination, but she has a white suit on, and all this gold, and a pearl necklace, and then the waiter is standing next to her with a menu, and she's like staring, everybody else is staring at this lady making these sounds in the middle of the restaurant, in the middle of a meal. And she's like, everybody else is staring at this lady, and then the waiter's finding half of the show, and he says, you know, but now here's the menu.

What would you like? And she says, I don't need a menu. Whatever you're having, give me that.

The idea is that motivation, part of your motivation, right? The second way to make a drama right in the past would be in the back of your mind, if this works for me, then other people will see me, and they will imitate me. See what I mean?

It's something that's obviously, if you tell somebody, I'm doing Annapol's salad thing, and you look great, like you were all the way last week, and this week you look great, they say, what happened? If I'm doing Annapol's salad thing, then everybody will do Annapol's salad thing. You don't have to run around trying to convince people to do Annapol's salad thing.

You just do it yourself, and if you look obviously really good, then everyone's going to go to Annapol and ask them to teach them the salad thing, right? So that's the power of an example. So in my mind, motivation.

One of your motivations can be, I want to save the world. I want to help other people. But the way you help people is they watch you and they see what you're doing, and if it looks good, they try it.

You know what I mean? You can talk all day about Annapol's salad thing, but if you don't eat the salad, and then you don't look better, then it doesn't matter. No one's going to do it anyway.

You can get Donald Trump's one after the other for 20 years, and nobody will do anything. If you look better, then somebody will ask you, what are you doing? And you say, I'm doing Annapol's salad thing.

So my motivation would be like, I'm going to learn these practices. I'm going to get good at them. People will see how happy I am, and well-adjusted I am, and how successful I am, and then naturally they'll ask me how did you do that?

And that's a better way of teaching than trying to go door to door and convince people. See what I mean? So for me, that's motivation.

Zoroa means, of course, that you actually do the good things, do the things, how you think about it afterwards. That we can talk about Annapol. I don't want to give a BCI talk tonight.

I've had too many of them. Shukdak sheng yin de. Whether a karma is powerful or not depends on those factors.

What was your motivation? Who did you do it towards? How did you do it?

And how did you think about it afterwards? But those are the things that you think. Shing yin de.

Rang yin de genwa chung shing de. Na sheng yin de. What's the other one?

Shing sheng yin de. So people, most of us think that the bad days in town are not so great. And that the good days in town are really great.

Sheng yin de. Shing sheng yin de. Ge ju fabo shang sheng shik chik chung lang.

Shing sheng yin de. Kulin yong. Zoroa yong.

Shing sheng yin de. Lei la kang pok shing shing shing go me. Let's take the example of a gay truck.

What's a gay truck? Gay means how I feel. Turkey is a child.

It's usually the child of an animal. Hot turkey is what? A big baby.

Luke turkey is a baby sheep. Hot turkey is a cat.

[Говорящий 2] (19:46 - 19:47)
Nacho?

[Говорящий 1] (19:48 - 19:49)
What is that?

[Говорящий 2] (19:50 - 19:50)
Nacho? Baby fish?

[Говорящий 1] (19:51 - 20:48)
Yeah, nacho. So what's a gay turkey? It's a child of virtue.

That's a good word for disciple. It's a nice word. It's a child of goodness.

A goodness child. He says, take a gift of... Let's say you just say a single word to them, out of anger.

You're angry. And you say something to your student in English. Simple word.

Uh... Shiragam kulelo. The kulo.

The motivation is anger. Extremely angry. Okay?

Jororiyan. Tibia nela khanpokshin tibune. You choose the word that you know with the most mamaharta.

What's that mean in Tantra? Nela nula.

[Говорящий 2] (20:48 - 20:50)
The point.

[Говорящий 1] (20:50 - 36:28)
To strike a... In Tantra it means to strike a... Like the middle of a chakra or something.

Like you do a certain pose in yoga and it's meant to... It strikes the middle of the chakra. But here it's a...

Here it's a single word that you insult your student with. And you mamaharta. Like you...

You try to strike a... a nerve. You try to strike a nerve.

Yeah. Duryodhana lagyabam. Kamsaham chakracharya.

Then afterwards you say, Yeah, I'm really cool. I really like that. You know, a single word and I crush it.

And you've got lagyabam. What's lagyabam? What's it literally mean?

I think it means lagyabam. It's like mamaharta. And then kamsaham means arrogant.

So you think I... Afterwards you don't regret it. You're like, I hurt them and nobody could hurt someone else so much with a single word.

I'm really good at it. Chakracharya. Chakracharya.

The preparation for the word. You know, you got angry and you planned it. Then you said the word.

J means afterwards you relished it. Putakam means putakam is very, very colloquial word. It means perfect.

Like you have to say it like that. It's perfect. Putakam.

It's absolutely perfect. I was the winner. It's absolutely perfect.

In this case what? You know, all three parts of that word are putakam. So he's talking about how to make a karma powerful, but he's talking about a negative karma.

So he wants to give an example of how you can make that almost insignificant action significant. Like how you can make a small virtue and turn it into a huge result. Or how you can do a small non-virtue and turn it into a result.

So he takes the example of a sheep. What's a sheep? Sheep means a bed bug.

Like if you've spent any time in India or Tibet, sheeps are important to some people. I mean they once you get them you can't get rid of them. And you know many foreigners and donkeys always spend their time figuring out how to get rid of sheeps.

So sheep sheep say putakam. Let's say you want to kill a bed bug. You kill your bed bug.

And you find them okay if you really want to know. Like you sleep all night in the woods and they hide inside their nocks in the woods. You can't get them out.

And then they come out at night and they crawl over you and they suck you dry. And then after a while they walk over to the wall and they crawl up on the wall and they hang out there until like they're dead. So then you get up in the morning and you see bed bugs hanging on the wall and they're like this big and they're filled with their blood.

They're all like moody color. And it's really disgusting. So it's just pleasure you take in smashing one of them who is hanging on the wall with your blood on it.

So sheeps say putakam. Kulong shenash putakam shen. You're angry.

Like you couldn't sleep. When they start crawling wait until you're almost asleep and then they go for the warmest part of your body. Which is your crotch.

Until they do. And it's really icky. It's really scary.

And then you get upset and you get really icky and you're like throwing up the benefits of your crotch. You're like scratching it. Shenashen putakam shen.

That's the kulong. Then what's the jorwa? What's jorwa?

Sheeps have to smash them because how do you smash them? And if you're good at it you make them suffer. You put the thumb down and you know you break their legs and you break their head.

He's talking about that. He's talking about a bad deal. Jorwa is removed.

You make them suffer for as long as you can. Then finally you kill them. Do that.

Then afterwards you say now everything's better. I really fixed them. So you've got three elements in the bad deal.

You were very angry and upset that they were crawling all over your crotch. And then you killed them with the most possible pain. And then you thought about, now everything's better.

Got it? That single action with those three elements and feet is an extremely powerful karma. Almost like killing a person.

People keep asking me I just did a small karma how could I get such a big result? It's those three elements. How angry were you?

How much pain did you wish to inflict? And then how did you feel about it afterwards? The goodness that you and I do are not powerful.

If we want them to be powerful we would need to do what we want them to do. Same ones. Dedication.

You say I dedicate that that all the people who are corrupt in the government in Ukraine should suddenly see the light. You know what I mean? You said that.

You said that. At least at best when you do a good action, like what? Like coming to a friendly client's camp and putting up an event for seven days.

By the way, they're trying to find you there's like 20 initiatives trying to find you there. We almost flew somebody to El Paso in Ukraine to invite you there. Even coming here your dream of coming here should be I hope I can contribute to changing the world.

That's what you said. So you don't need to think you're going to have some Kung Fu meditation. I didn't see it when I was looking at other people's shoulders.

I see so many movies out there. Then you hear the essence and you don't have to waste your time. So it's not going to be some big breakthrough like that.

Love. Love for everyone in the world. It doesn't have to be some that you're on a mountain top and there's a shining the clouds break open and light comes down on you.

It's not going to be like that. You're going to be in Bulgaria and you're going to turn on the hot water after four days without a shower and it's going to be all cold and rusty colors. And then you're going to pull yourself together from the jet lag and go feel like Donald Trump somewhere.

And that's what you're going to do. You're going to change the world that way. To a little tiny inconvenience.

It's not going to be some going up on a mountain. But it's available to you. You have it.

So that motivation, even while it can appear, should be I will learn something that I can change the world. And you can. And you do.

Alright. Jigme Jigme Lok Tachi. Namo Khyentse Maje.

Namo Khyentse Maje. Medium motivation would be I hope I can get out of suffering altogether. Minimum motivation would be I hope I don't go to practice after I die.

Then he says Sampat Samyam Dukkha Nam Ke. It seems to me that anyone with even those motivations is extremely good. So if you say my good deeds are better than my bad deeds.

I'm not afraid of dying because I've got so many good deeds and I don't have so many bad deeds. And he says but just to have any of those three attitudes is minimal. And nobody has to.

So where are you going to go after you die? It's like, what do you think? one rosary of money.

All you're trying to do is get your 108 money from Om Mani Padme Hum. And he says, now that we're late, we can't concentrate on it. We start thinking about everything else except for my Om Mani Padme Hum.

And, when you're done, you start getting sleepy. Like now. And you're just thinking about everything else.

We can't even, it's like a minute and a half of Om Mani Padme Hum without thinking about other stuff and getting sleepy and bored and et cetera. Gane Nagarjana Saraswati Jandarini Narayana Yajna Sankhya. Even if all you want to do is read Gane Nagarjana one time, it's very difficult to concentrate on it.

What's Gane Nagarjana? It's a prayer to Jatakapa. You're going to be doing it a couple of times this week.

It's in your notebook. It's very famous. Everybody does it.

He even mentioned it in his head. And it's going to take you an hour to get through an extended meditation on the Nathana. And if you spend 10 days thinking about it, you'll be lucky.

And then 50 minutes will be spent thinking about dinner or what you're going to do after the class. That's very simple. Gane Nagarjana Saraswati Jandarini Narayana Yajna Sankhya.

Jyotir jnanam manasen viparasyonga. Also, after you finish, most people, they say, I did a good karma. I hope I can get croissants tomorrow.

Like, what they want, their dream of what the good karma will produce is kind of limited. Therefore, the good deeds we do are not good stuff. darshini jyotir mardana darshini kundrata jyotir mardana darshini sadhana mardana shanayi nirvana Some people do the rest okay, but when it gets to the actual execution of the good deed, they're not so strong.

Like, they have good friends and they have good dedication. darshini kundrata jyotir mardana Some people are okay with the actual good deed, but before they do it, they don't have much motivation to do it, and after they do it, they don't think much about it. darshini sadhana mardana Some people learn it to make them all important.

shanayi nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana nirvana Therefore, the negative karmas in our mind are well planned, well executed, and well appreciate it. Absolutely. And they're stronger.

They're more powerful. Chikara, so at the moment of death, nige re le la sen tenpo le ton le. The karmas which you get activated at the moment of death are probably going to be negative ones.

Nige re le la sen tenpo le ton le. If a negative karma is activated as you die, you must, it must create a form which is worse than you. If a negative karma is activated as you die, it cannot create a human form.

You must create a lower form, like an animal form, or worse than an animal form. And then the ge shi ren men so nige re pa chok re re. Then, Pabongkha Vajay says, therefore it's a foregone conclusion that we're all...

Okay. Pabongkha Vajay, Lama, lun shen yon sa son na mo lun. Mo lun sen chen chen ne, chen ma thang kye shen ji.

Nowadays you see people running around, they go to some big Lama, and they say, can you tell me what I'm going to be born as in my next life? Can you do it for me? He says, mo lun sen chen.

Can you predict, can you open a holy book and tell me what's my future? And shen ji. Den kye wa sang shen wa sen na, lun den chen.

If that Lama says, don't worry, after you die you're going to have a nice birth, you feel... You feel... Relieved.

Yeah. Ren shen sen na, jin dang chen. If they say you're going to go to a worse place after that, you get all scared.

Den kye wa yin den ka rin. But who can tell? And who knows for sure?

[Говорящий 2] (36:29 - 36:29)
He says.

[Говорящий 1] (36:30 - 40:32)
Den kye wa yin den ka rin. Mo lun sen chen ne. You don't have to do fortune telling to figure out where you're going to go after this.

By Lord Buddha and the great sages of the past. Further. For example.

Even just Arya Nagarjuna said. In the Rinchen Theravada. Stereotype.

He says. If you hurt other people. You will suffer.

And all pain comes from hurting other people. And all bad rebirths come from hurting other people. If you help other people.

You won't go to a higher place after you die. And you will be happy there. You don't need more predictions than that.

You see. You don't need somebody to tell you. What's going to happen to you.

And they are always lying. They don't know. Okay.

They have no idea what they are talking about. No one is like. What do you call it?

Psychic. They want 12 dollars or whatever. Forget it.

You don't need them. You really don't need them. You can design your future yourself.

Just study this. Learn it. You can make stuff happen.

You want to make a million dollars. Make a million dollars. You want to cure cancer.

You can cure cancer. You don't need them. They are not for real.

You can make your own future. You don't need them. They are just taking your money.

If you can find a psychic for real for free. Maybe they will know something. Okay.

You don't need them. We already got it. Your future has already been foretold.

If you treat other people well. You will be happy. And if you hurt other people.

You will suffer. He says. We are not at a stage in our life.

Where we can see our future. If you haven't reached that now. Then you can't see what's going to happen to you in the future.

You can't see what's going to happen to you. 100 years from now. 200 years from now.

You can't see it. Is it therefore not possible for people like that. To see their future.

Can we say that you can't see your future. If you can't see your future directly. You can't see your future.

Is that a correct statement? Yeah. You can look at the procedure.

And you can figure it out. It's called. It's called.

In the first chapter. Projection. Projection.

I guess. Projection. You can see things directly.

Or you can figure it out. Or Agama. You can trust somebody.

So Agama means. You can figure it out. How do you act in front of other people.

You don't need somebody to tell you your future. Or what's going to happen to you after you die. You can just.

Look at how you've been. Exactly in your mind. And that's what will come.

Okay. I think we'll stop there. Thank you.
